- Luca (2/5): First hotel in over 60 years of travelling with rooms without an external window - All in all fornitures and architecture are ok All rooms with the exception of a very expensive suite have NO external windows! That means there is no access to external light and air!!! Such a major issue is absolutely not mentioned nor in words neither with pictures. I doubt that legal requirements for hotel are fully met.

- Ron (2/5): Vreselijk, niet aan beginnen - Vergane glorie! Het hotel is zeer slecht te bereiken. Gelegen aan een smerig plein met een grote hoge circustent met een podium. Hierdoor is er totaal geen uitzicht vanuit de suite op het plein. Je kijkt tegen het dak vd tent aan. Wij hadden de suite met balkon geboekt incl ontbijt en een gereserveerde parkeerplaats. Een grote schande deze kamer. Veel te klein voor een suite, geen zitgroep alleen een oud lederen bankje. Een vieze open plastic prullenbak met een zeer slordige plasticzak erin. Een oude lege koelkast ipv een minibar, een vies toilet met roestsporen vd bril, papieren bekertjes in de badkamer. Grote gebruikte flessen shampo in de badkamer. Een losse haarfohn op de wastafel. De verlichting op de gang bij de kameringang werkte niet. Ipv daarvan een heel klein spotje, waardoor je het slot niet ziet omdat je in je eigen schaduw staat. Het “ontbijtbuffet” slaat echt alles. Vreselijk. In een smoezelig achterafzaaltje stond een vies tafeltje met een smerige doek tussen wat lege bierkratten.( zie foto) Wat oud brood, bedorven kiwi’s en een klein campingoventje stonden daar. Ook wat grote geopende ongekoelde flessen met vruchtensap en chocolademelk. Het duurde 10-15 minuten tot er koffie gebracht werd. Geen vers brood, croissantjes of eieren. Niets.
- gclmb (10/5): Kort verblijf in Berja - Het hotel lag op een goede locatie, aan het centrale plein. Desondanks heel rustig. Nette receptie, schone gangen, kamer en badkamer. Prima bed, goed regelbare airco, ruime badkamer. De kamer kwam uit op een overkapte patio, en had alleen kleine ramen zonder uitzicht.

- JESÚS (10/5): Una estancia excelente - Ha sido una sorpresa muy grata porque no nos esperábamos ese pedazo de hotel en un pueblo como Berja. Muy confortable, tranquilo y muy limpio. Las habitaciones estaban impecables y el personal ha sido excelente en su trato y servicio, muy amables y atentos. La cafetería para desayunar bastante buena. Ya quisieran muchos grandes hoteles tener las instalaciones tan en condiciones como este hotel. Las camas son un poco más duras de la cuenta pero eso no es una falta porque también es algo personal. Quizás a otros les va bien.

- AriRivas (9/5): Bonito y cercano - Está super bien ubicado y todo muy limpio,con mucho gusto decorado,baños bonitos y con ascensor. Hay bares en los mismos soportables del pórtico. Todo está bien no puedo decir nada negativo. El coche hay que aparcarlo un poco más lejos pero es un paseo.
