- Ahmet (2/5): - Konum çok kötü çok dik yokuşlar var. Araba park etmeye yer yoktu 5-6 sokak arka mahallelerde park bulursanız öpüp başınıza koyun. Çalışanlar ilgili değil. Parasına göre bir otel çokta bir şey beklememek lazım. Kötüydü 4-5k fazla verip farklı otellerde kalırım bundan sonra.

- Tooba (1/5): Bad - My experience at this hotel was the worst I've ever had. While the staff are friendly and helpful, the beds are broken, and the entire place reeks of cigarette smoke. The young receptionist is incredibly rude and lacks any sense of logic, acting like a robot. This hotel is a nightmare and should be shut down.

- maiia (2/5): - The person at the front desk would not let me check in until nearly 5:pm. And 24hoyrs after arriving in the room i became very sick. I was not able to attend any of my planned activities. And the room had dirty wet towels in the restroom. And most of the common surfaces did not seem to be cleaned much at all

It was disgusting. Hair on bed and dust under bed. I won't even let my worst enemy sleep there. Never book this place. The owner didn't want to refund me or anything. So sad and so rude!

Gece odada örümcek avına çıktık. Sabah kalktığımda kolumu ve bacağımı bir şey ısırmıştı. Ayrıca resepsiyondaki çalışan çok kabaydı.

- Katie (8/5): Good hotel - We had a good stay, the hotel could’ve been cleaner and it would help if they updated the rooms. The room was big but bathroom was very small. Bed was very comfy, would stay again if I had to be in that area but overall very far from all restaurants, bars and shops.

- Verified traveler (2/5): FİYASKO - Oteli hotels.com üzerinden buldum fotoğraflarını beğendim daha sonra oteli aradım odanın genel durumunu temizliğini araç gereçlerin durumunu sordum (televizyon, klima vb) görüştüğüm kişi sorunsuz olduğunu belirtti konaklama günü otele gittim kartımı aldım odaya girdim ve şok oldum fotoğraftaki odayla hiç bir alakası olmayan pis, kırık dökük eşyalı bi odaya girdim odanın ambiyansı o kadar kötüydü ki bırakın para verip konaklamayı üstüne para verseler bir gecenizi burda geçirmek istemezssiniz buna emin olun. Yetkiliye gittim ve odanın fotoraftakilerle alakasının olmadığını söyledim. “Ya abi sen fotoğraflara ne bakıyosun” diye bi geri dönüş yaptı. Televizyon ve klima çalışmadığı için kendisini odaya çağırdım daha önce telefonla aradığımda sorunsuz bir şekilde çalıştıklarının söylendiğini hatırlattım yetkili “150 liralık odada kalıyosunuz beyfendi ne bekliyodunuz dedi” :) otel çalışanlarının saygısız tavırlarını gündüz gece farketmeksizin bağara çağıra sohbet etmekerini, yerde bir halı dahi olmamasını, odanın her yerinde sıva tavanında akıntı olmasını uzun uzun anlatmak istemiyorum. Kendinize saygınız varsa güzel bir uyku güzel bir sabah istiyorsanız sakın ama sakın burayı tercih etmeyin.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Zorda kalmadıkça tercih etmem - Otele ulaşım çok zor olmadı çok yakınında otobüs durağı ve taksi bulmak mümkündü. Temizliği yeterli değildi yerlerde saçlar ve tozlar gördüm. Banyoda şampuan sabun vs yoktu sadece köpük sabun vardı. Havlular ve çarşaflar temiz değildi, koltuğun kılıfında çamaşır suyu izleri ve yırtıklar vardı. Odada yeterli sayıda yatak örtüsü yoktu, mutfaklı oda istememe rağmen tabak göremedim. Odada kapıya asılan kartlardan bulunmuyordu. Odamız zemin katta resepsiyonun hemen yanında olduğu için orada gece yarısı açılan müziğin sesi odamıza geliyordu. Bir gece yüksek sesle futbol maçı izlediler ve bağırarak küfürler ediyorlardı, uyarmak zorunda kaldık. Resepsiyon görevlisi otele giriş yaptığımızda içeride sigara içiyordu. Hizmetin kalitesine biraz daha dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor. Bunun dışında odanın tasarımı ve kullanışından memnun kaldık.

No communications, not really as in the picture the stuff told me they don’t offer anything only Expedia can talk with them about the deal. Never book this place and be careful with your booking it’s not really what u see in the pics.

Certaines chambres devrait même pas être proposé à la reservation. Merci tout de même au réceptionniste de nous avoir changé de chambre le lendemain

- Марина (6/5): В целом хорошо, но... - На вид комната выглядела опрятной. Нам понравилось, что есть мини-холодильник и микроволновка, шкафчики с посудой, дозаторы с мылом. Но были и минусы, например: - в нашем номере ни разу не убрались за 4 суток, не опустошали урны, не меняли полотенца или бельё - кровать ужасно скрипела и мы были вынуждены разложить для сна софу, которая тоже была в комнате. Однако она была тоже немного сломана. - в комнате плохая изоляция шумов и запахов. Утром я просыпалась от того, что от двери тянула табачным запахом. Было очень неприятно. - на полу и в самом номере, и в ванной комнате мы видели много муравьёв. (Скорее всего, это связано с тем, что наш номер находился на первом этаже)

- Mehmet (2/5): Horrible experience, disturbing attitude... - At the check-in, we arrived at 9pm, they did not want to let us to our room because they could not receive the payment from Hotels.com I showed them that the payment was taken from my credit card and told them that they should resolve this with Hostels.com, but the reception did not let us in. We waited for around 1 and half hour. At the end we reached hostels.com by phone and they resolved. EVEN though we booked a room with two beds, the reception guy gave us a room with one bed and told us he cannot do anything about this. Not even apologies... The room was not the one we booked and it was downstairs. Hotel was noisy Overall that was a horrible experience!
- zyd2016 (2/5): Bad hotel - Actually the location of hotel is very bad, you need many modes of transportation to reach, the room is too too small, no space to pass. No cleaning system. Staff are nice. No much interesting place around the hotel.
