jackmA8457OW (4/5): Dodgy air con and sewage smelll - We stayed at Karlin apartments next to Krizikova in Prague. We showed up on a late flight (1am arrival at the apartment) having been told we would be able to ‘check in at reception when we got there’. Was then met with no reception no answers unless I whatsapped details to the reception so they could give me a code to the building and room key. Eventually got into the apartment m, which looks great, tried to turn on the air con as it is quite warm. To say it worked is an understatement to say the least. It’s like a cold breath blowing over your shoulder for 5 mins then stops. The 2nd unit in the bedroom wouldn’t even work ‘apparently on a controller system’ according to the controller. And the receptionist when I asked and I quote ‘weird. It should’ Anyway the suggestion is stay here if you’re having a party where you don’t mind being unbelievably sweaty or stay in a flat with decent air con.

tinajanelaw (10/5): Beautiful apartment - Stayed in the 6 bedroom penthouse on a girls long weekend. There was so much space! The whole apartment was gorgeous and very luxurious. The hot tub was great and the views outstanding. All the staff were lovely, airline had lost our luggage and they were so good at helping us sort it out. I would highly recommend and hope to visit again.

We stayed in the penthouse with the roof hot tub, we were happystaying in as the apartment was so nice ha!

IIDesuNe (8/5): Great place, but be careful - I came here with my cousins, total of 5 of us. I got a 2 bedroom family suite, and there's also a pull out bed in the couch in the HUGE living room. This place was the biggest hotel/apartment I've ever stayed. Usually it's hard to find a roomy place for 5 people without feeling squished or condensed. There was a kitchen, dining area, 1.5 bathrooms, which made it so efficient for us to get ready for bed or getting ready in the morning. The place was so clean and pristine, the beds were comfortable, the area is very safe with multiple key access before getting into the room. The staff were helpful and let us leave our luggage after check-out so we could go around town before leaving to our next destination. It is about a 10 minute walk to the train station which was convenient as we had lots of luggage and kids with us, so walking distance to the train station was so great. We had a bit of issue with the keys as the lock got stuck and we were locked inside the room. I had to activate my phone to international to call the front desk as there is no in-room phone in the room. Another con is that I was charged a deposit when I first checked in, which was fine as it was just authorized but never charged. Upon coming home, I received random refunds and charges from the hotel but no idea why. It wasn't a large amount, but I attempted to call the hotel as well as the booking site, and no one could give me answers. I wasn't mad, but I just wanted to know what the charge was for. Just be sure to keep on a look out for your credit card statement. Last Con- you are notified once you get into the room to not move any furniture and be sure to clean all the dishes before leaving. This wasn't alarming, but I guess I'm not used to rules in a hotel. The book was helpful with all the rules and provided great information, but anywhere in Prague you will be subject to strict rules/guidelines, so get used to it when you go. Even with the cons, the room and staff were great and I would not hesitate to come back to stay here again. It has a great homely feeling to it and I think that's what I love best about it. Glad I found this place!
Jacopsman (4/5): Nice interior, a lot of stairs, bad cleaning - In general we are rather happy with our stay at the Empirent apartments. We had our stay in the city center ones, so just to be clear not the Grand Central. These are however not on Tripadvisor so therefor this review here. The place is well designed, nicely decorated and remodeled. Absolutely no bad things to say about this. The appliances in the kitchen were all Miele and the washing/drying machine a decent AEG. We had airco, built in roof windows with electric shutters, a good TV and comfy beds. However a few things did cause a bit of a disappointment. First of all the house itself was covered in a lot of scaffolding, which we did not expect and made it harder to find (something worth mentioning). But the biggest surprise was the massive 90 steps staircase, popping in and out of the apartment was because of that a real hassle. It wasn't something "impossible" but imagine being older or handicapped and not knowing this... Without an available elevator. Worth saying aswel is the way up to the apartment is through a corridor covered in excrements followed by the staircase smelling of these and cigarette smoke. The biggest disappointment however was the bathroom, where the ceiling was covered in cobwebs and spiders, this made the overall hygiene go below average. That and the bin still being full of the last visitors rubbish. Also there is a shower-head, but this can only be used in the bathtub, so no actual shower. Again, there is a decent amount of luxury and comfort provided, but this does sadly not live up to its expectations next to all the downsides.
SharonLewis-K (10/5): Rooftop luxury overlooking the city - The three bed apartment in Petrske namesti was amazing. Spacious, modern and the rooftop was perfect! Best place I've stayed in and I travel a lot, never given 5 stars before but couldn't fault it. The reception is at a different location but it's only a 10 minute walk.
davidbrown88 (8/5): Stag Doo - Myself and 3 of my friends rented one of these apartments for one of the parties stag doos from the Fri-Mon last week. It's was a really nice, self sufficient apartment, the only issue was the there was 1 double bed and 1 double pull out couch so it ment 4 guys sharing 2 double beds and although there were 2 toilets there was only 1 shower so it took a while to get everyone ready to go out . Our apartment was around a 40 min walk to the old town which is fine if you like walking our legs were feeling it after the 4 days (don't get taxis as they can spot tourists coming a mile off, we realised this after the first night). I would rate this apartment as 4 stars but that is purely just for the accommodation, I didn't like Prague 1 bit so won't be recommending it anyone thats for sure.
perhedelin (10/5): Great apartments - This is probably the best apartment we ever rented. A appartmennt in three floors with a terrace on the top. Privat spa on the terrace overlooking the city. So stylish decorated in every detail. Expensive but worth it!
BevandMike2018 (10/5): Superb! - We had an amazing stay in this appartment, such a beautiful place. Quite surpassed our expectations. We were delighted with the space and layout of the appartment. It was exceptionally clean, very well equiped and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Especially Michael who helped us on the last day to find somewhere to change after we got soaked in the rain! The staff couldn't do enough for us. The surrounding area is wonderful, so many excellent places to eat and fabulous shops. The Metro station and Tram stops are so close by. Absolutely awesome place, we will be going back!
varunbadhwar (10/5): Captivating Apartment, Heavenly Stay! - This apartment is definitely one of the best that I have stayed in, the walkway might seem that you’re going to a shabby old place but once you enter the place, you will be astonished with the beauty and the brilliant architecture. It really overwhelmed the kids when we entered and they went bonkers. The best thing is the location, it is so near to the old town square and a lovely local market that sells coffee, pretzels, sausages etc. Airy space and very well kept. I celebrated my birthday here and the memories would stay forever. Overall, superb value for money, very courteous staff, easy check in and out. Would strongly suggest this place and thanks for such an amazing stay. Ciao!
10susannk (10/5): Amazing Oase in Prag - We, 6 persons, had an amazing stay! We had the 3 sleeping room Apartment and had really enough space and didn t missed anything as it is perfectly equiped! Two bathrooms and a additional toilette avoided stress to get ready. Also the possibility of pick up from the airport, getting the fridge equiped with beer, sparkling wine and food for breakfast is a real value add! The location is just perfect... close to the center of Prague! If you come by car please make sure you book upfront a parking space
13dhrutid (10/5): Impressive and immaculate - 6 good sized double bedrooms in clean condition. All rooms were spacious and are supposed to be air-conditioned (Unfortunately, we never figured it out in all rooms). We stayed in the penthouse suite, which had a rooftop balcony, a communal living room, kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 4 large bathrooms. The apartment is furnished and designed to a high standard with luxury fittings. We stayed here for a hen weekend consisting of 11 girls. The space was perfect for us to play hen games and entertain. The apartment was within walking distance to the town center, so it's a great location for tourism, partying and shopping.

carolmarquis (10/5): Amazing - These apartments are absolutely amazing. We traveled as a party of seven and the apartment is a great size. Lots of space and its very modern yet has a rustic style to it too. Its fabulously clean and has everything you could need. It is only a few minutes walk to the Old Town and not much further to Charles Bridge and the castle. I will definitely be staying in these apartments again.
ClD743 (10/5): Wow, what an experience! - We stayed in one of Prague Luxury Suites back in January. We had the immense chance to check-in to one of the biggest penthouses I have ever been into. With great views over Prague, we even had our own jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace. Because it was so chilly outside, we didn't try it, but I'm sure it could have been amazing. We stayed with 3 people in the apartment and it was perfect for us. We all had enough privacy and our own bathroom! The beds were very comfy and the cleanliness of the place impressed us. We'll definitely come back to Empirent Apartments in the future!
michKent (10/5): amazing place to stay ! - i`ve looked at the official website and i cant seem to find the actual apartment that we stayed in which is weird !. It really was a amazing property decorated with so much attention to detail so i`m really hoping i`m on the right property search !. Its too good not to leave a review somewhere. The property was easy to walk to from the station and near the old town. The young lady that met us in the apartment was really helpful and i really hope to stay there again.
kerimoglum (10/5): Serious and good management - Prague is a beautiful city , always dinamic and always busy with tourists . Karlin is an area where you can touch this dinamism very easily with public transports but also feel the atmosphere of a well maintained residential life. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets . The area is getting more trendy amongst young people very fast . Empirent Karlin Residences is really home ,it’s modern flats are fully furnished and serviced regularly . It’s location is perfect and there is wi-fi in every flat . Everytime I visit Prague , I tend to stay here if I can find availability . I must thank everyone who works hard maintaining this quality and extending their hospitality to me .

1blokeCA (10/5): Gorgeous Apartment. - The apartments here are absolutely gorgeous and HUGE!! My apartment on the 6th floor (I think it was 61 or 63) was 1200 ft. The apartment was on 2 floors with the main living room / dining and kitchen area open plan, and a hallway before that leads to tons of closets, washer/dryer and toilet. An open staircase leads you upstairs to the bedroom which overlooks the floor below (its not closed off) with a nice bathroom and drawers (no closet upstairs) - which is odd since there is a ton of room. It was all quite clean and the bed was ok. A touch firm, but not as bad as a hotel around the corner where that bed was rock hard. I think they prefer their beds on the hard side in Prague :-). A nice patio with table and chairs stretches the length of the room with nice views. The living room/dining area has 3 20 ft long skylight windows with touch controls to open and close blinds BUT, its not blackout...so in the morning the light will come through strong, even if closed There is also no view out to the street from this level, just the skylights. The second floor provides the view out back into town from the patio. Now you can see out of the skylight from the bedroom but only looking out at a 6th floor level and up to the mountain. Apartments on the floors below 6 do not have this issue. Please arrange an exact time to arrive to make sure someone is there to meet you. The reception office is not manned all the time (or at least on weekends) so you can end up like I did waiting for someone to arrive. There is an intercom button outside to speak with someone and just ask them to let you in so that you are not standing out on the street. The staff are amazingly nice and I truly recommend this place for solo, couples and even families since there is a TON of space. There also speak perfect English. The area is the best since its not in town, but still less than 10 mins by metro (station 30 seconds from the apartment around the corner) To the old town 3 stops or you can walk in 25 mins. A shopping mall is 2 stops away or 15 mins. A tram also runs on the next street to town. Around the apartment building there are a few restaurants and even more 2 blocks away. A couple of supermarkets. Alberts supermarket is the better choice. UGO around the corner is very healthy and delicious.
