• Safira (10/5): Ill be back and I hope the cot bed and the high chair for my babies can be provided. - Filipa the receptionist was great, super welcoming and helpful, the apartment was also top, two balconies, tv with all the channels one can have, and the kitchen was fully fitted with everything a family can need. The pool and the pool staff were also great, André was very thoughtful and helpful(he served our coffees on the table as we have two babies and couldn’t get in the pool) and made the pool morning very enjoyable and entertaining with his small chat. I requested a cot bed and a high chair but it wasn’t provided and the wifi connection was very poor around the house :/

Complex was immaculate. Room spotless. The rules are simple, respect for other guests and throw rubbish in bin at the end of your stay. Deposit returned no problem. Thank you Flavia, we will return

No cleaning the whole 3 nights, no loo roll top up, 2 rolls to last 3 blokes 3 days. Infested woth ants. Quite time is 10pm. Evening lady on reception was very aggressive and rude, and threatening us with non payment of deposit after paying €300 per room. The situation was de escalated by her co-worker and security. Pool area was nice and clean and plenty of sunbeds. Overall, would not recommend this hotel

• jamesmR3651FC (2/5): Very bad experience - I stayed at SMY Santa Eulalia Algarve and honestly, I wish I had seen the YouTube video “SMY Santa Eulalia Algarve Portugal – What We Caught on Camera Will Shock You” before booking. The place itself was very disappointing — it felt dirty, run down, and nowhere near what I expected from the photos. On top of that, you’re asked to pay a €250 deposit, which wasn’t made clear enough in advance. After watching the video, which appears to show a very serious incident, it made me feel even more uncomfortable about the whole experience. If the footage is accurate, it raises real concerns about safety. Between the condition of the hotel and what I’ve now seen online, I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. I’d strongly recommend doing your research before booking.

The girls in reception are all lovely but there is one really cheeky male member of staff whose attitude stinks. Walks around the hotel turning music down during the day time when it’s not quiet hours even when it’s not that loud. Book elsewhere if you can it’s not worth the money the pool is very cold and not enough loungers for everyone Layout of the hotel is horrible aswell. the rooms and pretty disgusting. old and out dated. Shower head falling apart considering you have to put a €300 deposit on room which i feel is a bit much. 5/10 minute walk from stip which is ideal but probs the only benefit

• Diana (1/5): Estadia arruinada pela rececionista Filipa - Gostamos do hotel em si, bom espaço Detestei o facto da rececionista (Filipa ) andar a espionar pela varanda eu e o meu marido , após 15min de entrada da estadia , fomos abordados pela mesma nos expulsando do apartamento (o motivo que a Sra.Filipa nos deu foi um simples cheiro) com isto aceitamos ir embora pois já tinha sido o suficiente aquelas interrupções constantes que chegou a ser frustrante . Enquanto o meu marido tomava banho, a mesma entrou no apartamento sem nosso consentimento e começou a gravar com o seu telemóvel a minha cara, e o nosso espaço invadindo gravemente a nossa privacidade e conforto .

Creo que hay que controlar este tipo de turismo que da muy mala imagen y no benefician a nadie. También la calle de acceso estaba totalmente a oscuras, no había ni una farola encendida.

• Mukul (8/5): Smy Santa Eulalia Algarve–Apartment 97A: Comfortable Stay but Several Cleanliness & Bathroom Issues - We had a lovely stay at Smy Santa Eulalia Algarve during our holiday in Portugal. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach and only 2 minutes from a wide range of restaurants, which made everything very convenient. It’s also about a 40-minute taxi ride from the airport. The swimming pool was one of our favorite parts of the stay. My kid and I really enjoyed spending time there and had a lot of fun. We stayed in Building 6, Apartment 97A, which was excellent. It had a large, beautiful balcony where we could relax and sunbathe. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with a big room equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a double bed, and a sofa bed. There was also a wardrobe and a safe for storing valuables like passports and money. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities and crockery, making it easy to prepare meals when needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay in the Algarve. There were several issues during our stay that need improvement. The bathroom was quite small, and the shower leaked badly, causing water to spill out into the room every time we used it. The toilet seat was also too small and uncomfortable. The towels provided were old and didn’t feel clean, so I would strongly recommend bringing your own or buying new ones from a nearby store. The pillows were very worn out and uncomfortable, and the pillowcases were oversized and didn’t fit properly. The bed sheets also did not seem very clean. Another important point is that if you are traveling from the UK, you should bring a European plug adapter, as the sockets are different and you won’t be able to use your devices otherwise.
