Wanted to leave at 5am, was told the manager would be in at 7 to discuss the situation and he didn’t show up. Finally left at 7:45 for our 14 hr drive ahead of us. This situation should have been addressed and something done to compensate. Not happy.

My wife and I have 15 years tourist customer service work experience from hotels and restaurants in drumheller and this place and the staff, impressed us.
