• A (10/5): Geweldige locatie - Ligging van hotel is geweldig. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niets is te veel gevraagd. Eten was heerlijk, pizza fumee was erg lekker. Ook wordt vis vers zelfde dag ingekocht en zelfde dag voorbereid. Ik raad deze hotel ten zeerste aan.
• EVRIM (10/5): - Lokasyonu güzeldi. Müjgan hanım sağolsun müsaitlik doğrultusunda bizi deniz manzaralı odaya upgrade etti. Karşılama, yardımseverliğinden ötürü kendisine teşekkür ederiz. Oda küçük ama böyle yerlerde lüks aranmaz. Atmosfer ve çalışanları açısından çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı zengin çeşitli ve otopark olarak da rahattık. Teşekkürler

• Halil (9/5): - Great location. Although there is a road passing between the buildings of the hotel, no worries, it is not a busy road. Never felt hot thanks to the windy weather, I learned that is always the case. The staff made the difference, they were all very nice people. The ground at the seaside is paved with cobblestones.
• Ayse (9/5): Great choice for family stays - This is our second stay in Iskelem hotel. If you are traveling as a family, it is ideal because you can rent an apartment style room with two bedrooms and a living room/kitchen. The sea is very close, less than 50 metres from the room. Breakfast is excellent and wait staff are very much on top of their game. You can have dinner in the same place you swim from in the morning (not included in the price) and the food options are very good. If you are travelling with children or elderly parents this is a great spot. The bedrooms are on the small side and have a full sized beds instead of two single beds. But some in the party can sleep on the living room couches. There is no regular cleaning and kitchen does not have enough glasses/cups.

Deniz cok guzel ve temiz, ozellikle sabah saatleri cok huzurlu bir ortam var. Yemek, alkol, kahve fiyatlari normaldi. Calisanlar cok ilgili, guler yuzlu, hepsi cok yardimci oldular. Kaldigimiz oda yeterli buyuklukteydi, sadece oda yola yakin oldugu icin geceleri biraz gurultu alabiliyor ama cok buyuk bir sorun degil. Cok keyifli bir otel.

• Matrose9 (6/5): friendly staff with some downers - I definitely liked the friendliness of the staff. The bed was comfortable. There was TV, air-conditioning, water cooker, a tiny balcony. Great breakfast and we enjoyed a great dinner next to the sea. Nice sea view. Private parking. There were heavy smells of sewerage at night, so I had to close up everything. There was only a thin cover. The bathroom was not that clean. The floors were a bit sticky. Balcony so tiny that I didn't enjoy sitting out there. Far from the village. Only the friendly receptionist could speak English, otherwise it was hard to understand each other.

Ancak kaldığımız oda biraz küçüktü ve özellikle balkondayken nereden geldiğini anlamadığımız hafif bi koku vardı (rutubet kokusu gibi). Bir de sahile dışarıdan yemek içmek için birşey getirmek yasaktı. En azından otel müşterilerine bu yasaği biraz esnetebilirler diye düşünüyorum. Başka gidilecek yer yoktu çünkü. Sonuçta oradan yemek istenmeyen birşeyler atıştırmak isteyebilir müşteriler.

The place is very clean. The hotel is also near to the town if you need to get anything, but it’s far enough away that it’s very chilled.
• Natalia (7/5): Good local hotel in a quiet bay - The hotel is located in a quiet bay next to buzzy Akayka, there are only a handful of other hotels there, so the place is calm and peaceful. Breakfast was very good, lots of small plates to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful, although mostly does not speak English. We were originally offered a room in the main building, it had a strong damp smell in the bathroom, so we asked for another room. The new room was fine, so no issues after that. The shower in our room was leaking, but was still easy to use.

• Yesim (2/5): Doğası mükemmel ama işletmesi kötü - Kahvaltı ücretleri çok pahalı ayrıca sattıkları ve verdikleri kahvaltı farklı. Ayrılırken yaşadığım olumsuzlukları anlatmak istedim ama resepsiyonist hanımefendi burayı ev gibi düşünmeyin diyerek iletişim kuramayacağımızı zaten göstermiş oldu. Soru soracağınız bir telefon bile yok odada gerekli özen asla gösterilmemiş bir oda teslim ediliyor. Eleştiriye asla açık olmamakla birlikte kendilerine müşteri portföyü oluşturmak istediklerini hiç sanmıyorum. Memnuniyet oluşturmanın önemini ve müşterilerin tekrar ziyaret etmelerini sağlamayı düşünmüyorlar bence. Ortam çok sakin çok güzel iskeleleri muazzam güzel ama kötü yönetiliyor. Doğasını çok beğendiğim halde bir daha tercih sebebim olamaz.

• Dmytro (9/5): Nice place to get rest from sounds of big city; hope to get back. - Location is really good. Place is quite and is NOT in the center of Akyaka which was good for me. However in 10-20 minutes walking I was able to get to it. Nice breakfast. Own parking lot.

Тихое и спокойное место, отель с доброжелательным персоналом. Отныне это лучший отель в Турции, где мне посчастливилось останавливаться. Красивые завтраки прямо на берегу моря. Единственная претензия к завтракам - добавьте немного колбасы или сосисок.

Akşam yemekleri bi parça yüksek ücretli olsa da, denemenizi öneririm. Akyaka merkeze çok yakın olup, aynı anda da bakir bir koyda tatil yapmak isteyenler mutlaka denemeli. Havuza çıkışı olan odalardan birinde kaldık, çok keyifliydi cidden, kuş sesleri ve su sesiyle uyanmak harikaydı. Dev boydaki ağaçların arasında, havuz keyfi ise ayrı bir güzeldi. Kahvaltı biraz vasat , belki bu konuda bir iyileştirme yönünde geri bildirimimiz olabilir.
• Therese (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful hotel , stunning location.. The staff were all very nice especially the young lady on reception . We stayed here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint . We had dinner on the very edge of the pontoon where a beautiful table was set for us and we were again served by another lovely young lady ... There was nothing we didn't like. Only minor issue which was not an issue was the first room we were given was very small so we upgraded ...no problem

The sea and atmosphere is very beautiful. Our room was quite big and luxurious. The staff was quite friendly and professional. The food was also great. There's free parking. By the good experience of the family, we tried to extend the stay but unfortunately it was full. The location is not walking distance to town center

• Baki (6/5): Good - Nice breakfast, average snacks, great dinner, nice and clear sea side and comfortable sunbeds. Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel's location is good, just outside the Akyaka centrum. Air conditioner in the room was good and featured, they clean the room everyday. Akyaka has a great nature and hotel was well located in an isolated bay. Room furniture was old, bed and and bedstead was broken, noisy and very uncomfortable, so we couldn't sleep well. We informed the staff couple of times but they couldn't do anything and lastly hotel manager tried to find a temporary solution (he put wood blocks under the bed) but it didn't work enough and we didn't insist again. Bed is very important for a holiday hotel and supposed to be checked and solved before and also they should have spare furniture for such risks. I don't know if the other rooms are same, maybe we were just unlucky. Wifi wasn't reachable in our room and TV was not working, but these are not important issues for us, I'm just sharing. I could give a 9 if the bed was better. We would come to this hotel again for our next Turkiye holiday once they have new beds.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Temiz, konforlu ve sıcakkanlı bir işletme - Odaların temizliği ve konforu kusursuzdu. Personelin sıcakkanlılığı, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissetmemizi sağladı. Kahvaltı da hem çeşitlilik hem lezzet açısından çok başarılıydı. Restoranın kapanış saati 21:00 yerine biraz daha geç bir saate alınabilir, deniz kenarında ve turistik bir otel için daha makul olur diye düşünüyorum. Çok teşekkürler.

I contacted the hotel they arranged a sea view room. It was upstairs which my husband just about managed. We had to ask what time breakfast was and we were then told, but normally in my experience reception gives you that info and other without asking (I speak Turkish). Housekeeping was hit and miss, there were two holes in the first sheet and it wasn't clean, the shower had a missing panel, the bathroom bin wasn't emptied until I put it on the washbasin. The ‘double room’ was very small giving me about 10 inches between the window (which was actually we open we discovered on day 2) and the bed. The food we had after arrival was really bad 'snack food' like something out of booth. Breakfast however was delicious and beautifully presented and eaten by the waterside. The view is truly wonderful and the view from the room had was second to none. I’d love to be able to tell you the name of really helpful man who helped me with car parking so that husband could go straight up the stairs and on Sunday morning move the car for me as I was boxed in by various other cars. We didn’t see him when we left. All staff were helpful and smiling.

There was a daily cleaning. But it was a very superficial one and the dust bothered me a lot (behind nightstands and tables were full of junk from previous guests:/)

• Jodie (6/5): Ok for a couple of nights - Great location and a pleasant hotel. The bay is very nice, no beach (there is a tiny bit of beach at one of the other hotels) but jetties and loungers. Town is about 10 minutes drive away. Without a car you can only walk to the other hotels in the bay. We paid extra for a sea view room but note that between the property and the sea is a lot of parked cars, and you are right on top of the terraces next door either side. The room was absolutely tiny, it was almost impossible to sit on the toilet and the bathroom door only opened half way before bashing into the sink. Small, but poorly designed too. Note that they do not give out towels for sun loungers, and were quite unhelpful about this matter also! Breakfast was a plentiful and interesting set of traditional options. Food outside during the day wasn't so great. We didn't try the dinner.

İlayda hanım ilgili , onun haricindeki personeller biraz ilgisiz ve özensiz. Kahvaltı fena degil , haricindeki fiyatlar da bölgeye göre normal geldi. Tercih edilebilir.
• Anonymous (1/5): wont comeback - great location and beach team is amazingly efficient and helpful. so animal friendly the rooms are too small, not clean and checkout is not simple. the checkout team are so abrupt, unhelpful and simply moody. the place far too expensive as it has no room comfort or cleanses and the beach music is an other struggle. why do they need to play and why such a music.

• Meri (8/5): Great place for a family stop on the through Akyaka - The location on the water is perfect, and the view from the room was lovely. The 2 bedroom apartment was modern and spacious. The toilet was physically inside the shower, and the lid did not stay up. The pool facilities were ordinary.

Bos bir sezondu ama kendi ozel villalari gibi yan odalari dusunmeden hareket etmeleri ve rahatsiz etmeleri hic hos degildi.

• Mohab (10/5): Hidden gem - Amazing hotel in a beautiful setting. People are welcoming, helpful and it really gives the feeling of a family run property where the owner is always on site making sure every detail is perfect. A hidden gem that deserves to be discovered.

Yemek ve biraz dinlendik ve 17:00 gibi iskelede denize girdik. 18:00 gibi yaşlı bir beyfendi iskeleyi hortumla yıkamaya başladı. Aradan 10dk geçti iskeleye yemek masaları taşınmaya başlandı. Yemek masaları şezlongumun etrafını sardı ve akyakanın manzara seyri masa seyrine döndü. Yani 1 saatlik deniz ve akyaka manzara seyri için bu otelde kalmış oldum ve çok mantıksız. Merkezde halk kumsalı çok güzel apartta kalıp bu kumsalda zaman geçirmek daha mantıklı.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Otelin iskelesi ve bulunduğu koyda denize girmek çok güzeldi. Otelin içi yeni değil ancak temiz geniş ferah ve konforluydu. Kahvaltısı doyurucu ve lezzetliydi. Sadece akşam yemeğinde menü içeriği genişletilebilir. En kısa sürede tekrar kamayı istediğimiz bir yerdir.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Cennet gibi bir yer.. - Cennet gibi bir yerde, çok güzel 3 günümüz geçti. Denizi.. kahvaltısı.. konumu.. En kısa zamanda tekrar görüşmek üzere. Tek sorun odamızın arkasındaki bahçede bağlı olan köpek havlamaları rahatsız etti. Resepsiyona bildirdiğimizde hemen konuyla ilgilenildi..

The breakfast was huge and delicious. The room was cozy and clean. Would love to come back in the summer and get some swimming in. Ideal getaway!
