• Pamela (10/5): Quiet, cosy, clean room in an ideal location. - Clean, comfy room. Ideally located . Great communication /directions from owner. Nice selection of tea/coffee/biscuits/jams etc . Nothing.
• lokety76 (8/5): Quant corner and beautiful rooms - Host was very kind and helpful. Decor was very classy. Lots of sound proofing. Water pressure was strong. Lots of snacks. Room view was to a canal but there was construction behind the church spoiling the look. Can't be predicted or helped but at least host could indicate this situation and price the rooms accordingly.

Questo hotel non fa eccezione. Tuttavia, se è vero che i costi sono tutti alti, non è altrettanto scontato avere dei servizi di qualità come invece li abbiamo avuto i soggiornando a Ca’Lavazzera.

• Jodie (10/5): Wonderful stay. Would come again. - The property was extremely comfortable and clean! We had a lovely stay with Ca’Lavezzera. I paid extra for the Canal view, but this was not worth it as it was on the corner and hardly visible. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!!

• Hogeun Youn (10/5): - 아카데미아 다리와 가깝고 리알토 다리, 산마르코 광장과도 10분내로 갈 수 있습니다. 위치가 일단 너무 좋고 공항가는 수상버스 타기도 편리했습니다. 베니스 길 특성상 처음에 약간 찾기는 힘들었지만 그 다음부터는 쉽게 찾을 수 있었습니다. 스텝이 너무 친절하고 방도 깨끗하고 아늑했습니다. 없음
• Joël (10/5): Emplacement idéal pour visiter Venise : au centre et au calme ! - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les différentes attentions. C'était l'anniversaire de mon épouse, une carte avec une boite de Baicoli (petits gâteaux vénitien ) et une bouteille de prosecco nous attendaient dans la chambre. Chaque matin un plateau de différentes attentions thé, café, et cakes, petits gâteaux, etc étaient renouvelés. Notre séjour, malgré une météo dégradée à la fin, a été de fait très agréable. Malgré la pluie et le froid, la chambre était très bien chauffée. Enfin, l'emplacement particulièrement calme est idéalement situé pour visiter Venise. Des petits détails qui n'ont pas altéré le séjour. Il serait bien dans la salle de bain d'avoir une étagère de plus et dans la chambre n°& que nous occupions un petit bureau ou une table plus grande.

No resident staff and no one there when we arrived so there was no one there to let us in and we had not been given the code for the door. This happened to 2 other sets of guests while we were there, we let them in. Breakfast was a selection of biscuits in the room The staff only seemed keen on taking my money and were not helpful about the location. See above

• Danielle (10/5): Fabulous location and gorgeous comfortable room with a view - The room was beautiful and had a lovely view of the canal. The bed was also very comfortable and warm. The staff were also very nice. The ac stopped working our first night and no one came to fix it even though I contacted the property via booking.com messenger. The water pressure for the shower was not great and the water could be warmer.

We chose the room with a canal view but in reality the windows look out onto a very narrow canal with buildings in a very close distance without any particular view.

• Margaret (10/5): Beautiful, immaculate building, set in a perfect position to explore more that just St Marks square - So central as only 8 minutes walk to St Marks square. Really quaint building and delightfully decorated. Rooms are as shown in pictures and we were meet in the street to ensure we found it. Room air conditioner only blew cold air so seeing as we went in October and when it rained the room was cold . They did supply slippers though which I for one loved on the cold marble floor

Ayrıca ikramlıklar çok iyiydi. Odada terlik olması ise şaşırtıcı:) pek denk gelmezsiniz bu gibi şeylerle. Gayet güzel bir deneyim oldu. Fiyat performans 🙏👍👍 Beğenmediğim bir şey bulunmuyor

Un plateau est à disposition avec de quoi faire du thé et du café, avec quelques biscuits. Le café soluble est juste ... infect. A ce prix, on apprécierait une machine à Nespresso de base. La literie est juste correcte, sans plus.

No reception, so be sure to ask the owner for his number to call if you need anything (this is more like staying in a private home, than a hotel). No food on site, but great restaurants very near by and lots of free snacks in the room!

Instant very detail directions on how to take the water taxi from the Airport to Venice and specific directions on How to get to the hotel Which was very much appreciated. Great location within quick walking distance to restaurants and piazzas, shopping.

It’s rather tucked away, so walking to the location from the main transportation hub and finding the address was a bit challenging, but the location was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

All complimentary Although staff were there to greet us and show us to our room. We didn’t see them sgain. • Tania (10/5): - Can not recommend this place enough. When we first walked up to the building my husband was concerned lol But this truly ended up being a hidden gem in Venice. Location is great because you can walk different directions easily and your not surrounded by hundreds of tourists. This is a very authentic place and rooms, you can feel the history in this building
