EL RUIDO.Existe mucho ruido externo y sobre todo interno, mi habitacion estaba en la planta baja y se oia de forma continua el abrir y cerrar del porton de acceso al edificio y ademas estaba junto a la puerta de la vivienda asi que tambien se oia el entrar y salir de los otros huespedes.No hay insonorizacion, las paredes de papel, el vecino parecia q se duchaba en mi propio baño.Seria interesante q el Gerente del establecimiento pernoctora una noche para conocer realmente lo que comento. Por cierto me quede a la espera de su contestacion tras transmitirle mi malestar.

- Elena (10/5): Loved it - Location is top, very central and easy to reach. Instructions on how to access the property were excellent and the communication was quick and smooth. The room was spacious and well equipped. Loved it. The shower was quite small.

Επίσης υπερβολική φασαρία λόγω του τραμ που περνάει απέξω ! Το χειρότερο όλων όμως είναι ο Πακιστανός που βλέπεις μόλις βγαίνεις το πρωί από το δωμάτιο και αν κατάλαβα καλά καθαρίζει και τα δωμάτια !

- Angela (9/5): - Location was very convenient! Right next to a metro stop with many restaurants and shops around. It was easy to walk to the Vatican as well as all of the touristy destinations like Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. It was also very helpful that we were able to leave our luggage before we could check-in. Couldn't quite figure out the room safe. Room was a bit tight for two people with two carry-on suitcases but we made it work. We were also unfortunately the room right next to check-in/check-out so we heard people constantly entering and exiting the suites. The street noise was fine (typical of a busy city).

Le camere, troppo vicine l'una all'altra per cui trovando degli ospiti non attenti la notte al silenzio notturno si sentono tutti i rumori fastidiosi ed anche gli appartamenti privati al piano sopra rumorosi e TV con volume alto. - Ana (8/5): - The location is excellent, very close to the main square and the central area, with a metro station only about two minutes away. There are also several takeaway and casual food places nearby, which makes it very convenient for a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The apartment is spacious and everything was spotlessly clean. The room smelled very nice and the whole property has a pleasant, fresh scent. Small details like complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits, water, cups, and soap were a great touch. The building also has a shared small kitchen area with a microwave, ceramic cooktop and sink that guests can use. There is also a property office at the entrance with staff available until around 2 p.m. They were very friendly and helpful, and it was possible to leave luggage there. We also liked the phone-based entry system for the building, which made access very easy since you only need one key for the room. The soundproofing is a bit unusual. You cannot hear people talking, cars, or street noise, but the apartment overlooks tram tracks and sometimes the tram can make a loud squeaking noise when passing. It didn’t bother us much, especially since trams don’t run very late at night, but it might bother some guests. Also,we could occasionally hear water running when they used the shower or sink, but we couldn’t hear neighbors talking(witch is good) The furniture looks very nice and it was great to have two pillow options, but the mattress was a bit on the hard side, which might not suit people who prefer softer beds.
- Emily (6/5): Great value stay close to Piazza de Popolo. Recommended for couples and young adults. - Spacious and comfortable room. Location to Piazza del Popolo was great, as well as proximity to the metro station. Free water bottles provided and free wifi. Short walk away from restaurants, shops, and Prati! Check-in process was independent and pretty seamless but left room for some confusion regarding entering/exiting the property. Unlocking main doors and apartment door was a bit challenging (since done digitally) and we had to call property management for better instructions.

- Iris (10/5): Limpieza, calidad-precio, tranquilidad y comodidad. - La ubicación era perfecta, con transporte muy cercano al apartamento. La zona en la que se encuentra el apartamento es limpia y tranquila, además de tener diversos establecimientos para comer. Por otro lado, llegamos a las 2 a.m. y fui muy sencillo acceder al apartamento, nos facilitaron explicaciones previamente por correo. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal fue muy amable, no tuvimos ningún problema durante toda nuestra estancia. Además, las camas eran cómodas y la habitación muy calentita con calefacción, también las estancias compartidas como la cocina, lo que se agradeció mucho ya que era invierno. Lo único a mejorar es facilitar una llave que abra la puerta de entrada a los apartamentos, ya que teníamos llave del exterior y de nuestro propio apartamento, pero no del acceso intermedio, abríamos mediante código.

Nespresso machine a 10. It is so well located. Next to the metro. Carrefour express across the street. Piazza del Popolo a few steps away. Very clean apartment. Very nice bathroom. Water was left for us. Thanks! It was a little confusing check in with lots of codes. But eventually was worked out.

- Giuliana (9/5): Wundervoll ! - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fabelhaft man kommt zu Fuß zu den berühmtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms. Auch die Metro ist direkt vor dem Haus. Es ist immer ein Ansprechpartner bis 14 Uhr vor Ort gewesen und die Handtücher werden auf Wunsch sogar täglich gewechselt. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar ! Etwas hellhörig
- STEFANO (9/5): - l'accessibilità alla stanza è complessa. L'accesso alla struttura già nell'ingresso del palazzo è condizionato da una scala di non pochi gradini. Una volta all'interno per accedere alla camera si deve scendere una scala molto stretta. Persone anziane o con disabilità dovrebbero essere informate di questi problemi al momento della prenotazione.
- Laurence (8/5): Court séjour à Rome vers la place Popolo - Notre chambre était idéalement située, très belle, très propre, le lit très confortable, les fenêtres bien isolées du bruit extérieur Les cloisons intérieures mal isolées : nous avons été réveillés par la douche des voisins (à 5h du matin) et nous entendions chaque conversation dans le couloir. D’autre part, notre arrivée ressemblait à un escape game. Nous avons eu du mal à comprendre comment accéder à la chambre, avec tous ces codes, et il n’y a personne à l’accueil…

Η τοποθεσία είναι μακριά από το κέντρο. Θα ήταν πιο εύκολο να υπάρχει καφετέρια με κάψουλες παρά μια που έπρεπε να αλέσεις κόκκους καφέ. Επίσης η κουρτίνα του μπάνιου είχε λεκέδες από μούχλα
