Colchones suenan mucho y no son muy cómodos, la temperatura no es tan caliente por la noche… pasé frío. Podrían tener una estufa extra para esos casos.

I was confused by the instructions, I had a problem that was solved (management). The room door doesn't have a lock and the entrance doors are left open. The employee (volunteer) at the place was arrogant and rude. The cleaning staff showed no interest in helping.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Honestly, I never expected to get a private room in such a cozy cottage at this price and location amazing value for money! The atmosphere was warm and peaceful, making it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Rovaniemi, especially if you’re looking for something budget-friendly with a nice vibe.

• Muhammad Zohair (9/5): - Was close to centre so just 5 mins walk to main rovaniemi where you can catch the trains/buses. Guesthouse itself was clean and quiet. Kitchen had all the basic accessories like cutlery, etc and also some common things that people left behind and you can use. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and toilet also had bidet. There were no lockers in the room from what I remember. I stayed for a short period without any important stuff so wasnt much of a problem for me. I dont know if staff visits the guesthouse so you have to call them for any issues, but again not a big problem since i didnt feel the need to call them.

• aiswarya (10/5): A cozy budget stay with great value for money - The property was exceptionally well kept and gave a cozy, home-like feeling. I really appreciated the self check-in, which made everything very convenient. The prices were also very reasonable, especially during peak aurora season in Finland. The bathroom was clean and even had a hand shower such a nice touch! The kitchen was fully equipped, and I had everything I needed during my stay. The people were very friendly, and I met some lovely travelers there. Everything was well organized, and I felt extremely safe throughout my stay. I accidentally forgot my AirPods on the bed after checkout, and they were kind enough to send them to me via courier I truly appreciated that gesture and most place wouldn’t even have cared. The owner kept in touch with me throughout and was very kind. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s also within walking distance of everything in Rovaniemi, including the riverside, bus stops, shopping centres, restaurants, and the city centre. Nothing. I really enjoyed the stay there.

W kuchni i łazience wszystkie niezbędne przedmioty. Możliwość skorzystania z sauny. Wybrany przeze mnie pokój miał byc czteroosobowy, jednak było nas 5, przez co bylo tam dość malo miejsca - w tym tylko jedna mała szafa. Łóżko piętrowe nie mialo na gorze swojego gniazdka, żadnej półki ani lampki nocnej (główna lampa na suficie nie działa, dlatego brak swojej przy łóżku byl dość problematyczny). Poza tym prysznic w łazience na górze był dość mocno zaniedbany.

• Jonatas (8/5): - Cozy, clean, quiet hostel… The staff leaves much, MUCH to be desired! There's a blonde woman there that I observed, and she treats the guests very badly. I saw some people going to ask her questions and being treated with indifference… otherwise, it's a well-organized and pleasant place!

The bed frame are dusty, their bathrooms has no something to put things like clothes if you want to take shower and change inside. Just suggestions to put additional hooks so the guest can hang their clothes.

• Tsvetelina (7/5): Best value for money and good location if you want to get the Rovaniemi experience - It was good location, bed was comfortable, place was warm, had hot water, good kitchen facilites. The house is beautiful and probably used to be a family home. Very quiet and respectful place. It was good they had reusable food left from others, and some directions in bathroom. I thought it was funny the sign in toilrt said to always put the seat down after, then people put the lid on instead always :) I think they got confused. I didnt like the number of bathrooms per people. Only had 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet separate for 10 rooms of people. This wouldnt be acceptable by standards where I come from. Had to wait for bathroom quite often. As this is not peak time, I am sure the place was not fully occupied either, so its worse at peak season. Also the cleaner did not clean floor inside bedroom with hoover. I couldn't locate the hair dryer for a lot of time as people move them away from bathrooms. It would have been nice to secure front door with security code just in case. I didnt see or talk to staff during my stay. There were a lot of shoes and no space to sit down to put snow boots on. I really wish they had left a shovel so I could remove the snow bank outside the door to the street. I was worried all the time I would slip on it, and would have been so easy to remove. It was a bit dissapointing they left it, as any other hotel kept their entrance cleared for their guests?

It is nice that there is a living room where you can talk to other residents. The showers are clean, but it is difficult to regulate the water temperature. Lack of space for things in the room. It would be useful to have hooks in the hallway so that you don't have to put jackets in the closet. Very small room and it has five beds. There is absolutely no space and place for things. I don't understand why the accommodation doesn't tell the truth in the description and writes that the room is for four people.

• GIA DANH (7/5): - Die Unterkunft selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles Nötige. Es gibt auch eine Sauna, die würde ich allerdings nicht benutzen, da sie sehr stark nach Urin und Fäkalien riecht. Das Gemeinschaftsbad ist klein, innerhalb der Duschkabine befindet sich der Heizkörper, er wird also jedes Mal beim Duschen mit geduscht. Die Zimmer sind bereits in die Jahre gekommen, das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknackt, es gibt nur wenige Steckdosen (am besten die Nachttischlampen abziehen und die Stecker nutzen.

Falta de exaustor para sugar fritura na cozinha porque algumas pessoas sem noção fazem fritura e o hostel é fechado sem evacuação do mal cheiro e isso deixa os quartos cheirando oleo. Banheiro em falta de papel higiênico. Sem papel toalha e spray para limpeza das mesas. Nao havia po de cafe instantâneo. As pessoas conversando na cozinha e na sala altas horas da noite.

• john (6/5): Arctic Heart Guesthouse - Location was good Bathroom/shower room on 2nd floor had a broken toilet seat and a big crack in the sink. There was only 1 foot towel for the shower that everybody had to share. The towels supplied were only hand towel size and not changed during our 3 night stay. There was a hand towel in there also that was never changed. The TV in the sitting room didn't work but on the good side there was a decorated Christmas tree in there keeping the spirit alive.

Solo el mismo problema de siempre y creo que Booking debería tener una pregunta cuando vas a alquilar habitación compartida y si eres una persona que ronca. Eso puede ser molesto, creo que si eres consciente de que ronca no deberías de alquilar habitaciones compartidas.
