- Kenkurt (10/5): The philosophy of comfort - I felt the magic of comfort on my body and soul. It is an authentic hotel as it has cave rooms. Terrace is awesome especially at night when you see the magnificent view. Beds are so comfortable and design is special. I felt special when I used my room with all furniture and other things. I had wifi but in this room you don't want to be busy with internet. Breakfast is rich in versatility and delicious. Waiters were polite and always asked what I would like. Thanks so much.

Seems highly priced as compared to to the services they provide. - I found it not worth-it what we paid, location not impressive, many good hotels were there near it. Cleanliness was an issue. Found little bit congested.they don’t have any kitchen, we booked baloon ride from hotel which was expensive as compared to market price.

Odalar havasizliktan kotu kokuyordu, oda ara katla beraber 3 katliydi. En altaa yatak odasi, ara katta banyo tuvalet, ust katta kullanissiz bir ortak alan cam buradaydi acilsa bile odayi havalandirmaya yetmiyordu. Tavanlar tahta yapilmisti ve havasizliktan rutubet kokusu yuzunuze vuruyordu. Kahvalti inanilmaz kalitesizdi ilk gun deneyip ac kaldigimiz icin bir daha tercih etmedik. Bardaklarda tarif bile edemedigim korkunc bir koku vardi. Resepsiyonda genelde birini bulamiyorsunuz arayip ulasmaniz gerekiyor. Teras guzeldi ancak gunesten koruyacak semsiye yoktu sicakta oturulmuyordu, cok ruzgar aldigi icin de aksam da kullanilmiyordu. Karsindaki taskonaklari tercih etmedigimiz icin cok pisman olduk. Odalarda yerden isitma da mevcut degildi.

- bogwurst (10/5): very cool boutique hotel - stayed in vigor hotel from oct 5-8, it was booked by the tour group i joined so it wasn't by choice. there were 20 of us in the tour and everyone got different rooms, i got to see a few, all the layouts and design were different but nice. one even had a sauna, jacuzzi and terrace seating area. all the rooms were large and had separate living room/sofa area. some rooms had xl bathtubs and others had real jacuzzis with jets. there are around 300 hotels in cappadocia. and referring to the previous reviewer who said the "cave hotel" was fake and had "crumbling walls" to be honest maybe less than 5% of the "cave hotels" there are using the original rooms that were really cut from rock on the side of the hills. most of the cave hotels are newly built structures that uses the same materials and similar look of what the originals look like. and yes, the ceiling/walls would be "crumbly" because it's all made of volcanic ash - that's why it was very easy for them to carve into in the first place. all of us in the tour group liked the design of this hotel it had interesting hallways and corridors that led up and down and there were rooms located in unexpected places. cleanliness was ok. service was okay though breakfast service on the first day was chaotic because the servers (who doubled as bellboys) didn't speak good english and no one could understand their system.... until aziz, the front desk manager appeared and explained. my suggestion is you guys should just print a menu on paper with an explanation that each person can only pick one hot dish (list the options), and also include all the sides and beverage options with it. and a box where they can write their room number. it would make everyone's life easier - especially when you're dealing with tour groups. you can see the balloons from the terrace but the hotel is far from love valley so it wouldn't be up close. the terrace above the hotel restaurant has a seating area but the real rooftop offers a higher vantage point with a view of one of the uchisar caste. you have to take the corridor leading to the back of the hotel then go up some stairs and that will lead you to the real rooftop.

There is no window in the room but this is more than made up for by the view from the terrace above. We were surprised that there was no restaurant on site at the moment (it seems this will come shortly) so we went elsewhere for dinner. Breakfast was good and all the staff we spoke to were friendly, polite and helpful.

- Connector48196097429 (10/5): Cave Hotel - I had a 2 day tour in Cappadocia and the tour company booked my room at Vigor Hotel because the one I originally selected had no vacancy. Upon check in and seeing my room it was very nice, chic, and different than anything I've ever experienced. I was staying in a cave hotel with a cave room. The staff was warm, caring, and friendly. If I got the chance I would definitely visit again or tell someone else traveling to Turkey to stay here.

- 65admira (10/5): Great experience - We stayed 4 nights in here. The top terrace offers incredible view (get up early in the morning to see panorama with dozens of balloons). The breakfast offered variety of fresh made food and was more than plentiful. We discovered excellent Turkish wine from the region ;-). Mr Sayad took great care of us, arranged our tours (Red Tour, Camel riding, Balloons) and from what I understand from others, we got pretty good prices. I would like also to mention Mr Çağrı and Mr Mesut - who went out of their way to help us. In fact, everyone was so friendly and helping whatever we asked for. I see that some reviewers complained about lack of air conditioning in the cave rooms. Well, that is a trade-off, in my mind - you get what you ask for. We were unfortunate to arrive when the heat was blazing but Mr Sayad arranged for portable cooler, and it helped a bit. There are more expensive hotels in the region, but Vigor was excellent price/performance. The security and safety is impeccable, the reception staff monitors plenty cameras. That being said, my impression is that Cappadocia and Turkey in general are very safe for tourists. People in the local shop give you receipt and it is quite affordable to buy small snacks. There are several restaurants in vicinity of Vigor, and you can chose if you like "local" or "more international", say a BBQ. I would recommend local food, since Turkish food is excellent, imho. All the tours we had were including the transport from- and to- hotel. You will need to get up very early for the Balloon tour, since the lift off is just before the sunrise. For the tours, you should bring cash (Euros in our case, and you pay at the hotel, so no hassle at all). It is understandable, given that at the time of our visit, there is inflation, so it is better to have stable prices than be disappointed if your price in TRY is increased. Nevertheless, all tours were very professional and well worth the experience. All together, warmly recommended.
- Kvanchytan (4/5): The caves are not comfortable to sleep. - The cave room is not comfortable at all. I believe It is not a real cave. There is No air circulation in the cave rooms. The lime on the wall has been spilling on the floor. You are stepping on them. All the rooms are different than each other and the other rooms are ok. The breakfast and service is also good.

The staff everywhere were very helpful. The room was clean. It was well situated for the shops and restaurants. The view from the breakfast room and tge roof was incredible.
- Dolly833 (10/5): A CAPPADOCIA GEM: LUXURY & WARMTH WRAPPED UP IN 1 BREATH - my very 1st visit to Cappadocia, a much needed rest- after a 5 day business trip to Bodrum Turkey. The Vigor Hotel -a newly remodeled hotel with 12 unique suites, I had the spacious jacuzzi suite with its' very own sauna. The balcony with its' breathtaking views, especially with the hot air balloon rides at 5am is a sight , that I will never forget. The decadent, healthy, scrumptious Turkish breakfast was the best I have ever had- the manager Cagla & her team were the most enthusiastic, helpful, efficient service that I have had the privilege to experience. Thank you to the owners for an excellent staff!

Ramazan had organised our transport to/from the airport. He also helped us book a couple of tours and provided great recommendations for food. Our room was clean and spacious with plenty of goodies stocked in the mini-bar. The hotel has a spectacular view of the balloons and the pigeon valley and is also close to many food places. He also helped us book a couple of tours and provided great recommendations for food. Our room was clean and spacious with plenty of goodies stocked in the mini-bar. The hotel has a spectacular view of the balloons and the pigeon valley and is also close to many food places. The breakfast was stunning and the rest of the staff were delightful. Thank you Ramazan for your hospitality and warm welcome. We highly recommend the Elit Cave Suites hotel!
- Inspiration30614 (10/5): Trip to Cappadocia - We had a great experience stay this cave hotel. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean ！ Breakfast was very healthy! We really enjoy the time we were there! A young girl her name is Ozlem. She gave a great help for my phone as the phone card has problems! The location is good with very good views from top floor.
- Lesley (10/5): Great place to stay - We spent a long time choosing and weren't disappointed. Hard to fault thanks to Ramazan and his team, nothing was too much trouble. What we liked : Very quiet location, large rooms, tastefully furnished, comfortable and clean - great value for money! Breakfast on terrace, had fantastic views and wide choice including daily specialities. Help arranging tours at short notice. Staff friendly and helpful, feels like home.

- Alevtyna (10/5): The best choice ever - It is an amazing hotel. The room is 5*. The room is fully renovated and the furniture is new and really stylish. It has a great location: 5 min from the castle and from the pigeon valley( you also can enjoy its view from the terrace during your breakfast). The breakfast was the best I’ve seen during my whole trip in Turkey. The staff is super friendly too. I strongly recommend it.
- Rana (2/5): - BEWARE!!!The hotel manager will attempt to overcharge for the city tours, go around the corner to Chez Kamel and you will find the prices in Turkish Liras rather than paying in Euros, hes just trying to pocket extra money for himself and his friends. The rest of the staff is nice enough. Fireplace is nonfunctional, shower is nice, bed is okay, however the ceiling will fall on you throughout the night. Better off staying across the street at Taskonaklar, they have an actual view of the mountain. Breakfast was good and served promptly. Only issue was with the hotel manager lying to cheat his guests and attempting to intimidate us into to taking his friends tour.

- Mehmet (10/5): Tadı damağımızda kaldı. - Otel konumu itibariyle çok güzel yerdeydi. Kahvaltılıklarda nefisti. Sabah serinliğine doyamadık. İkinci tatil planımızda ilk sırada olmayı hakeden bir oteldi.
- Jaehee (8/5): 호텔은 깨끗한데, 방청소를 너무 대충해줘요 - 방은 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 천장에서 계속 돌가루가 떨어지는게 좀 불편했어요. 방마다 와이파이가 있는점이 마음에 듭니다. 오픈한지 얼마 안된 호텔이라 상태는 굉장히 양호했는데, 청소를 너무 대충해주는것 같아요. 첫날 청소팁을 놓고 나왔는데, 수건도 일부만 바꿔주고 치운 커피잔은 다시 갖다놓지 않았고. 물도 채워져 있지 않아서 받으러 가야만 했어요. 기분이 상해 다음날부터 청소팁은 놓지 않았습니다. 방청소는 좀 신경써줘야 할것 같아요. 시설은 아주 깨끗한 편입니다. 주차장이 없어서 아쉬웠어요.
- Casey (10/5): Fantastic hotel in a nice area of Nevşehir. - The cave room was awesome — comfortble bed, clean bathroom, well stocked minibar fridge, big tv with a good selection of english language channels and elegant lighting and finishing touches through-out the room and hotel. And to top it off, a generous Turkish breakfast each morning with an amazing view! Ramazan was an excellent host who managed my stay and helped to recommend some great day tours. He handled all the bookings which was a huge help and meant that I could relax and enjoy my time. Thank you to Ramazan and staff for making my stay with Elit Cave a great experience. It was a highlight of my trip to Turkey.

- Ardeia23 (10/5): Amazing Hotel in Uchisar - The hotel room was amazing, clean, big and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and was taken on a terrace with a lovely view. The staff are nice and helpful. A very good location of the hotel and we had an amazing time spent there. Highly recommended.
