- Ruud (6/5): Looks good on pictures, experience was a 5/6 - Its a very old castle with long history Service in the restaurant Doremi was really off. Staff was young and just playing around and no work experience. Also the property has amazing view but only one bar without views. When we asked for a drink at 19:00 they had to make an exception to serve because that closes at 19:00?! I ordered a bottle of Amarone, she opened outside and poured into dirty white wine glasses without asking to taste. Serves male first. Was no music, we had to ask. Just not the experience that we read about online. We had the presidential suite. Qua square meter is nice but the bed is only 190cm, toilet was broken and jacuzzi did not work. Its just not worth the money.

- Claudia (10/5): Schlossherren für eine Nacht! - Wir hatten ein Upgrade vom Doppelzimmer auf die Präsidentensuite und haben uns für eine Nacht fühlen dürfen wie die Burgherren! Großartiges Ambiente, alles stilvoll restauriert. Es gibt im ganzen Schloss viel zu bestaunen. Das Frühstück war herausragend mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation und Hilfe beim Gepäcktransport. Gute Betten, absolut ruhig in der Nacht! Eine sehr schöne Erfahrung auf unserer Italien-Reise. Das Menü beim Abendessen im DoReMi (a la carte war nicht möglich) hat uns leider nicht überzeugt.

- Mida (9/5): Meraviglia! - Ho conosciuto la struttura in occasione di una visita alla Reggia di Caserta, in tre abbiamo prenotato due doppie una ad uso singola, buono il parcheggio ed il servizio offerto per il trasporto dei bagagli, ottima pulizia, letto comodo, kit bagno buono come anche la fornitura del frigo bar, spazi comuni curati, attenzione nei particolari, colazione completa sia dolce che salata, non posso recensire il ristorante perché avevamo già prenotato a Caserta, ma spero di tornare presto per provarlo! Staff professionale, Tornerei volentieri!

La habitación muy cómoda, lo mismo que la cama y la ducha. Gran detalle de amenities No estaba prendido el termotanque y no podía comunicarme con la recepción, lo que ocurrió 40 minutos después de intentar bañarme. Cuando comente el inconveniente, me dijeron que igual después funcionó, pero ninguna disculpa. Si bien es hermoso, el desayunasor es fuera del castillo y tuvimos que salir a desayunar bajo la lluvia

The views all around are stunning, and the garden is wonderful as well. Breakfast is varied and absolutely delicious, and we were treated like princesses! The young man who helped with the luggage was also super friendly and always smiling. A fantastic experience! I would definitely love to come back here!
- karen (10/5): A beautiful stay in an exquisite setting. - I booked this as a last minute stop on the way to Rome not knowing anything about the venue . Staying in a castle was a bucket list item for me. We were blown away by the whole experience. The castle and grounds were impeccable and the staff treated us like royalty . It was off season and we felt like we were the only ones there, although I’m sure there were other suites rented. We ate at the restaurant on site. The food was amazing. I can’t say enough about the experience. A highlight of our trip for sure. Nothing.
- Margriet (10/5): Fantastische beleving! - Dit was geen overnachting, dit was een belevenis!! Hoe geweldig is het om in zo'n eeuwenoud kasteel te overnachten. We voelden ons helemaal kasteelheer en vrouw, met ons eigen personeel! We waren op 2 andere gasten na de enige die hier verbleven. We hebben de andere gasten niet gezien, dus we hadden het gevoel een heel kasteel voor onszelf te hebben. Overal zijn mooie hoekjes, kamers en halletjes waar je doorheen kunt dwalen. Dikke muren, veel mooie details. Het was geweldig. Heel vriendelijk personeel, onze koffers werden gesjouwd en we werden met een golfkarretje weer terug naar de auto gebracht. We hadden een enorm bubbelbad op de kamer, ofdat we in een Romeins badhuis zaten! Het diner was heerlijk en het ontbijt was ook helemaal geweldig. We hebben hier zo genoten! Helemaal niks

- abul (10/5): - Все было как ожидали. Мы с друзьями путешествовали на машине, поэтому доехать было не только не проблема, но и интересно. Все было отлично, но не идеально. Постель чистый и удобный, санузел чистый, но душевая очень маленькая. Завтрак дастаточный и вкусный. Персонал приветливый. Самое главное этот отель частица натоящей Италии. В номере был запах старого помещения, но мы находились в старом замке и это естественно. Надо учесть что ресепшн работает до 19:00,но нас ждали до 22:00. Иначе за позднюю регистрацию придется доплачивать. Те кто путешествует без машины должны подумать о транспорте.

- Salvatore (8/5): Castello stupendo, già con atmosfera natalizia a novembre, adatto per famiglie con bambini piccoli - Il castello era già nel vivo dell'atmosfera natalizia, pieno di stand gastronomici, animazione e di spettacoli. Ottima la colazione, dolce soprattutto, con abbondanti prodotti preparati artigianalmente. Ottimo il servizio navetta che ti porta dal parcheggio esterno e custodito alla struttura. La reception è gentile, e risponde celermente a ogni domanda anche via WhatsApp. La camere sono dotate di riscaldamento efficace. Ci tornerò sicuramente, perché i bambini adorano questo genere di intrattenimento. Consigliato per coppie o comunque famiglie che non hanno troppe pretese di "andare in giro", ma di gustarsi l'ambientazione del castello che, di per sé, si paga a parte mentre invece gli ospiti della struttura hanno un pass per esplorare senza vincoli o limiti. Al nostro arrivo, subito provando la doccia, non era disponibile acqua calda sanitaria: è dovuto arrivare un addetto che ha ripristinato il tutto, ma forse era meglio controllare prima del nostro arrivo. Dopo la prima notte, abbiamo dovuto richiedere noi di pulire la camera, principalmente per svuotare il cestino e ripristinare la carta igienica in bagno, e il tutto è stato fatto nel pomeriggio del secondo dei due giorni.

The breakfast was amazing, and certainly worth the low cost. The fellow who ran the karaoke did a wonderful job. This really was the icing on the cake, as I am a singer, so it offered me a venue in which to practice my skills. We loved it!

- Mirella (6/5): - L'hotel è ubicato in un castello con camere arredate in stile classico, ottima la prima colazione. L'hotel non dispone di un parcheggio auto e non vi è alcuna segnalazione di ingresso nella struttura tramite ascensore. Non dispone di una hall ove trattenersi con gli amici o di un angolo bar ove poter bere un caffè. Anche il ristorante è estremamente caro e bisogna prenotare in largo anticipo. Oltre alla spa (molto piccola) non offre altri servizi e dopo aver fatto un giro del castello bisogna spostarsi in macchina.

Manque de lumière et de prises électriques, de la poussière partout. La douche avec une pression irrégulière et des changements de température très désagréables… La literie fatiguée…
