Caroline (7/5): - Room was clean, bright and spacious but lots of things are looking a bit tired. The hotel could do with a revamp. But for our overnight stay it met our needs. Nice big swimming pool. Undercover parking. Free Pepsi and water in the room. We enjoyed the live music in the bar. Bathroom needs a re-fit, Sofas in the bar area need replacing. Chairs are worn and have splits in faux leather. Not a good look in a nice bar with huge swimming pool next to it.

Peter (9/5): Beautiful part of Thailand and a great place to stay. - Phetchabun is a beautiful place and this hotel is very well located just on the edge of town. The management and staff were great even going to the effort of escorting people from the car park to the foyer in a covered tuk tuk during rainy weather. Water pressure in the shower was a bit low but the room was excellent.

Peter (9/5): Very pleasant hotel with friendly, helpful staff, a nice swimming pool, a good restaurant and a bar. - Good range of foods for breakfast. There is an air-conditioned restaurant and a pool-side restaurant with a big sports TV screen. The hotel decor is bright and cheerful and the room air-conditioning works well. The bar doesn't do cocktails, which was a bit disappointing for my wife.
Paul (8/5): This is a great hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again . - The breakfast was always beautifully prepared and looked lovely and fresh. Comfy beds plus the rooms are quite roomy. Staff are always helpful and prompt with anything you ask for. The pool area and particularly in and around the stage / bar and lounge area is always looking dirty and untidy. In fact it’s old and in need of a make over.

Scott (8/5): Overall, very satisfied with the facility and the staff - Clean facility. The cleaning staff was phenomenal very polite and courteous. Room was always promptly cleaned upon request.
Paul (6/5): Love this place as , it is one of two I always stay at . - Staff are amazing, everything I ask for I got I’ve stayed here a few times now and every time I’ve been here I’ve enjoyed it . However ! This place has signs that it’s tired and is in need of and make over. Little things that require attention seem to be left and not repaired until a guest complaines about it . ( running repairs ) the main thing I noticed was their front dest that greets you when you arrive is in need of either repainting or I would replace it . It’s not nice to have that at your greeting desk . Please SR Residents you have a beautiful hotel but it’s time to do repairs before the customers arrive. I’m free to call and chat to management at any time. Only because I’d like to see you keep your star rating.
Scott (4/5): First experience with establishment 5 out of 10 - Upon arrival the night manager was very rude and unaccommodating . The room was clean. BUT the room had no hot water. Tried to call the front desk no . The continental breakfast was from 6:30 to 10:30. We arrived at 8:30. Many items were gone with no replacement. Orange juice, milk, coffee and bread with no replacement.

Location : Nice, easy to reach, quite neighborhoods, lots of place to walk around, good parking space Rooms : Neat and spacious, with small balcony. Lobby : Very spacious lobby with plenty of seating, cafe & bar. Breakfast : Fruits and Juices servings need more choices. Can have cut fruit bowls for pick. Main Gate to Portico entry confusing. Entry & Exit routing can be improved.

David (6/5): it might be the best hotel in town but its out of townw. - pool and room, staff friendly and its a place with a view but its a fair distance to town. The music in the evening was very nice although just duos played for about 45 minutes, and hen a bit later more came, finished at 11pm. Good beer offer 3 large Leo for 230 bts. THE FOOD LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED, VERY GREASY AND THINGS I TRIED TO ORDER BUT NOT AVAILABLE LIKE A SANDWICH1 BREAKFAST ITEMS BEING LEFT EMPTY BUT OTHERS BEING FILLED UP, STAFF ARE NOT ORGANISED

The best thing about the hotel was all of the staff. They could not of helped me anymore than what they did. They really were all amazing and so helpful for my needs in every way. Meals by the pool very atmospheric at night. Plenty of parking. Breakfast a good standard. Staff assisted with luggage. Bathroom a bit small. Hot water luke warm.

Carol (9/5): What a lovely place for my grandchildren to come and see me when I am on holiday - Great place to stay and child friendly. The pool and pool side bar are very nice. My grandchildren were able to join me for breakfast and swimming even though they were not residents at the hotel. It's not really near any local amenities or attractions.

The staff at the bar told us that we would have to purchase a bottel of liquor when we ordered a simple mixed drink. Later a bar tender corrected her and brought us the drink. The staff at the restaurant is not friendly. Used to be much better last year and before. Bring back the girls.

The room advertised a sofa and after staying in hotel rooms with nowhere comfortable to sit it would have been really nice. The sofa was more like a piano seat. Very disappointing.

Mark (7/5): Fun eveninga around the pool bar limited faciliuties during the day - I have to remember this place was only $48 per night which included breakfast wifi and parking so awesome value. For me the pool bar was the main attraction However it did seem that the hotel placed more empathsis on the bar than the actual hotel. The staff seemed to be more interested in outside people coming to drink whiskey and cocktails than the hotel residents, during the day it was difficult to get a pool towel or any service around the pool and often after eating it would be ages beofre you could get you table cleared. For a westener breakfast was very limited and the wifi in the room was off more than on but hey for $48 very good vealue
