They forgot to give is a runway view but gave us a free drink for the mistake and upgraded our next stay in a week's time. Great customer service. The breakfast was good and hotel spotless. Very impressed. The barman was also very friendly and professional. I liked everything. Great customer service and a clean hotel made a good stay. Will definately return to stay here before future flights after staff were sp good and so clean.

- Simon (8/5): Really excellent, huge thanks - Hi there, everything was great - and I have stayed in the hotel before, so this was as previously, perfect for what I needed. But this time, the staff were simply wonderful - I missed my flight after having left, because my passport had fallen out of my pocket in the room, and slipped under the bed, which I obviously missed. I called the hotel to check if they had found it, and they wonderfully went to check found it and so I got my passport back, for which I am massively grateful. They were just wonderful and a huge thanks to them. To have been a bit more relaxed overall - I was not so early checking in, and had to leave very early - but hey, not the hotel's fault...

The beds were comfortable and bathroom spotless. The lounge has a relaxing atmosphere to work in and the staff made us feel very welcome. I enjoyed the cooked breakfast and waffles, I would recommend this hotel, it was definitely value for money. All good so no problems.
