The hotel is modern, impeccably clean, and very well organized. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The location is also excellent, with easy access to everything you might need during your stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service and professionalism of the staff. I would especially like to praise the reception team, who were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist at any time. His dedication to guests, calm demeanor, kindness, and the way he leads his team leave a lasting impression. This level of hospitality is rare and truly makes a difference. - KERE (1/5): For same price this hotel definitely not worth. - Nothing is good. They let people smoke everywhere even in elevator. And room smells like someone peed, also bathroom is dirty.

At breakfast, the dietary requirements of Muslim guests seemed to be followed more as a formality than in practice. My spouse and I were only able to eat boiled eggs most of the time. Eggs fried in oil should not be cooked in pans that have been used for pork products unless they are thoroughly cleaned or separated. Having a second cooking area or stove would be an excellent solution. Not being able to have a proper breakfast was disappointing for us, and we kindly suggest that appropriate arrangements be made.

- Mashael (1/5): I will never book there again - Nothing Racism, the front office refused to speak to me in english and kept laughing and speaking to me in Chinese although she clearly noticed that I don’t speak English. Unprofessional, they sold my room to another client and I had to search for another hotel late at night. I have clearly stated in my booking in the application that I’ll be paying In property.

Across the street from Yiwu’s most famous shopping mall, so lots of options for food/ shopping, etc. Water in the bathroom was just barely warm, not hot. I kept getting cold when taking a shower. Called 3 times to have it fixed and even the repair person couldn’t fix it. No one likes lukewarm showers especially in winter.

We got our rooms cleaned everyday which was a bonus, only down fall was our room smelt… not sure if this is a pet friendly hotel but it’s definitely affecting the rooms/ hotel due to some sort of strong odour that lingers in the rooms.

- Menal (10/5): Excellent Hotel in Yiwu. - I have stayed at this hotel here quite a few times now. The hotel staff was wonderful as always. Very pleasant and accommodating. I usually stay in the premier room or the exquisite room which are nicely decorated. The rooms are very spacious with a separate sitting area, a king size bed and walk-in closet and bar area. The bathroom is huge with marble floors, a huge bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower The towels, pillows and linens are of superior quality. The wifi was better, still not great. The breakfast buffet was excellent as always, with many Asian and western choices. The hotel is also right across from a huge mall with many shops and restaurants. Also, the hotel is only a 15-minute drive away from the Yiwu market. Will surely be staying here on my next visit to Yiwu.
