• Yogesh (1/5): Terrible stay, terrible ecperience dont use booking . Con - We were denied checkin first of all. I experienced trouble even after being in touch with them whole time . Just 1 hr before checkin they asked if you are couple . And then cancelled the booking. I just think if this is the case shouldnt they put it on the description itself. If it is not there then it is not legally right to put anyone in trouble in the end moment . Second thing, they should not have confirmed the booking before asking us if we are couple if there is a rule for it. It is their responsibility not ours . Please report this property booking . Com such a shame to keep such fraudsters on your reputed platform

• Paweł (9/5): Polecam - Pierwsze wrażenie może być dość dziwne, ponieważ wieloosobowy pokój tak naprawdę jedno wielkie, przechodnie pomieszczenie podzielone na sekcje i wydaje mi się, że jakaś część gości będąca dorosłymi mężczyznami po prostu tam mieszka. W każdym razie czułem się w tym miejscu bardzo bezpiecznie i przyjaźnie. Otrzymałem kłódkę do schowka na bagaż. Obiekt jest codziennie sprzątany wliczając w to wymianę pościeli. Łazienka wcale nie ma 1,75m jak ktoś wcześniej napisał. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie jest wszystko czego potrzeba, czyli stacja kolei, przystanki autobusowe (chociaż ze względu na korki w Mumbaju odjazdy autobusów to loteria, szczególnie w tym miejscu) oraz restauracje / street food. Wszystko było jak należy. W tej cenie naprawdę chyba ciężko byłoby znaleźć coś bardziej rozsądnego w Mumbaju jeśli podróżujesz budżetowo.

The proximity of all the beds in the dormitory led to numerous sounds of snoring all night. The beds are only 1m80 long, not good for slightly taller guests.

• M (7/5): "Decent Budget Stay: Ideal for Sleep, But Luck Plays a Role with Roommates" - The place is clean and well-kept, with limited air conditioning available from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Nearby restaurants are easily accessible, and its proximity to major bus stops and the railway station makes it highly convenient. I had a terrible experience during my first two days. The person sharing the room would arrive late and have dinner around 10:30 PM, filling the room with the strong smell of spices. To make matters worse, they often spoke loudly on speakerphone, making the conversation audible and highly disruptive to everyone. Overall, the quality of your stay can really depend on the people you share the space with—sometimes it can turn into a nightmare.

• Talgat (6/5): Ok for the price - The price is relatively good. But we should've paid a bit more to get a better place. I don't think we had bedbugs which is a big plus for Mumbai it seems. Many places have mentions of bedbugs and even this one had a mention of them. Water was safe for brushing teeth but I'm not sure if they have a filter for that, the staff didn't really know or maybe they did but couldn't understand me. The place is really run down in general, so everything seems old and greasy. In our room the wall finish was coming off in one place so you could see the bare wall underneath. This patch is like 30cm by 30cm. The bathroom is really tiny and it's ceiling is really low, you'll be comfortable there only if you are under 165cm. Every morning you'll be woken up by either kindergarten or the neighbouring building. And at night kids could be kicking a ball at the wall of this room. The place isn't as close as it seems to the main attractions but you could take a bus or tuktuk there. And the neighborhood itself is not the most pleasant with some parts looking really shady. The staff doesn't really speak English, you'll be able to get what you need most of the time but don't expect a full-blown conversation.

Decent location just a few minutes from Byculla station, easy train up or down the Central Line. Great street food just outside! (especially the dosa lady). Staff were very nice and considerate. The room was a bit dark and stuffy (even with AC/fan and windows), which isn't the end of the world. Facilities were a liiiiittle bit clunky, but not bad. TV didn't work and nowhere to sit or desk or anything, but not a huge deal. Just at this price I was expecting more of a 'hotel vibe', but it didn't get there.

Clean, has hot water, location was central, friendly staffs and on top of that very affordable for those who are on a tight budget!! The manager also allowed me to extend my stay for another day on a short notice which was nice of him to do! Definitely will stay here again, whenever I return to Pokhara. If anything, the bed can be a bit more comfortable.

• Giles (5/5): Am sure there are better places at this cost - It was clean and functional. AC worked. Wi-Fi was good. Reasonably quiet by Mumbai standards. Water was hot. Not anything like the picture - we booked a double room on the premise of the picture and got two exceptionally narrow hard single beds along one side of the narrow room. (See our photos). Nowhere to sit except on beds. Window did not open. Despite clean bedding, the mattress and pillows were very old and the linen had holes in it and was grey and old. More like hostel accommodation. Most times, Uber couldn’t find it.

ATM right across from the building & upper class hotel close by to get good food & drinks. Just be aware there is a set of stairs up to the room, but staff will carry your suitcases up for you. Walls a bit thin, so you might need some earplugs when other guests talk a bit loud.

• Sidney (5/5): Jan 2024-- found bedbugs in private room :/ - Perfect location, just next to Byculla station so you can reach any place in Mumbai with ease. Day and night staff were both super friendly and professional. Everything besides the bedbug problem was fine. WARNING: during my stay here in late January 2024 I found bedbugs in my room (private room #101). They took it pretty seriously and were really fast to help me, and let me have another room. I was lucky that they happened to have one spare room and it was in pretty good condition. However, due to the bedbugs I wouldn't recommend staying here for maybe 6 months or so while they take care of it. I heard them disassembling the bed in the infested room to look at it, so they're taking it seriously.

I had to insist hard to be located in the room in the double bed, as it was booked. The bathroom is very small and not comfortable, tall people will face problems to stand there.
