Chelsea (1/5): An incredibly disappointing stay. - N/A Very disappointing stay. The lobby and hallways smelled strongly like wet dogs, the front desk staff was rude, and breakfast was subpar with food running out. The worst part was being charged a $50 late checkout fee even though we checked out right at 12:00 PM at the desk—they said it processed at 12:01 and showed no grace or understanding. We were never informed of this rule, and staff was extremely rude about the charge. Would NOT recommend.

Always with a smile. And on checkout too i I've forgot the names, but they helped me and my family with the breakfast, my daughter was super happy with the waffles. I will be back for sure. .

The check-in and check-out process was very easy and fast. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was pretty bare bones and feel like there should be more options.

Debra (10/5): Great property and caring staff. Will definitely stay again when in town. - When we walked into the lobby, you could smell the cleanliness. There was a gentleman scrubbing the floor, however, the entire area was so clean. It was wonderful and it was apparent the property was well cared for because that carried all the way through to the room. We had an issue with the tv, but the staff immediately came to our room and fixed the issue. It was a simple matter of resetting the device. She was very friendly and polite. You could tell she enjoyed her job. It was great. Just wish I’d had more time to spend there.

Rochy (2/5): - Avoid This Hotel! I had a terrible stay here. The room was dirty, and the noise from loud music went on until 4 AM. I had to call the front desk twice to complain. To top it off, there was a frog in front of my door. A horrible experience overall. I would not recommend staying here.

Christopher (10/5): Great economy hotel - Second time for our family to stay here in about 3 years apart. Staff were nice and accommodating. Rooms, lobby, hallways were clean. Pool size didn’t blow you away but was still very nice. Hotel is locked up at night with key badge entry only which is nice. Close proximity to restaurants and the university. Not a luxury hotel by any means but for an economy hotel this beats most we have stayed in for sure.

We spent the evening lounging and swimming at the pool. The kids had a blast! Our room had everything we could possibly need: fridge, dishwasher, dishes, and lots of storage space.the beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Even the sofa bed was above our expectations. The build-your-own breakfast sandwich bar was a lot of fun for breakfast. We could choose from bagels, English muffins, or toast. Fresh made waffles are always a hit with the kiddos. The checkout staff was also wonderful. Our entire experience was comfortable and fun. I will always look for a Home2 when booking a stay on future vacations.
