Se você pegar um Uber vai demorar duas horas, eles fazem o caminho mais longo. A área em volta do hotel , é tranquila, pode estacionar na rua sem problemas. Tem um mini supermercado de esquina que vende sucos de frutas naturais feitos na hora. Uma padaria e um restaurante indiano. Todos os restaurantes fecham cedo, mas tem uma rua à 10 minutos de carro com restaurantes. A cama é confortável e o hotel é bem limpo. Nós colocaram no terceiro andar onde havia uma obra em um dos quartos, mas pedi e me colocaram no primeiro andar, super silencioso
• 656darenr (10/5): Spur of the Moment - Cool low key, and clean location. Professional staff and service .Check in was simple and easy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing was the noise of the construction and renovation work during the day. Overall the stay was very pleasant

It's suppose to be a non smoking hotel but yet in my room there was a cigarette butt hanging out of the windows. There was a big burn hole in the curtain. One of the pillow cases was dirty AND the lamp in my room did not work properly. It kept flickering from bright light to NO LIGHT so I just ended up turning it off.. I payed almost $200 for 1 nite at this particular hotel and i am NOT HAPPY. NOR DO I FEEL THAT I SHOULD HAVE PAYED THAT MUCH

• Gayle (1/5): My family and I was not satisfied with the hotel accommodations this particular visit. - The Location was Great 1) We stayed in room S03 bathroom had broken ceramic wall tiles, No soap dish in shower we had to leave our soap on the shower floor. The bathroom was designed awkward where it was difficult to access the sink and toilet paper rack was not secured properly, the toilet paper kept falling on the floor. 2) The elevator floor mat was very dirty and soiled for all 3 days we were there. Iv'e stayed at this location previously and the room was much larger. This particular room you could not even sit at the desk because it's very close to the bed. 3) The sidewalk was not swept lots of debris outside and lot of sand on the streets due to construction.

• Natasha (3/5): No customer service skills or cleanliness. - The value. The staff was not welcoming. She did not greet any guests. When I spoke on the two times I interacted with her she did not acknowledge me. She throw the invoice form through the bullet proof case opening. She did not tell me where my room was located. I felt like she put us in the worse room in the hotel in the basement next to housekeeping. My family and I had to figure it out. She seemed very rude, even racist. She did not put in the late check out I paid for, so I received a call the next morning from the front desk asking why we didn’t check out and requesting for me to pay again. That person quickly found the payment. Once we got in the room the blanket on one bed was clearly dirty. The furniture was scratched up and drawers dirt. The shower had no soap dish and the toilet paper holder was rusted and broken. The only staff that greeted us was the housekeepers. Very sad and I would never spend my money here again. Don’t do it! Go to the Ramada 30 minute away, it’s brand new for the same value.

• Tema (7/5): My next trip up, I probably won’t rebook. - Convenient location to my siblings. I’ve been a guest on & off over 8 years when I come back home to NYC to visit my siblings. Since the pandemic, the room fees have increased significantly. I also never realized how small the rooms are. The television screen is almost completely black. When I told the front desk, she seemed extremely disinterested. Her response was “OK”.
• Ramil (1/5): - Nothing I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, and there was a terrible smell everywhere. I had to keep the windows open the whole time just to breathe better, but it didn’t help much. This is honestly the worst hotel I have ever seen. I do not recommend it to anyone

Staff changes the towels in my room everyday which is really good Unlimited drinking water but you need to go to the dining area which is located at the lower ground floor and take by yourself I will stay here again on my next visit to NY Hair dryer was not working though was immediately replaced A female guest who was screaming so loud at 12am No bidet in the bathroom Staff at the lobby

• Sharon (4/5): Stay away - there are better options! - The only saving grace to this visit were two of the staff. Veronica, who took care of the breakfast bar displayed exemplary customer service, even refilling the coffee and milk 15 minutes before the breakfast was too close. Aisha at the front desk took great care of us at checkout and helped us solve several problems. The lack of general repair in the rooms - paint peeling on the ceiling, mold and rust in the bathroom as well as a lack of empowerment in the staff was very disappointing - both for the price we paid and for the usual higher standards I've come to expect from a Wyndham property. We rented a room for 3 people - a room that was meant for up to four, and there were only 2 towels. One of the beds looked slept in (sheets were astray, not made) and the heat was turned up so high the room was stuffy and reeked of cigarette smoke..

• Robson (4/5): A very unpleasant and unsafe stay that I would not recommend. - Nothing. Unfortunately, there were no positive aspects to highlight. The experience was very bad. My room was dirty and poorly maintained. There was a serious safety issue when a man who appeared to be under the influence of drugs almost entered my room, which was extremely frightening. In addition, there is no parking available and the car must be left on the street, which made the stay even more uncomfortable and unsafe.

If you have an Emergency and need a place to stay, that motel is perfect. But NO KIDS please. Find another option before going to this one
