• Ting Yu (7/5): 在工業區最近的選擇，但其他我找不到什麼值得一提的優點。 - 來 grand soll Marina 好多次，飯店人員友善，地點距離工業區很近，房間很大，飯店設施還算新，清潔程度也還可以。 飯店的早餐選擇不多，但是有很多蒼蠅。上次入住之後，有寫關於蒼蠅的評價，並期待飯店能夠改善 — 顯然這個問題仍然存在，在各個餐點周圍，尤其是沙拉和水果，蒼蠅非常多。 我親眼看到工作人員用手伸進去沙拉醬裡面，我不確定做什麼，也許是把掉沙拉醬的蒼蠅取出；另外我也看到工作人員用手 — 不是夾子 — 把麵包放上架子。 飯店有健身房，儘管器材很少，但總比什麼都沒有好。Chick in 那天，我想使用 running machine，但是發現它是壞的。兩天過後，我再去使用跑步機，以為工作人員已經將它修好。但不是這樣，我在使用跑步機大約3分鐘的時候，跑步機忽然緊急停止，我差點從跑步機上摔下來，幸好當時是暖身階段，速度並不快。

• Shaun (5/5): - Shoved in room 620 behind lift even though requested months in advance room away from lift. Seems if you travel with a child all put on same floor. After 2 flights over 20hr wanted sleep didn’t get it. Moved to another hotel. Reception staff/breakfast staff very lazy wanted a fried egg from egg station they were too busy chatting at reception. Won’t be staying here again. Pool was good though to be fair to the hotel

• Mahmood (6/5): unfortunately this Hotel won't be my option in future at all - the Breakfast Buffet, the view of the room on the city, the very kind staff and the welcoming was too far from Airport and Exhibition, No transport shuttle from/to Airport as stated on the site, NO AC in the BF Lobby or at the Reception, NO iron was available to borrow, only paid ironing service, No message- and Fitness rooms, paid parking even to the Taxi/Grap for just picking us up for a minute (which we have to pay)!

• Ting Yu (4/5): - This is a relatively new hotel in the area, located near the main road, and it has a gym and a swimming pool. The gym has very few pieces of equipment, and the air conditioning is not working. It’s actually hotter inside the gym than outside. At the hotel’s breakfast buffet, there are always many flies flying around the food. In addition, the restaurant staff often clear away my dishes even though I haven’t finished eating. I tried calling the front desk several times, but no one answered. The hot water in the shower isn’t hot, and there are small insects flying around inside the room.

• cahyaniputriw (10/5): Unique hotel with beautiful atmosphere in Tangerang! - Stayed in a comfortable and luxurious quadro room, which can accommodate four people, with fully carpeted floors. The hotel's ambiance is luxurious and elegant, yet serene, thanks to the numerous fish ponds inside and outside. There's a playground, swimming pool, gym, and delicious restaurant. We recommend staying here with family or friends.

• Andrea (5/5): Passable - We stayed here to be close enough to my wife's family. The room was big with daily cleaning and the furniture in good state. The staff was very kind and responsive. Unstable WiFi, shower temperature not optimal. Air conditioning was quite noisy and either too cold or too hot. No restaurants nearby, apart from a fast food chain. Better avoid staying here during the weekends, as the hotel will get very crowded and noisy with weddings and other celebrations. Only one elevator working and too many uneducated kids playing with its buttons, resulting in excessive long waiting time to go up and down. Also, a lot of scary customers hosting special female friends in their rooms, day and night. I think that the management should take care of this issue.

Even though I arrived early they made every effort was made by the Duty Manager to get a room cleaned and ready for me, going well beyond my expectations :). The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Great breakfast selection. Rooms, including bathrooms, are very modern. Great value for money.

Unfortunate visit in Indonesia as I had to attend a funeral, but overall, i had a lovely stay at Grand Soll Marina, even just for approx 12hours. The staff were very nice - very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean, food was great for breakfast. Lacked toilet paper in the toilet at first check in to the room. But could always ask housekeeping right? 😊 other than that, nothing negative to say.

• Martin (1/5): Insane, no service, weak customer service - The worst hotel ever have experiences (and i am a frequent traveller). No service at arrival (the staff even did not help with the luggage but was playing with their mobile phones instead). The room was not ready and i was offered to sleep in a smoking room!! I denied - and decided not to use my room but to find another hotel instead. And no refund at all. Staff was not motivated at all. Disastrous for a 4 star hotel. I cannot recommend at all.

• Past (8/5): Could do better - The room was spacious and amenities were okay. The facilties were quite complete and treated well. I didn't see a laundry bag in the room & no coffee provides. The mineral water wasn't enough (only one bottle), and wish they had an iron as I was staying in a junior suite room. The staff weren't proactive when I left my belongings in the room. Even after I called to search for it, they said nothing was left out. I asked them to check again, turned out it was there. The pool didn't have enough facilities, no towel and not enough seating place. Guests can eat around the pool, which was disgusting, annoying and dangerous.
