- Piotr (8/5): Narty - Lokalizacja, bardzo dobry standard hotelu, miła obsługa. My Polacy przywykliśmy do warzyw podczas posiłku tutaj trzeba o nie prosić. Pomidorki, papryka etc. Są one tanie, w tym kraju pyszne, zatem nie wiem z czego wynika to podejście. Zaznaczam jednak, że po ich zamówieniu personel podawał je bez problemu i bez dodatkowych opłat.

- Denitsa (10/5): Excellent hospitality and care - When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, even though we were early and the room was not yet ready. We were able to leave our luggage and when we were back, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our luggage had already been taken to our room. At the end of our stay, we had an early checkout, and we appreciated the thoughtful gesture of preparing a takeaway breakfast for us. no issues

- Lucia (9/5): Posizione centrale. Pulita e nuova la struttura e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. - L’albergo centralissimo è molto molto carino. Si vede che la struttura è abbastanza nuova e per ora tenuta bene. Ottimi servizi e soprattutto per le famiglie idea di organizzare alle ore 16:30 uno spuntino pomeridiano. Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che non mi ha soddisfatto, è il livello di competenze dei camerieri che servivano ai tavoli. Non per la giovane età, ma in alcuni casi per la mancanza di empatia.

- Annemieke Roobeek (7/5): Pretentievol boutiquehotel met weinig gastvrijheid - We hadden de zolderkamer met balkon en 's ochtends vroeg zon, als er zon was. Er was geen warme hospitality bij het personeel. De koppelverkoop van kamer met ontbijt en diner is niet goed. We vonden het diner van 4 gangen niet smakelijk en het diirde de hele avond. Het was er niet gezellig. Je voelde je niet als gewaardeerde gast. Verder was de zolderkamer (superieure kamer!) Gehorig en was de badkamer klein.
- Peter (10/5): Excellent! - Excellent hotel in Pinzolo. We enjoyed the small but clean and functional spa after walking and cykling in the mountains. The staff is very helpful and professional. What potential guests should be aware about is that the church bells ring every hour throghout the night.

- Brenda (8/5): Felt lux, nice staff & decor. Some room for improvement on practical issues. - We had a good sized room with lovely views and decor. Staff were multilingual, helpful & friendly. Only the property matriarch seemed a bit grumpy. Spa services are on offer. We had good massages, but did not use the spa/sauna as we don’t really like those offerings. If they are your thing, they looked well kept. Beds/pillows weren’t that comfortable for us. We tended to overheat even when we finally worked out how to turn off the under floor heating. The ski & boot room is not in a convenient location to the rooms & makes your walk to the lift (400m) even harder.

- Terry (10/5): Modern chalet-style hotel close to the ski lifts - Nice modern hotel near the ski lifts in Pinzolo. The staff is helpful and courteous which really makes the difference. Cool decor and comfy rooms for a fair price.

Would be nice to have a bottle of drinking water in the room without having to pay for it . The toiletries needed to be refreshed at least every two days ? Also didn’t like the use of the plastic stirrers in the room . Check out could be a little later ?Its 10.30 am though they did give me an hour extra to check out .

- Elena (6/5): Good hotel, but some hidden costs and lack of communication did not make the stay way more expensive than expected and t - The property is very modern, clean and in a great location. The spa access is excellent and the spa lady who gave massages and treatment was very nice and professional. The breakfast food was average and the coffee in the morning pretty bad. The pricing of the rooms was not transparent: I booked two rooms for two adults and because we had 3 people coming they charged us significantly more for a double room booked because of the extra person that came. This was not communicated at the start of the stay and we ended up having to pay an extra 50% just for one person more sleeping in the double room and eating breakfast. The cost seemed excessive and not transparently communicated both on Booking.com and by the hotel staff at arrival. We left disappointed since the stay ended up costing 50% more than we had anticipated and was disposed at the time of booking.

From the unique design of the interiors, through excellent food for breakfast and dinner (half board) to the friendliness of the staff, we were nothing short of impressed. The room was spacious and modern, with everything we needed. The spa area allowed for relaxation, with a big jacuzzi, two saunas and a relaxation zone. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage, which was a great addition to the stay. On top of that, the location of the hotel allows to reach the Pinzolo ski lift as well as a charming town center on foot. All of all, we had an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel to others!

- Annelies (9/5): We had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely come back here. Location is perfect for the slopes. - We got lucky and got an upgrade to a suite. The room was very spacious, big balcony and bathroom. We had 2 single beds, as I travelled with a friend. Breakfast was good, the usual, fresh fruit, bread, yoghurts and some hot options. The curtains in the room did not make the room very dark, also the outdoor lighting did not help, not able to switch it off.

Nice breakfast. we can't judge the dinner (half board), because of our late arrival That we could stay only one night, although we had booked for 2 nights with half-board. We definitely have to come back.

- Mauro (10/5): Piccolo e raffinato hotel in zona sciistica - Questo hotel riunisce un clima familiare e un servizio raffinato. Ottimi i servizi e ottimo anche il servizio di ristorazione. A 400 m a piedi dalla seggiovia che sale alle piste. Offre anche un'area di wellness con sauna, sauna di vapore, vasca idromassaggio e area relax. Molto accurato il servizio di pulizia. Assolutamente consigliato
