- MICHAEL (8/5): we had a very nice stay and would return. - breakfast ws vey good. you could have any choice for breakfast hot or cold it came quick and very efficient. the room was very clean and bed was good. we are not very mobile and it was a little far out for us from the restraunts and harbour, there is a very good taxi service that the owners said was reliable and not expensive which we used.

- Maxine (10/5): - The hosts, the decorator, the breakfast and the price were all fantastic. There is absolutely nothing to identify as needing improvement: it's the perfect Guest House! Teresa and Tim are both charming, warming and very knowledgeable about Weymouth, the environs of the Dorset coast and beyond. Breakfast is spectacular, seemingly catering for every need.

Great location with good parking facilities for a guest house. Our hosts (Tim and Theresa) were knowledgeable about the area and both were very accommodating. The signature stamp of our stay here was the quality of the breakfast’s. There is nothing as such that we don’t like about the property and it may be down to just personal choice but I’m not one for a low level bed hight. Some people with aging restrictions may well find this difficult getting in and out of bed.

- SteveHuels (7/5): Britischer Charme im Herzen der Stadt – Ein gelungener Aufenthalt - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem charaktervollen und sehr gepflegten Haus. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal, das uns jederzeit mit außerordentlicher Freundlichkeit begegnet ist. Die gute Lage war für unsere Erkundungstouren einfach ideal und ermöglichte uns kurze Wege. Das englische Frühstück mit täglichem wechselndem Highlight (Spezial) war hervorragend zubereitet und bot einen perfekten Start in den Tag. Zudem war unser Zimmer nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausreichend ausgestattet, sondern auch tadellos sauber. Obwohl unser Zimmer sehr gemütlich war, fiel es insgesamt etwas kleiner aus, als wir es aufgrund der Fotos erwartet hatten. Die Hellhörigkeit des historischen Gebäudes führte dazu, dass man Geräusche aus den Treppenhaus wahrnehmen konnte.

- Eric (10/5): Absoluut fantastisch hotel met zeer gastvrije eigenaren. - Het Guest house heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Bij het boeken zag het er al goed uit maar de werkelijkheid is overweldigend. We werden ontvangen door eigenaar Tim die ons het hotel liet zien en uitleg gaf. De kamer (kamer 4, voorzijde 1e verdieping) was goed, mooi en volledig ingericht. Tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Zelfs een kleine koelkast op de kamer met daarin twee flessen water en een klein flesje melk om zelf de traditionele Engelse thee te maken. Het ontbijt was geweldig. Verse (vaak lokale) producten. Waaronder twee soorten vers fruit. Theresa is in de ochtend de gastvrouw en Tim staat in de keuken om lekkere dingen te bereiden. Je hebt een ruime keuze aan warme gerechten. De ligging van het hotel is perfect. Dicht bij de zee/strand en op loopafstand van het centrum van Weymouth. Je zit ook in het midden van Dorset. Met aan de ene kant Abbotsbury, Lyme Regis en de Jurassic coast. En aan de andere kant Durdle door en Pool. Kortom je voelt je hier meer dan welkom. Zeker de moeite waard om nogmaals te boeken. Niets.

Hosts very professional throughout particularly in the provision of breakfast for which there was a. lot of choice. No problem with on site parking. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast is superb. Within 5-10 minutes flat walk to the Esplanade, perfect balance of quiet location and easy beachfront access. Genuinely, nothing.

The room was really cozy, the bed comfortable and many little additions like a bluetooth speaker made the stay feel like home. The owners were super nice and the breakfast very good.
- Tracy (10/5): - This is a lovely boutique hotel. The owners have gone the extra mile on the decor. With lovely features. Tim and Teresa were excellent hosts and this is by far the loveliest guest house we have stayed in. It is immaculate and the breakfasts were lovely with lots of choice. The location is great, in a quiet area but within walking distance of the seafront. We would highly recommend this guest house. And will definitely be back. Thank you. There is nothing to dislike.

- Scott (10/5): Not very often in life you get to say the word faultless. But our stay here was👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 - Everything about our stay was amazing, room, decor, host, staff, breakfast, cleanliness, hospitality, value for money, provisions. The other thing that stood out was there was no penny pinching whatsoever, and by this I mean everything was more, from the breakfast, that was thoughtfully asked on order, even down to the tea/coffee in our rooms were not just the usual 2 teabags, 2 coffee etc, there were more than enough quality drinks and biscuits too, plus even a thoughtful lovely little keepsake to take home aswell. Only negative was we couldn’t stay longer due to work commitments. Nothing to add here whatsoever.

Very minor points, room 9 has a very low bed, the mattress was a little firm for our liking, TV too small for room. Neither would stop us from booking again.

- Rosemary (10/5): An exceptional find where you can be assured of a delightful stay. - A property has been designed by an individual who has travelled a lot - and hence all the little things that are so important to making you feel at home and comfortable in your stay are covered - for instance not only sockets by the bed but USB A and USBC! The contemporary design of the place is lovely with quirky individual decor. The host are very friendly and welcoming providing a great map of the area and recommendations of where to eat. The breakfast is fabulous - and I particularly liked the daily special. This place is better than many hotels we have stayed in - and would be an absolute first choice if we were in the area again. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and cared for – they are absolutely amazing hosts. The guest house itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The level of attention they give to their guests is outstanding. We were in town for the Ironman event, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs – from preparing special meals to offering an early breakfast so we could start the day right. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast each morning was perfect – delicious, well-presented, and with great options, including some lovely special orders tailored to our needs. Every aspect of our stay was just excellent, and it’s clear that Tim and Teresa genuinely care about creating the best possible experience for their guests. We will absolutely be back – this place is a true gem in every way!
- Guy (10/5): Gem of a place - A real Gem of a family run BnB. Tim and Teresa the hosts have thought long and hard about what guests could need and so everything is perfect. Tim must be an ex chef as the breakfast menu is first class and cooked to order. Location is close to the Weymouth action and far enough away to avoid noise. If you’re wanting a place to enjoy Weymouth and the area, this is a great choice.
