- Julia (9/5): - Sehr zentrale, aber ruhige Lage. Alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstück war super lecker und auf Wunsch kriegt man sogar frische Omeletten. Besonders freundlich und angenehm waren auch die Mitarbeitenden. Insbesondere Adam, der mich um 4 Uhr morgens einchecken durfte, war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
- Rena (8/5): Ich würde Boutique Hotel Baku allen weiterempfehlen.... - Baku ist meine Heimat, mein Zuhause. Dort fühle ich mich auch im Hotel sicher und willkommend. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, so wie ich mein Volk kenne. Adam, Ragil, Ayhan, Rasul (hoffentlich habe ich richtig alle Namen geschrieben) sind die beste Besetzung der Rezeptions. Wir kamen nachts und haben alles vorbereitet, wie besprochen, vorgefunden. Die Lage dieses Hotels ist zentral, man kann wichtige Sehenwürdigkeiten auch zu Fuss erreichen. Der Frühstück hat unsere Ansprüche erfüllt. Der junge Mann im Restaurant war sehr zuvorkommend. Es soll ein bisschen mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden....

- Meriem (10/5): The front office team will make your journey at this hotel - Rahil bey , the front office manager was very kind , i’m giving a 10/10 immediately for his warm behaviors , before i even step in the hotel he helped me a lot and checked on my flight till i reached the hotel and even helped me with my bags to get them to the taxi after checking out , very generous very kind and very helpful , professional and always wearing a warm smile. and also adam and the front office team were helpful and respectful and always listening to concerns and extremely respectful and kind . I would say my room was loud , i could hear alot of strong noises coming from the elevator i think . And one thing i didn’t like at all was that even when i used the DND card i found the housekeeper in my room cleaning and i immediately told her it’s DND on the door , she left respectfully but i believe the privacy needs to be more respected I still recommend this hotel without any doubt

Mi hanno offerto servizio taxi aereoporto-Baku chiedendomi tre volte tanto il valore di Bolt-Uber, mi hanno fatto pagare 30 manat per aver accolto una persona in camera per 8 minuti.

Loved the stay. 10/10 The hotel management was super supportive, 10/10. The carpets need cleaning, gets a little itchy if you walk barefooted!

- Tatiana (8/5): - Место расположение отличное и персонал замечательный! Пожалуйста вложите немного денег в ремонт санузла. Я заказала один из лучших просторных номеров. Который на главной картинке отеля. Но! Ковралин на полу пора заменить, он выглядит затоптанным, особенно на входе в санузел. Обратите внимание на наличники двери - внизу они испорчены влагой. В душевой или водный камень, похожая на грязь или плохо убирают.
- Maryam (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf in een fijn hotel met een perfecte locatie! - Perfecte locatie, heel veel bezienswaardigheden goed te doen te voet. Dichtbij de spar, restaurants en cafés en de bank. Dichtbij belangrijke plekken. De kamer was schattig en compact, schoon. Elke dag goede schoonmaak. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en heerlijk. Zeer aardig personeel en heel behulpzaam, ook van de receptie en de schoonmaak. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. De douche was wat verouderd en een paar keer had ik geen warm water. Let op als je transfer boekt via Booking, het hotel biedt dit namelijk ook aan en ik was hierdoor in de war geraakt maar we hebben het met de receptie personeel goed opgelost.

We had a little Juliette balcony which was nice. Central area to get around. Breakfast was just right, not overly lavish but just what you need. Housekeeping were amazing! Nothing

- Omar (10/5): روعه انصح الكل بالسكن فيه نظيف وقريب من نظامي وفريق متعاون جدااا - اعجبني حجم الغرفه الكبيره ونظافنها واطلاله جميله من البلكون حبيت كتير كل شئ رائع وتدفئه الحمام وبوفيه الإفطار متنوع وشهي جداا وقامو باعطائي فطور مجاني طوله فتره اقامتي وقربه من شارع نطامي بس ٢ دقيقه مشي 😊👌 لا شئ

- aref (10/5): - الفندق قريب جدا من شارع نظامي .. مشي 3 دقائق فقط او اقل .. قريب منه برافو 5 دقايق مشي ويوجد سوبر ماركت اخر قريب دقيقه وحده .. وكوفي ... اخذت اكبر غرفة في الفندق كانت واسعه وشرحه فيها 4 بلكونات لا تستطيع الجلوس فيها لاكن الوقوف فقط و3 شبابيك كلها بنفس الجدار .. اعطت شراحه للمكان اكثر . والموظفين ودودين جدا.. يوجد مقابل الفندق حديقه تنفع للعب الاطفال واحتساء الشاي او القهوة

На 3-5 дней пойдет. Цена-качество оставляет желать лучшего. Очень дорогие завтраки. Мы не брали. На двоих 30 Манат. Завтракали в кафе на 10 манат на двоих до отвала. Номера очень старые. Мебель старая. За эти деньги можно найти отель достойнее. Очень понравился персонал. Отзывчивые хорошие люди.

- DAMLA (10/5): Azerbaycan’a yine gelsem yine burada kalmayı tercih ederim. - Tesisin konumu, personelin tutumu, kahvaltısı herşeyi çok harikaydı. Hem resepsiyondaki personeller hem de kahvaltıdakiler oldukça kibar, yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Gerçekten insanı evinde gibi hissettiriyorlar. Otelin konumu harika pek çok popüler noktaya yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Bunun dışında toplu taşıma da yürüyerek 2 dk mesafede. Tesis temiz ve sıcacıktı.

- Wacław (7/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 5 min od głównego deptaka nizami Street, wokół mnóstwo dobrych restauracji (szczególnie polecamy Kolorit), tuż przy hotelu sklep Spar. Sam hotel nieduży, wpasowany w starą kamienicę, generalnie należy uznać za dobry. Pokoje dobrze urządzone. Śniadanie na przyzwoitym poziomie. Personel sympatyczny. Ocena obniżona za kilka kwestii: bardzo słabe WiFi w pokoju, pokój ma balkon francuski co powinno znajdować się w opisie. Nieszczelna kabina prysznicowa, codziennie po kąpieli wypływało sporo wody.

Good value for money The wall to wall carpeting in our king suite was stained in multiple places and had some cigarette burns in it. We could hear the kitchen staff walking around on the floor above us when they arrived at 07.00

Tekrar geleceğimizde buna dikkat edeceğini ve daha yeni eşyalı oda vereceğini söylediler. -Kahvaltı fena değildi. - Odalardaki eşyalar (Halı,perde,dolaplar) eski. hizmete bu eşyalar olmamış. - Oda temizliği çok yetersizdi. Sadece günlük suyu verip, çopü alıp çıkmışlar gibiydi. Süpürme ve toz alma yoktu.

Жила в самом маленьком номере и в стандартном. +Номера уютные, светлые. +Оснащение номера прекрасное, всё исправно работает (приятно, что в шкафу были вешалки для одежды) +Была в жару, но кондиционер ни одного дня не включала, потому что в номере сохранялась прохлада. +Звукоизоляция как и везде средняя) но мне никто не мешал 😅 +Очень хороший и разнообразный завтрак!!! Была нарезка 3 вида, сыры, йогурты, блины, оладьи, сосиски, яйца, яичница, омлет, какие-то сладкие кексы, фрукты. Напитки чай, кофе, пакетированные соки. Если прям придираться, то возможно сантехника не очень новая и где-то у меня под тикало душевая. Но мне кажется это абсолютно нормальным, потому что сантехнику никто не меняет в отелях каждый год)))). И ещё один момент, который пару раз обламывал, когда в 10 утра к тебе стучаться с уборкой.
