• Gina (6/5): I expected a different experience - Staff was friendly The deadbolt didn’t work, there was no lotion, the room was cold despite having the heat on. Coffee area in the room needed stocked better.

Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day, they showed up on last day to clean and did limited cleaning. Took out trash, nothing was restocked. Had to call front desk for toilet paper. That should not happen.

The breakfast area was rather crowded. I felt it needed more serving space with warmer dishes. We didn’t care for the small warmer for the eggs and sausage.

• Cindy (8/5): - Traveling and only stayed one night. Spacious room - clean and quiet. The only complaint was when we walked into the room, it wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was reported to the front desk, so we won’t be charged a fee. Other than that this is a place I would stay again.
• Darren c (4/5): - We were on the first floor and our room was infested with ants. I have multiple bites on my body and itched all night, same with my daughter. We had to throw away most of our food that we had on the counter. We couldn’t even have drinks out without ants coming at them. I didn’t mention it to staff because there was also dead ants in the corners by the table and especially in the bathroom so it seems like they know. The rooms aren’t the cleanest. Spots on the sheets, toilet paper pieces on the sleeper sofa, and the floors/tables were sticky. The pool is small and freezing. Coffee wasn’t available in the lobby 24/7 as advertised and that’s a huge thing when I stay places. The coffee in the room doesn’t taste the same. The breakfast is ok but they need to offer fresh fruit besides apples. The staff was very nice and I would stay again if they could fix that ant issue.

He made check in a breeze and answered all our questions about the area. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Since traveling with four kids, it was convenient to have a hot breakfast included with our room. We also used the workout facility which was nice and clean. All of the equipment was operable. The room was a little expensive one night was 259.00 plus tax.

Watered down orange juice, no batter for waffels, overly thick oatmeal, no milk. We're still not sure if one of the offerings was a hashbrown or a chicken patty? Overall I would recommend, but have an alternate plan for breakfast.

• Heather (4/5): Disappointing - The size of the room, kitchen and the comfortable beds There was excessive mold in the shower on 3 walls, especially surrounding the door. There was no conditioner container in the shower and the shower gel was empty. The air-conditioning rattled and banged so loudly (like there was someone inside the unit banging away with a sledge hammer- NO EXAGGERATION!!!) that we had to sleep with it off making the room very hot.

I needed to book this on the fly, and didn't have the card available to do it, so used what I had. Just not right that you offer that option, and don't honor it. • Verified traveler (2/5): Unsanitary - Our room was not clean, unsanitary. Found blood on mattress and cover. Violation of health code. Showed the staff member and she placed us in second room, conditions were better but we found a cockroach in the bathroom and the pillows smelled like they hadn’t been cleaned. When looking at our charges the following day, we were over charged. On line it said $188.26 for 1 night, when we checked our bank statement we were charged $227.28. Will be calling to get this corrected. Not very pleased with this experience. We’ve stayed at other properties before and never had any problems. Dissatisfied & disappointed.

Can’t say enough about these two young women. Professional, personable, knowledgeable, helpful etc. The list goes on and on. Thank you both once again. • philomenar400 (8/5): THe hotel served our purpose for our annual trip to Notre Dame - The staff at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, we were greeted by Heather who was pleasant and answered all our questions. The room was clean and for the most part comfortable. I say for the most part because the bed was so small. Even though the staff claimed it was, indeed, a queen size bed, its measurements proved not so. Also, the sheets did not fit the bed, so when we tried to sleep, the sheets kept coming off the bed. The hotel was in perfect proximity to Notre Dame, and as we were there for a game day weekend, traveling to and from the hotel was a breeze. And, as it was a game day weekend, the price was a bit high, which is understandable. What is not okay, though, was the fact that we were only scheduled for a room refresh one day of the 3 we stayed. Yes, we did have our dog with us, but we would have vacated when housekeeping wanted to get in. With that said, I told house keeping not to bother at all because I did not want to wait around for when they could get into the room. I only asked for fresh towels and kept the room tidy myself. The breakfast was good with several choices. My one complaint is that I had to wait until they made coffee, they didn't have one ready when the pot when dry. I need my coffee in the morning. :)

However, On Sunday, there were some things not ready, which I could hear staff frustrated that things had not been completed by the shift beforehand. The hallways, elevators, and workout room were super hot and humid with no airflow. I wasn't able to complete a full workout because it got hard to breathe in there.

Then tried to charge us 250 dollars over our reservation. First and last visit. Would t even attempt to fix because we sold out? That is why we reserved so far in advance. It’s move in date for notre dame. Wish I had not listened to the reviews. And the room smells also

When we checked in the front desk gave us adjoining rooms as there wasn’t a single room with 2 beds available so that was a nice little upgrade. Pet friendly, pet fee $75.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Mixed review - We were in town just a few days. I picked this hotel because of the suite feature. The other reason why I picked it is because they had a pool. We arrived and checked out the amenities before bringing in our things. The pool is very dirty. Seems maybe needs to be cleaned by a professional, like deep clean. Walls and floor need a very good scrubbing down. Also, no ac in the hallways. Maybe on the first floor there’s ac but definitely not on the second floor. Otherwise beds were pretty decent to sleep on, the staff was very nice. We slept in so never made the continental breakfast.

• Jessica (6/5): Clean but elevators broken - The breakfast was good, staff was polite, room was clean Elevator didn't work, had to carry luggage up and down stairs
• Christopher (10/5): - This was a great and new hotel and we really enjoyed our two nights here. We used the Hilton app to access our room and check in and out was completely through the app. Very convenient! This hotel is also very close to Notre Dame and within walking distance to restaurants. Overall very happy with our stay.
• Gail (4/5): - Fixtures in bathroom kept falling apart. Drainage so slow in tub/shower you were standing in 2 inches or so of water. Breakfast offerings were the worst I've ever seen. No cleaning service at all one day. One front desk staff (Phoebe) was very helpful with printing our boarding passes after customer printer was unreadable. Would not stay here again.
• Christina (10/5): Great, convenient property. Already booked my next stay. - Didn’t eat the breakfast. Staff at the front desk was so accommodating with an early check in. Can’t think of anything.

• 343kyriea (6/5): Bed was a brick - Nice Decor in lobby and room looks lovely. The Barn doors that are used on the bathroom do not keep out any sound or smell. The bed was by far not what I have enjoyed at Hiltons before and felt like sleeping on a brick. I ended up sleeping on the hide a couch bed which was better.
• Angelia (10/5): Great hotel but pool not so much - This is my 5th stay at this hotel. I love this hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The only complaint I have is the pool. It looks filthy every time we’ve stayed there. I’ve mentioned it to the staff and was told the pool liner is stained but actually clean. This is a nice hotel so why not do something about the pool? I’ve never seen anyone swimming in it either.
