Ana (10/5): Uma estadia que uniu conforto e muita conexão inesquecível! - As acomodações são extremamente confortáveis, com camas muito aconchegantes, algo que fez toda a diferença para mim, já que tenho dores nas costas e consegui descansar muito bem. O café da manhã é farto e variado, tão completo que muitas vezes eu nem sentia necessidade de almoçar cedo. Como trabalho remotamente, foi essencial contar com um espaço de coworking bem estruturado e uma internet estável e rápida, que me permitiu realizar reuniões e trabalhar com total tranquilidade. A localização também é excelente: ao lado há mercados, restaurantes e tudo o que é necessário no dia a dia, além de estar muito próximo da Plaza de Armas. Minha experiência foi incrível, e ainda tive a oportunidade de me conectar com muitos viajantes ao longo da estadia. Que chegou ao fim da minha estadia.

Ida (7/5): Party hostel with HOT showers - + Showers had nice pressure and the water was actually hot. Also showers has extra space for dressing up and space for clothes, towels, also a rubbish bin there. + Private room got cleaned once on my 3 night stay and there was space for my luggage and bed was comfortable + breakfast was ok, I was happy to have fresh fruits. Girl who asked how I like my eggs was friendly - at showers the water stayed on the floor and it was a bit discusting as many people used the showers - evenings, night and early morning times there were almost never toilet paper in the female bathrooms, also hand soap finished (second floor). I went to tell a guy at reception but he didn’t fix it. - staff didn’t greet me and when I checked in the guy at reception didn’t even say hello, just showed me to my room, didn’t tell about events or breakfast etc. - the music is very loud and people shouting at the bar upstairs and you can hear it to the second floor too. Not a place to stay if you are taking an early morning tour. If you like to party then sure, they also give away free shots (I’ve been told)

Daisy (6/5): Good price for private room but can find more peaceful places for the same price - Good location, short walk to the main plaza. Room was clean. Laundry service was very efficient. Breakfast was good but quite basic. However can’t complain for the price. It’s not the best place if you plan on going to sleep early. The corridors to the rooms are in an open space like an atrium so you can hear everything. I personally wouldn’t stay again because of it but maybe we’re getting old now!

Francisco (10/5): Maravilloso descanso y amor por sus hostes. - El lugar en general es maravilloso, he estado en hostales de Europa y no le piden nada en comodidad, servicio y amenidades. Se que también es cuestión de los huéspedes pero la limpieza de los baños y las regaderas, como aplicar las reglas en estos espacios. Se que las hay como los anuncios qué pusieron de no poner toallas y ropa y aun así lo hacían.

La ubicación un poco alejado del centro histórico. Las almohadas muy chatas. Interactúe muy poco con el personal de recepción pero re serios a la hora de hacer el check in y check out.

Elaine (10/5): - Magic Parker Hostel is a beautiful place that truly feels like a work of art. The rooms are comfortable, the shower has hot water, and the breakfast is more than adequate. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and the staff are extremely helpful and kind. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
Joshua (9/5): Awesome experience! - We liked the atmosphere they have developed! We also enjoyed their breakfast which is better than some hostels we stayed at! Their staff is amazing and most speak English pretty well! We know basic Spanish but to have someone fluent in English is great for us Canadians. We also liked how close it was to everything you need! This is not their fault at all but be aware for light sleepers it’s close to the train station. It didn’t bother us at all but people should be aware and just bring headphones if you sleep lightly.

No siempre anda el agua caliente, si hay varias personas duchándose no funciona. Agregaría un horario más de limpieza, si vas al baño por la noche algunas veces estaba sucio.

LAURA GISETH (9/5): - La habitación privada amplia y cómoda, el restaurante-bar, las actividades. Algunos baños están con algunos daños, es importante revisarlos y arreglar lo que corresponda. Estuvimos en dos habitaciones privadas, una con sofá que fue un gran plus y la otra no, deberían ser iguales. Las habitaciones privadas deberían tener tv. El costo de lavandería es muy alto, 6 soles por kilo cuando a dos cuadras en lavanderías directamente cuesta 2,5 Soles por kilo. Teniendo en cuenta que muchos tours tienen salida muy temprano, debería contemplarse desayuno a esas horas con previo aviso o algo así, porque igual está incluido en la reserva y no se puede aprovechar muchas veces.

Etienne (8/5): Tolles Hostel für Cusco - Die Lage ist top, man läuft zwar etwas zum Hauptplatz, aber durch eine schöne Strasse. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und es gab einen Teekocher und Kokablätter. Wir konnten problemlos unsere grossen Rucksäcke für ein paar Tage da lassen, als wir unser Machu Picchu-Abenteur gemacht haben. Die Wäsche kann man relativ günstig waschen lassen. Das Essen in der Rooftop-Bar ist echt lecker und es gibt grosse Portionen. Im Badezimmer hatte es Schimmel an der Decke.

Ellen (7/5): Really good value, comfy and clean.. but not the ideal location! - The rooms are really good, and comfy beds! The breakfast (eggs) each morning were tasty and free. Good price and really clean bedsheets. The location is not great.. it’s about 20 min walk to the nice parts of the city, and the streets often smelled really bad. We stayed in San blas before and it felt so much nicer and safer. A lot of the offered services are not actually available- we tried to get a massage and do a pisco sour class (both advertised and offered) one day and both were unavailable, eggs were unavailable one morning too. I also had to pay 10 soles for a towel.

Quartos muito confortáveis, camas quentinhas, armários grandes, área comum muito boa, com coworking, bar/restaurante com preços acessíveis. Se você sai pro tour antes do café da manhã, você pode avisar que eles te dão um lanchinho 💜 Café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Ter fruta todo dia (tinha dia que não tinha). A área comum poderia ter uma área delimitada para fumantes. Muito ruim você estar descansando, trabalhando e fumaça por todo lado em cima de você.

Amanda (8/5): Very good - The hostel is next to the Plaza Mayor. The shower water was warm and the towels didn't seem very clean. Besides, if you look for sleeping before 00:00h, it will be impossible if you stay on second or third floor, because of loud sound in the top. At this hostel, silence time is 00:00h!

Also they have karaoke, pool and mini football. -Common bathrooms stay clean and theres toilet paper. Showers have hot water, no complain. -Staff is always friendly -Not the fault of the hotel: A train passes by every day and its horn is very loud. However i fixed it with a pair of ear plugs

Even after daily cleaning the bathroom would still not look clean. Hairs would still be in the room. Often no toiletpaper and very mesy toilets. Not always hot water.

All rooms look down on main reception which can be loud late at night and early in the mornings at 3/4am when people are heading out for tours. Expect restless sleep. Nowhere to hang towels to dry in rooms.

Dylan, who runs breakfast, is lovely, couldn't do enough for youm Room lacking some basics, such as hooks to dry towels. Hisham (9/5): Excellent location and place to explore Cusco. - The place had a comfortable common space on the terrace. The owner Ruth was a hospitable and helpful host. The staff were helpful and friendly. The artwork was fabulous.

Grace (9/5): Lovely hostel with amazing murals and chill vibe - Great vibe, lovely staff. This was one of our favourite hostels around the world because they provide breakfast in upstairs area and it’s a good opportunity to talk to people. The art around the hostel is stunning and each day we saw the artists at work with the wonderful murals. The place was always clean and the reception was always staffed. On my birthday they were so kind as to give me a gift and a free drink. I was quite blown away by their kindness. Breakfast was eggs (Scrambled or fried), bread, jam/butter, and hot drinks and sometimes a fruit and juice. We ended up staying about 7 nights here because it was so comfortable. I loved that they had self serve coca tea all day. It really helped us to acclimatise. The bathrooms were really clean and there was never a line. We honestly found all the staff so warm and welcoming. We arrived at 5am and they had given our room to someone else. We found out after the staff member finally let us into our room, only to find a man already sleeping in it. The staff member took 1 hour to get us into a room (not the same that we had booked) and we could tell it wasn’t clean because there was hair and crumbs on the bed and my pillow had a bit of blood on it. It wasn’t the best way to start my birthday. However, in the morning the manager came to apologise to us and explain that the staff member was new and that they would not charge us for that night. Getting up to the 4th level when you haven’t acclimatised to the altitude can be pretty tricky!
