After a grueling day/night of travel, the situation was incredibly frustrating. Fortunately, Sharima (Front Office Manager) and Divya (Assistant) stepped in. These two ladies spent two hours late into the night and early morning working to resolve the third-party error. I am so grateful for their persistence and care—they were true lifesavers!

Sharima S. suggested nearby attractions, took her time to visit with us and make us feel welcome while we were at the hotel snack bar after a long day. She made us feel like family when she shared her new grandson’s picture with us and asked if we had grandchildren. Rooms were clean. Good water pressure. Only one elevator was working. There were a lot of guests so there was a lot of waiting for the elevator. The breakfast staff was taking things away and closing the area before the posted end of breakfast, while guests were still trying to get food.

We travel often and have noticed that since COVID, it’s actually been harder to find places that maintain high cleanliness standards. You would think public establishments would have increased their efforts — but that hasn’t always been our experience. Thankfully, this hotel is the exception! We originally found this hotel because we have family who live nearby. We actually used to live in the area many years ago and remember when they were building the property, but we never stayed here since we had our own home close by at the time. Now that we visit family at least once a month, this has become our go-to place. It’s convenient, consistently spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly. We always find ourselves chatting at the front desk with Maria or Manny — both are so welcoming and always happy to help. We later found out that Maria is the Sales Manager and Manny is the General Manager, yet they’re both so humble and always smiling. That says a lot about the leadership and the culture of the property. The entire team deserves recognition — from the breakfast attendants to the housekeeping staff. Iris is also so friendly, and everyone works hard to keep the place running smoothly. Thank you all for keeping our “home away from home” clean and ready for us every time we visit. Great stay as always — we’ll definitely keep booking with you!

The entire property was impeccably clean, and our rooms were spotless. The breakfast selection was excellent. Since it’s a Hampton by Hilton, we weren’t expecting a fancy à la carte menu — but we were pleasantly surprised by the variety. They offered hot breakfast items that changed daily, a great selection of juices and cereals, different waffle flavors, yogurt, fresh fruits and fruit salads, a variety of breads and bagels, plus multiple protein and egg options. There was truly something for everyone. We have zero complaints about this place! Manny at the front desk was amazing from the moment we arrived. Even though we were a little early for check-in, he immediately accommodated us, invited us to enjoy the breakfast that was still being served, and by the time breakfast ended, he had rooms ready for all of us. We appreciated that so much. He is truly top-notch and a great asset to the company. Manny, thank you again for making our stay so wonderful. We hope you enjoyed our gift!

• Shadow925 (10/5): Before and after cruise. - After looking at reviews of hotels in the Fort Lauderdale area we decided on the Hampton Inn, Pompano Beach. There were a lot of hotels near the airport and cruise ports but this one had 4.9 out of 5! Our before night stay was great. We checked in and the desk said there was a sports bar less than a block away which was good. Our room was clean and spacious. Since we didn’t have to be at the port until 1:30 PM they gave us a late checkout. Breakfast was good and hot. Typical of Hampton. Our after cruise was stressful, not Hampton Inns fault. The ship docked early and we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 and were told they should have us a room by 1:30 or 2:00. Since it was still early we decided to wait in the lobby until the sports bar opened at 11:00 AM. Manny, at the desk, saw us dozing so he checked to see if any rooms were available. He called me over around 10:30 with the good news that he had a room and we could go ahead and check in. Not many hotels would do this so we were very thankful to Manny for his kindness. This hotel is in a nice area with a number of restaurants and shopping, including a WalMart market and Publix. I would recommend Hampton Inn, Pompano Beach for a short or long stay.

The kids were especially enchanted with the heated pool, which made their trip even more fun. Breakfast offered plenty of choices, including a wide variety of cereals for the kids, which was a big hit. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were spotless—bright, white, and shining. The front desk staff was wonderful, and everyone we encountered throughout our stay was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and located on the top floor, which made it even better. Our room had a beautiful view of the water canal, which was especially lovely in the morning as the sun came up. Iris, who I believe is the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond to help my wife and daughters with special requests, which we truly appreciated. • CARLOS (7/5): BUEN LUGAR - TENER EN CUENTA LA UBICACION DE LA HABITACION - El desayuno era bastante completo, el acceso rápido a los lugares que pensaba recorrer, la practicidad del estacionamiento en el mismo lugar del hotel. La habitación que nos dieron daba a una avenida muy transitada y se escuchaba mucho ruido, producto de esa circulación vehicular, policía, bomberos, etc. Además no me gusto que en la recepción no le pusieran ni un poquito de ganas para tratar de comprender el idioma español.

• mithzb2025 (10/5): Excellent - The staff were just lovely—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel like valued guests. If you're looking for a hotel with charm, comfort, and a whole lot of heart, this is the place. It was a sweet, wonderful experience we can't wait to repeat!

• 364tiffanye (10/5): Great Staff during unfortunate time. - I want to shout out Zach and Ryan! Hands down best front desk staff! I stay at this hotel every few months for work and this trip they unfortunately had elevator issues. I was on the 5th floor so I get it! It sucks but is not the staffs fault! The guest were HORRIFIC to the front desk team and these 2 stayed professional and accommodating! I gor my steps in and met 2 pretty cool guys! Y partner was with me and has a fear of heights and elevators! Once it started working again Zach offered to ride it with her and did! We appreciate the team here!
