Curious24818234189 (10/5): Stay here, the best hotel in Oswego - This Home 2 Suites truly has everything you need for a comfortable extended stay - well designed amenities, clean spaces, and thoughtful details, including a full kitchenette, that make it easy to feel at home. The staff are consistently warm and attentive, creating a genuinely pleasant experience. Upper management should be proud of how well run this hotel is ; it shows through in the respectful, quality care I've received throughout my entire stay.

Ample parking, pool area was nice and clean, free laundry room service, continental breakfast was good, fitness room was clean. Stayed one night in a 2 queen bedroom suite with 3 adults, we all were very comfortable in the room which had a lovely kitchenette area with a large refrigerator, sink and dish washer. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate station in the lobby that also had complimentary cookies or muffins. Lobby also had complimentary apples for people who prefer a more healthy snack. Would definitely stay here again.

Mary (4/5): - The property sits just across the road from the Oswego Speedway, which we listened to until around midnight. Additionally, walls are paper thin at this hotel - you hear everything next to you and especially from the room above. We barely got any sleep. If you must stay at this hotel, be sure to request a top floor room on the opposite side from the speedway.

The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars for cleanliness is due to the dirty utensils that were in the cafe area but I could have just been an oversight as the hotel did have a hotel full of baseball conference people. Overall, the stay was perfect the rooms and all other areas were spotless and I would go back again!

They were all very disrespectful of the fact that other guests were also staying there. The staff was wonderful! Breakfast was decent when you could get past all of the kids.

brianmZ2357IB (10/5): Home away from home! - This was my first ever time that I stayed here and I’ll definitely be coming back with my family. The room was spacious and had everything needed. The pool was a blast. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had (not exaggerating). But most importantly, the staff there went above and beyond. People like “Char” (insert southern twang) put the Home in Home2Hilton! Can’t wait to be back!

Mathews (7/5): While the property had great amenities like a clean lobby, appealing outdoor areas, and a well-equipped room, the overal - I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The exterior of the hotel was very appealing, especially the patio, it was visually pleasing and added a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The pool was simple but perfect for a quick dip, and the lobby was clean and welcoming. I also appreciated the guest laundry facilities, which helped me save some money, definitely a convenient feature. Although I didn’t use the gym, it looked very clean and well-maintained, great for a quick workout. The room itself was a highlight, with a fully equipped kitchen that added a lot of value. The TV also had plenty of options, which made relaxing in the room even better. Honestly, some of the front desk staff were pretty rude during my stay. On my second night, the overnight team had a serious attitude. They looked at me like I didn’t belong there—even though I had my key card and was clearly a paying guest. The overnight attendant, in particular, was really dismissive. I asked if I could extend my stay by an hour, and instead of helping, he gave me attitude, avoided eye contact, and brushed me off like I was a bother. It made me wonder what I did to deserve that kind of treatment. Late at night, there were barely any snack options available for purchase, and they never restocked them during my stay. Same issue with the free laundry service—you’d think there would at least be soap available for purchase, but there was none. The room itself had some issues, too. The shower wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, so I had to be extra cautious using it. The pillows looked worn out and could definitely use replacing. Overall, the hotel just felt lifeless. The energy was dull and unwelcoming, which unfortunately matched the vibe of the town—in a bad way. It’s not a place I’d be quick to return to.

Donna (10/5): - Sheila the front desk person was amazing and welcoming. She had great suggestions about the area. She reviewed our requests and made sure we were happy with all items. Area has everything you would need - keep in mind this is a smallish town. Room was comfortable only item was the kitchen area was not stocked with plates (just one) and utensils and paper towel. We didn’t need to rely on these items but a suite with kitchenette should be stocked and prepared for use. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t get to enjoy breakfast but the area looked clean and stocked. When we told Sheila on our way out she apologized but this did not change our mind about staying here again in the future. Will stay here again when in the area.

Chad (4/5): - We paid through Expedia and when we checked in they charged card again for reservation. After arguing with front desk I was able to get them to understand . Then after we checked out they charged us again for the rooms and had to call and get that refunded . Never have I ever had this happen and have to fight to get refunds when I showed my Expedia receipt

Lisa (8/5): - When we walked into our room the 1st thing we saw was paint/part on the ceiling all over the floor, and heater. I took a picture and went down ans showed the lady that checked us in. All she said was wow they mist not have known. The hotel was booked and I had to stay in that room with my 2 small children 5 and 2. Thank god it was freezing as we couldn't use our heater. Would have been nice if someone came to clean it up. The gentleman working in the AM was AMAZING!! He showed my son how to make a special hot cocoa. Was very attentive to all guests. When my husband showed him the pictures of the condition of our room he was sincerely appalled assured us that it not a representation of that hotel and apologized. He was the only reason i gave this place 4 stars

Eerik (2/5): - This ‘hotel’ should not be classified as a Hilton brand property. Upon arrival we found the evening clerk sleeping in the lobby. The property appeared unkempt at best, trash/dirty linens in the hallways. The room was ridiculous and appeared to have been furnished by dump scavengers. The room was dirty, and you couldn’t even open the door to the bathroom, because the door would hit the toilet. No shampoo or other toiletries. Just an awful hotel.
