Le niveau de prestation: le riad est très calme, une agréable odeur plane, le puits de lumière est très agréable et la piscine est parfaite. La terrasse est superbe, avec tables ou chaises longues selon les envies. Le personnel a été aux petits soins, ils ont été gentils, souriants, à l'écoute de nos envies et besoins. Nous avons choisi de manger sur place le 1er soir, le repas était juste parfait! Tout comme chacun des petits dej qui nous ont été servi. Vraiment nous reviendrons! RAS
• Ambra (8/5): Riad consigliato (ma lasciate perdere il servizio transfer...) - Ottima posizione, ottima colazione e il riad è molto carino e confortevole. Il transfer, o meglio i ragazzi addetti, sono stati spesso scortesi, insistendo con la mancia. In particolare, ad un certo punto, è successo un fatto molto spiacevole: ci hanno bloccato le porte della macchina minacciandoci di non farci partire se non gli avessimo dato la mancia. Naturalmente non ci siamo fatte intimorire ma è un fatto che non posso non segnalare.

• Sylvia (10/5): Herrliches Hotel mitten in der Altstadt - Wunderschönes Stadthotel mitten in den quirligen Souks von Marrakesch. Unglaublich, wie ruhig es trotzdem im Inneren des Riads war. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit nur wenigen Zimmern und sehr individueller und freundlicher Betreuung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Dachterrasse war wirklich der Hammer, man hat einen Blick bis zum Atlasgebirge! Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Zimmer superschön! In einem der beiden Zimmer hat es aus dem Abfluss des Bades unschön gerochen, aber unser Sohn hatte einen Life Hack dafür - Ziplock-Beutel mit Wasser füllen und drauflegen. Da kam kein Geruch durch.

• Zia (10/5): We had such an amazing stay! So welcoming and full of thoughtful little touches! - The riad is very charming, but the best part was the staff - especially the manager, Ismail. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and they surprised us with a lovely note and some Moroccan sweets. We even met the owner of the riad, who took the time to check in on how we were doing. So attentive and thoughtful, it really is the little things that made it special. Loved everything, but I would say the bed was a little too stiff for my liking - however, it didn’t stop me from having a good night’s sleep!

• Aurély (10/5): Séjour parfait - Tout était parfait. Le riad est magnifique et décoré avec soin avec une terrasse qui offre une très belle vue. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Merci beaucoup à tous ☺️. Ils nous ont donné pleins de conseils pour que notre voyage se passe au mieux. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et très copieux. Le riad est très bien situé pour pouvoir se balader dans la médina (sauf si vous vous perdez dans les souks 😂). Nous avons testé la prestation hammam et massage EXCEPTIONNEL,, une détente absolue. Un grand merci aux filles 🥰. En résumé notre séjour a été incroyable.

Breakfast on the rooftop was very nice, and the staff was very kind. The bedding was particularly comfortable. It is well located in the Medina.
• KATARZYNA (10/5): Emplacement idéal dans un cadre enchanteur - Au cœur du lieu le plus authentique et enchanteur de Marrakech, à deux pas de la merveilleuse place des Épices aux milles odeurs, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par des hôtes attentionnés, disponibles et aux petits soins. Ici tout est calme, douceur et légèreté. Après une semaine sur place nous nous y sentons un peu comme chez nous, ici vous êtes en famille! Entre Mouna, Walid et Ismaël qui prennent soins de nous au quotidien et, Florent et Yvan qui nous ont ouvert les portes d’un Marrakech plus secret avec de bonnes adresses et recommandations avisées. Milles mercis à toute l’équipe . Nous partons la tête pleine de merveilleux souvenirs et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Les chambres sont propres et confortables. L’emplacement, à deux pas de la place des épices, est idéal pour visiter la médina à pied. • Paul (10/5): Bienvenue chez vous - Le riad a été refait à neuf récemment avec beaucoup de goût par les propriétaires. Il est beau, confortable, et dispose d'une magnifique terrasse ensoleillée ou ombragée selon les goûts. Toute l'équipe est aux petits soins. Merci à Florent pour son accueil chaleureux, à Mouna pour sa délicieuse cuisine, à Ismaël et Walid pour leur service irréprochable, ainsi que le reste du personnel, toujours souriant et aimable. On se sent chez soi, dans un petit cocon, au coeur de la Médina.

• Marvin (9/5): - Schönes Riad mitten in der Medina. Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Es empfiehlt sich den Transfer vom Flughafen zu nutzen. Nicht wundern, die letzten paar hundert Meter wird das Gepäck auf einen Karren umgeladen und man wird durch die verwinkelten Gassen zum Riad gebracht. Wir haben jeden morgen auf der Dachterrasse gefrühstückt und die entspannte Atmosphäre genossen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt zu dem hektischen und lauten Stadtleben in Marrakesch.

The riad is beautiful, calm and perfectly located with a rooftop that’s lovely and peaceful. Watching the sunset up there was a daily treat. After long days out, being greeted with mint tea was a kind gesture and made us feel at home. Our hosts, Abdullah and Ismail went above and beyond throughout our stay. They were thoughtful, patient and proactive especially in helping my mum who has a knee disability. They made sure everything was easy for her and comfortable. Their kindness made a real difference to our trip! My mum had a wonderful massage with Nadia, which she loved! Breakfast was a highlight every single morning, a huge thanks to the cook for meals that were fresh, delicious and made with care. The housekeeping lady kept our rooms spotless and we felt warmly looked after from start to finish. Overall Riad Ecila felt like true home in Marrakech! We are grateful to the team. Huge thank you to Abdullah, Ismail, Nadia, the amazing cook, and lovely housekeeping lady! We’d happily return! Nothing!

Les précieux conseils d’Ismael et le sourire quotidien de Yasmine ont rendu notre séjour tout simplement exceptionnel. Je ne peux que recommander ce riad, un vrai 10/10 !

• Charlotte (10/5): A peaceful haven after exploring the sensory delights of Marrakech! - Ishmael and the team were the most welcoming hosts and made us feel very at home. The Riad was excellently located to access the souks, main square, Secret Garden etc but gave a sense of peace and tranquility when inside. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty with breads, fruit, yoghurt, cakes etc. Ishmael gave us lots of information and recommendations during our stay which was incredibly helpful. We would highly recommend this Riad and if we return to Marrakech we will certainly stay here again. Nothing
• Sophia (10/5): Tolles Riad, würde ich nochmals besuchen - Das Riad ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und befindet sich in Top-Lage. Man ist mitten im Souk aber sobald man das Riad betritt ist es ruhig und man ist von sanfter Musik und einem angenehmen Duft umhüllt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilft einem gerne weiter bei allen Anliegen (Ausflüge, Tips zur Stadt, Kleingeld wechseln, Snack besorgen). Das Essen ist mega fein!

• Christel (8/5): Perfekter Aufenthaltsort in einer tollen Stadt - Wunderschönes Riad, perfekt gelegen mitten in den Souks. Man hat nur wenige Minuten zu laufen zu den Top Attraktionen und zu den Taxiständen. Die Zimmer sind zur Innenseite des Riads und dadurch sehr leise, eine Oase der Ruhe, wenn man aus der Hektik des Trubels der Stadt zurück kehrt. Das Personal hat sich hervorragend um alles gekümmert. wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Unbedingt den Taxi Transfer des Riads in Anspruch nehmen, das ist zwar etwas teurer, aber man kommt viel entspannter an, denn mit Gepäck durch die Souks zu laufen ist kein Spaß. Die Betten sind extrem hart.

L’atmosfera è autentica e curata nei minimi dettagli, con ambienti eleganti e accoglienti che uniscono tradizione marocchina e comfort moderni. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La colazione è deliziosa e abbondante, servita sulla terrazza panoramica. Un luogo perfetto per vivere l’esperienza marocchina in un’oasi di pace e bellezza. Consigliatissimo!

• Celine (10/5): Riad au cœur du souk mais le calme règne à l intérieur. La décoration est incroyable, il flotte un air ambiant de bonheu - Le Riad est vraiment calme propre. Nous avons eu vraiment une parenthèse de bonheur. Au cœur du souk mais très très calme, tout était parfait. Le personnel très attentionné envers nous . Nous recommandons vraiment. La piscine un petit plus que nous avons fort apprécié .

• marion (10/5): Très bon rapport qualité/prix - L'accueil, le calme, la spacieuse chambre, la magnifique salle de bain douche avec le savon à l'odeur entêtante tout comme dans l'ensemble du riad, une décoration exceptionnelle dans tout le riad soignée jusqu'aux moindres détails (pétales de rose dans la fontaine changées régulièrement, etc.), l'excellent petit-déjeuner sucré "fait maison" varié avec des produits frais (possible de 8h à 10h), la disponibilité, l'amabilité et les conseils du personnel, l'accès relativement simple et l'absence de sentiment d'insécurité le soir pour rentrer malgré les petites rues vides. Localisation idéale dans la médina, à 10mn de la grande place Jemaa El Fna. Ménage quotidien dans la chambre et rangement de nos affaires ! Coffre-fort, sèche cheveux, serviettes, shampoing, savon... Transfert aéroport-riad et vice versa possible pour 20 euros. L'accès fermé à la terrasse du haut le soir et l'absence d'abris qui limite fortement de pouvoir en profiter, la localisation de la petite et jolie piscine près de l'accueil en bas au niveau du petit-déjeuner (horaire de la piscine : environ 10h30-19h) même si elle a été quand même pensée pour préserver un cadre intimiste. Accès impossible en voiture dans la médina, accès le plus proche à la route via la place Jemaa El Fna.
• Danielle (10/5): The staff, the rooms, the breakfast and location are 10/10!! - This is a wonderful place in the heart of the Medina. Breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to help us with sight seeing and restaurant recommendations - all of which were perfect. Our fight was delayed until 2am and the staff kept in contact with us and made sure our driver met us and we checked in even though it was the middle of the night! Ismail and Ali helped us every step of the way. I cannot recommend Riad Ecila more highly!!
• Borgelioen (9/5): super - Locatie was super, alles was heel vlot te bereiken. Het personeel was ook super attent en vriendelijk: ze waren praktisch altijd beschikbaar wanneer je ze nodig had. Het ontbijt was ook zeer lekker en alles was aanwezig. /
