Close to the beach , we walk about 10 mins private beach you have to pay 14$ per adult and 10 parking at the beach , I donot like about the motel is you can hear ppl the next door talking !!! And we are unlucky cause the guys next to us , they drink and talk outside by the room at 2am in the morning and of course we all wake up!!!

• Stephen (8/5): - The staff and accommodations were fantastic. The only complaint which takes it down from a 5 star… much like many motels, the walls are very thin. We could hear the next room quite clearly. If you have considerate neighbors, it’s not a problem.

• Kim (10/5): A perfect stay for a quiet weekend - Broadway Court Motel is a wonderful place to stay when you want a quiet getaway or a place to stay for the weekend - The staff is as nice as the place is - it is very clean, has a very nice pool and there are other amenities - what make this motel special is they offer one day stays which made it perfect for my wife and I - I will recommend Broadway Court to my family and friends

The room was even better than the pictures — clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect too — close to everything I needed but still quiet enough to relax. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

• 185jaclyng (10/5): Spontaneous trip - My friend and I decided to book a spontaneous trip Monday night and found this amazing motel. We called Monday night to ask about reservations and Jeff answered the phone he was the most amazing person to speak to on the phone and made the booking experience easy as can be. That night Jeff told us he would see us tomorrow when we got there Tuesday Jeff checked my friend and I in and again the experience with him was out of this world. He was the nicest person ever and was extremely helpful and told us that he was there all night and if we needed anything to come and ask him and he would love to help us. My friend and I had such an amazing experience that we said we would come back again. Thanks to Jeff he made this last minute trip we took the most enjoyable and we would book this motel just from the experience from Jeff again in the future

This most recent year all the rooms were updated even more than usual, and I honestly cannot say enough good things. The staff are probably the most personable people you’d meet at the shore, rooms are super clean, as well as the pool, AC IS AMAZING! it’s a hidden gem, that’s for sure! I’ll continue to stay here and would recommend it to anyone I know.

• U9315EMpatriciao (10/5): July 4th Getaway - Thank you to Lisa and her staff for the wonderful, well kept shore motel. The rooms have been upgraded with new furniture and the beds and pillows are delightful! We bring our own pillows but this trip proved it’s no longer needed. Clean rooms, property and pool area made our getaway extra special! We loved the rocking chairs right outside our door and pool towels at the ready. Don’t miss out on this beautiful gem in Pt Pleasant!
• Amy (10/5): Another wonderful stay !! - Loved my stay at Broadway Court. The rooms are recently refurbished and new rocking chairs in the courtyard are an added bonus. Room was super clean and had everything you could need, fridge, mic etc. Pool was great as well and much warmer than the ocean. Would definitely return and recommend Broadway Court. Walking distance to several eating establishments was a plus as well.

• Gianna (10/5): - Broadway Court Motel is by far the best motel I’ve ever stayed at! For starters, the staff are so welcoming and helpful. Upon my arrival, I was informed of what I should know about the area as well as where the best places to eat are around the property. Then, I walked over to my room which was extremely neat and clean. The bed was comfortable, the TV was big, the room had an A/C unit, and the bathroom was very nice. Overall, I love this motel because it’s unlike any other I’ve been to. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

• Jet49859192497 (10/5): Five Stars for the Broadway!! - My family had a wonderful time staying at the Broadway Court Motel this past weekend, October 14th-15th. We came into town for the American Cancer Society’s annual “Making Strides” walk to raise money and awareness about Breast Cancer. When we entered the premises we were immediately blown away by the breast cancer pink decorations. Everyone who worked there were extremely courteous and professional and supportive of the Making Strides walk. Although we were there off-season for the walk, we found ourselves thinking about renting a room over the summer which is when we hope my wife is fully recovered. The Broadway is an easy walk to the beach or a very short drive or Uber to the boardwalk and beach. It’s the perfect place to get sleep after a long day at the beach and I love the fact that aside from the kitchenette there are also gas grills for all of the guests to use. I can easily envision myself drinking a nice ice cold beer sitting near the grill which would have some nice ribeyes or just the good old fashioned tried and true burger’s and dogs. Kudos to the Broadway for not only supporting breast cancer survivors and their families but for also running a perfect residence for a getaway to the Jersey Shore.
• Stephen (8/5): Clean comfy rooms - Clean and comfy with friendly staff rooms are nice but the bathrooms need updating and the showerhead was awful..way too aerated...made it difficult to rinse the shampoo out of my long hair...they need some $30 hand held units with shut off valves to conserve water while soaping up but that have a stronger pressure to adequately rinse your body and hair...all in all a nice reasonable motel in a great location near everything...I would stay there again

• skippy05 (8/5): Nice motel - TIP!!! Do not book thru expedia, call the motel direct & you will SAVE MONEY!! I did! This is a nice, quiet motel. An older typical shore motel which I like! Upgraded, has flat screen TV, wifi, mini fridge, microwave. King/Queen beds, also has efficiencies. Has a pool. I also recommend the little aquarium on Jenkinsons Boardwalk. AND whale watching in Belmar at Jersey shore whale watch!!

• Rebekah (10/5): 10/10 run don’t walk to the Broadway Court Motel - It was a no brainer booking Broadway Court motel.. the ratings were great. It was no shock to us that the quality of our room and the friendliness of the staff were top notch. We were traveling for an employee beach day for the company I work for in NJ I’m from VA. When we come back next year we will definitely be coming back here! We didn’t visit the beach but if you wanted to.. you can walk to the beach and the boardwalk. 20/10 for this NJ spot.

The management was very attentive and even let us have extra time to check out due to a work call. Great location and quiet and clean.

New ownership took over this year, and they are committed to making it even better. It's low-frills, but the location is excellent, the service is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

Sheers on the windows so you can have privacy and light 2. Coffee pot and complimentary coffee 3. Pen and paper in the room 4. Full length mirror ( nice to see that you are all put together). 5. At least one cozy chair to sit and 6.a fold out luggage holder. 7Bedside table and lamps with usb outlets on both sides. Many of these in the list seem standard and we were a little surprised not to have, but we enjoyed our 3 night stay and location is convenient and safe.
