Le décor montagnard, le confort, les accessoires offerts ( brosse à dents providentielle etc…), le salon, un petit déjeuner de produits locaux formidable. La gentillesse du personnel. Possibilité de parking proche. Difficile de faire mieux ! Fermeture de la réception à 18. 30 . L’hôtesse extrêmement obligeante nous accorde un sursis exceptionnel. L’état de la circulation en Italie ne nous permet pas d’arriver à temps. Il nous a été très difficile de trouver le parking hors Zone malgré une vidéo.

• Jean B (9/5): Lovely Property on the Edge of the Old City - The staff, especially Jessica, was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good and very plentiful. Loved having the coffee maker and mini bar in the room. The room and whole inn were comfortable and decorated in a fun, quirky way. Great location for walking around town. Unfortunately, air conditioning wasn’t available, so our room was too warm. However, I understand that this was dictated by government not allowing businesses to use AC in April. We were able to open the windows which helped. A note from the property prior to check-in with some details about parking would be helpful as the property is located within the restricted car section of the old town. One more thing, the instructions for the safe in our room didn’t work and we had to get help from the staff.

The rooms were big with good size bathroom. The hotel and rooms were elegantly decorated with things from the Valley. Beaucoup de rangement, d'espace et la qualité de literie est remarquable. L'isolation sonore, laisse à désirer. Il est possible d'entendre le mouvement des portes et les gens parler dans le salon principal. Pour la sieste, c'est pas idéal, mais la nuit c'est calme, alors pas de problème.

Ho adorato quella sensazione di “autentico” che ho provato nell’entrare in questo angolo rassicurante. La camera è andata oltre le mie aspettative: pulita e spaziosa, con una doccia grande e doppio lavandino, una smart tv di misure godibili, che per carità è un di più in una vacanza, ma fa comunque piacere. Personale gentile, affabile e professionale. La signora prepara una colazione magnifica con prodotti dolci e salati della regione. Siamo stati decisamente bene, ci torneremo volentieri.

The room had everything we needed — even a kettle and a great selection of infusions. A lovely detail for tea lovers: there were big proper mugs, not just the tiny ones meant for coffee ❤️. The hospitality went far beyond expectations. A huge thanks to Tatiana, who made our stay truly special and home-like. The breakfast featuring local farm products was also a delightful highlight.

Non e' dotata di parcheggio ma nelle vicinanze c'e possibilita' di parcheggiare. La colazione e' ottima e con prodotti di qualita' La struttura dovrebbe dotarsi di un parcheggio riservato, anche con il pagamento di un eventuale supplemento.

• Thomas (9/5): Gorgeous, rustic hotel in the centre of Aosta. - Location ideal. Centrally located and just a 10 minute walk to the Pila Cable Car. The lady Tatiana at the front desk was fantastic and did everything to help make our short stay wonderful. She even offered us access to a ski room to keep our things. A great breakfast with local and continental options. Huge room and comfortable bed. The only little thing was that parking was not free and that isn’t obvious when booking.

A great quiet location just off main cobbled street. Jessica and Tatiana made us feel so welcome with a local map and dinner recommendations. Daily water in the room fridge for us was really appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

La host Tatiana è stata super carina e accogliente, camera molto fornita (troverete acqua offerta, caffè, tisane, set barba, set denti e tutti i prodotti da bagno). L’apparente armadio in realtà nasconde una grande e luminosa cabina armadio, colazione servita in un vassoio con tanti alimenti + una vasta scelta di prodotti salati, dolci, tè, caffè, succhi DI TUTTOOO!! Nota di merito per l’albero di Natale a fine gennaio ;)

Banheiro completo com os amenities. No quarto chá, café e agua. O café da manhã é a la carte. Estava tudo delicioso. A seleção de frios, os queijos divinos, ovos, paes, iogurtes, frutas... Recomendo muito. A recepcionista muito simpática. Nada a dizer.
