• Carsten (10/5): Charming comfy hotel next to the lake - Charming old-style hotel in quiet scenic setting next to the lake shore. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, beds comfy. No air conditioning (only fan), so in summer the south-facing rooms warm up quite a bit, but the ones overlooking the lake are very comfortable (on our floor they were larger as well). Nice pool (fair size, clean). The restaurant has good Turkish-style buffet breakfast and serves various dishes for dinner in a relaxing setting (inside or outside on the large terrace). Owners of the hotel are very helpful and friendly. Nothing much around, so you pretty much need a car. Tip: spend a late afternoon on the “beach” on the east side of the lake where it’s possible to swim for anyone slightly more adventurous, and notice the stark contrast to places like Oludeniz Beach

• Yadigar (10/5): - Sehr schöne Lage, aber mit dem Auto hat man mehr Möglichkeiten, die nahe gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Salda Beach und Lavendelfelder etc. zu erkunden. Das Hotel war sehr schön und ruhig, genau richtig, wenn man sich entspannen möchte. Das Essen war köstlich und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem würde ich gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen und kann es jedem empfehlen.

Ethem bey ve resepsiyondaki genç arkadaş İsmail Bey, ilk andan son ana kadar her adımda son derece nazik, ilgili ve yardımcıydılar. Sorularımıza sabırla yanıt verdiler, çevreyle ilgili önerilerde bulundular ve her konuda içten bir ilgiyle yanımızda oldular. Otelin konumu muhteşem, ortam sakin ve doğayla iç içe. Odalar tertemiz biraz eski model ama Kendimizi hem güvende hem de evimizde gibi hissettik. Gölün harika killeriyle hem vücudunuza doğal pealing yapabilir hemde killerin içinde bata çika stres atıp eulenebilirsiniz . Salda’ya yolu düşen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Böyle işletmelerin kıymeti bilinmeli. Her şey için çok teşekkürler!

Göle de çok yakın, gölde yüzmek için mükemmel. Ancak kahvaltı dahil, yemekleri hayal kırıklığı. Kahvaltıdaki peynirler fenaydı. Akşam yemeği de maalesef kötüydü. Yemek sorunu olmasa daha uzun ve sık gidilebilirdi.

• Hosni (8/5): Near perfect. Don't hesitate. - The hotel was amazing, and so was the staff. Everything was superb for a three-star and pictures are less beautiful than reality The only minor shortcoming is the food. By Turkish standards, it was only ok and an effort could be made there. We stayed three days and toured the area. I think Lago di Salda is the best option around Salda and by far. However, don't expect to go into the lake next to the hotel (though there is a beach a short walk to the right of the hotel.) You will have to drive 5 minutes to the opposite bank to find the perfect spot to swim in the breathtaking Salda ; a spot you could easily miss, but here lies the magic ;) The staff was professional and cordial. You will feel safe and looked after. We left the place wishing that one day we will be able to come back.

Otelin konumu, manzarasi, odanin konforu ve temizligi harika. Otel yonetiminin ve diger gorevlilerin yardimseverligi, saygisi ve hizli servisi bizi evimizde gibi sicak hissettirdi. Kahvalti taze ve cesitli, aksam yemekleri lezzetli. Bar katinda somine keyfi ve gol manzarasi da cok guzel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Der Hoteleigene Strand zum See ist schon schön, wer jedoch die türkischen Malediven sehen möchte sollte eine kurze Autofahrt von 10 min. (13km) in Kauf nehmen und will nie wieder weg! Das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlagen auf den Zimmern. Erstaunlicherweise ging es im August jedoch auch ohne und mit offenen Fenstern

As the hotel is remote we chose to eat in the hotel and we glad we did, dinner was good quality and delicious at very reasonable prices for a set 3 course meal. Staff were very friendly, helpful and were attentive but not intrusive. The hotel has a rustic feel to it, a good option for a stopover.

Das Personal und der Chef sind sehr zuvorkommend und kümmern stellen das wohl ihrer Gäste an erster Stelle. Essen ist lecker und das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt auch. Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen, ob im Sommer oder zur Winterzeit! :)

Daarom echt jammer dat het personeel veelal afstandelijk en onpersoonlijk in haar benadering is. Desalniettemin, een prachtige plek waar we met plezier aan terugdenken.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 静かに過ごす休暇にはちょうど良い - 湖のほとりのペンション的な感じ。部屋数もほどほどでいい感じ。周りに何もないので車がないと移動は厳しい。アメニティは充実していた。綺麗にされていた。エアコンはなかった。冬用のヒーターはあった。レストランは4種類のセットメニューの中から選ばないといけない。やや割高な感じはするがやむを得ない。遊泳可能な場所については、目の前のビーチは環境の変化で泳げなくなった(泥のせいで足場が悪い、というか足が埋まるので危ない)ので、20分くらい歩いたところにあるビーチにいかないといけなかった。帰りはもよりのバス停まで送ってもらえた。
• Tatiana (10/5): Лучшее место на озере Салда - Заселение, как и везде, в 14.00. Мы приехали в 9. Нам разрешили позавтракать и провести время до заселения на бассейне. Добрый и отзывчивый персонал. Территория красивая. Малолюдно, что большой плюс. Завтрак-выбор не большой, но голодными не останетесь. Номер был 201, в нем есть всё необходимое, даже больше, сумашедший вид на бассейн и озеро. Мы остались всем довольны. Спасибо! Ночь стоила 5600 р. Наверное, лучше отеля на Салде и нет)))
• Magdalena (10/5): Très bel hôtel - Petit séjour impeccable au bord du magnifique lac de salda ...hôtel très confortable avec chambres style chalet très propre et joliment décoré. Accueil chaleureux et menus servis le soir très bons et de qualité pour un prix plus que raisonnable. Le seul hic ,c’est d ailleurs la raison pour laquelle nous ne sommes pas restés plus longtemps il est dorénavant interdit de se baigner au lac ni même l approcher de très près !!! Avec la chaleur impossible de rester au bord plus de 10 min ! On a pris des photos et on est partis . Heureusement l hôtel possède une piscine qui nous a largement rafraîchi et fais du coup passer le temps ....

• Karen (8/5): lovely stay again at Hotel Lago Di Salda - This is a lovely wee hotel and the views of the lake, the gardens are all fab...the staff work really hard and service is great...lovely breakfast and also good priced set menu choice for evening meal...the only reason I did not give an excellent was we both struggled to get inside the shower cubicle, ok we are not skinny people but the gap thru the doors was soo so small! Last year we had a lake view room and the shower cubicle was much bigger in these rooms, saying that once I’d managed to get in the shower itself was very powerful...we will definitely stay here again next year, thank you to all the lovely staff at Hotel Lago Di Salda 😀😷😀especially during these difficult Covid times...

• Jean (10/5): Wonderful lake hotel - This was a great hotel right on the lake with amazing views. It was perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. I took my inflatable kayak and spent about 4 hours on the lake and pretty much had the entire lake to myself along with the birds. The water just next to the hotel is indeed blue, but across the lake on the east side is more of a Maldives-like shore. The hotel pool had just closed the weekend prior since it was mid October, but I imagine this hotel would be a great, less crowded alternative to Antalya for some sun and swimming in the summer. The rooms were simple but clean. The breakfast was standard awesome Turkish breakfast. The dinner was fish one night and a meat dish the other; both were very good. Wine and beer was available for a decent price. The hotel grounds were very pleasing to look at in the midst of trees and flowers ,and the overall setting in the midst of mountains and the blue lake makes it truly a gem in my opinion.

Good value, tasty evening meal and plenty of choice for breakfast. Appreciated the bar and comfortable lounge area. Good to have a break from the heat of the coast!
