• Tanja (8/5): - Der Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert. Auch die Sicherheit durch den privaten Parkplatz haben wir sehr genossen. Das Umfeld war ruhig, jedoch sind die Wände (baulich bedingt) sehr dünn. Geräusche, Unterhaltungen aus der Nachbarwohnung waren zu hören. Was unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht sonderlich beeinträchtigt hat. Die Wohnung gefiel uns von der Aufteilung her sehr gut, könnte jedoch eine kleine Renovierung (Wände streichen, Teppich austauschenoder oder ganz weglassen) gebrauchen. Außerdem sollte die Elektronik etwas überarbeitet werden. Die Lampenschaltung im Schlafzimmer ist etwas kompliziert und auch die instabilen Steckdosen und die Kabel unterhalb des TV Gerätes wirkten nicht vertrauenserweckend. Zusamfassend ist zu sagen, dass uns die Zentrale Lage vollkommen überzeugt hat und wir einen erneuten Aufenthalt in dem Apartment nicht ausschließen würden.

• Catherine (8/5): Great, but no outdoor space as advertised. - It's the second time in two years I've booked this accommodation. However this time I was looking for somewhere with outdoor space and thought I'd booked an adjoining apartment. There seems to be an issue with the advertisement on Hotels.com which suggests this accommodation has access to a terrace, garden and seating area, this is not the case. Having contacted the owner they suggested Expedia classes access directly to the street as outdoor space, hence the listing?

Rahat ve sessiz bir konaklama. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. oğlum sürekli otele gidelim, uyuyalım oynayalım dedi. çocuk bile evi gibi kabullendi. Tekrar Haarleme gittiğimizde konaklayacağımız bir yer.
• tim (8/5): Location, location, location! - The apartment is as described. It is very centrally located to all attractions, stores, restaurants and public transportation. Erik is very response to all communication.
• Mike (2/5): Finger Weg!!!! - Wir haben die Unterkunft aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht. Dies stellte sich als riesiger Fehler heraus. Zunächst haben wir keine Informationen über den Check In = via Zahlenschloss an der Unterkunft, erhalten. Auch auf mehrfache Kontaktaufnahme via Mail keine Reaktion. Erst bei Anruf missmutige Reaktion. Unterkunft in Kurzzusammenfassung, - Unterkunft hat 3 Zimmer (Wohnzimmer inkl. Schlafcouch und Küchenzeile, Schlafzimmer und Bad) aber nur ein Fenster neben Eingangstür = Bad und Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster. - Toilette defekt = gleich zu Beginn angemerkt = keine Reaktion über 3 Tage - die Ecken und Ränder im Raum dürften auch mal gesaugt, gefegt und gewischt werden. - am letzten Tag kein heißes Wasser beim duschen. - Zugang zur Unterkunft via Zahlenschloss dessen Code vermutlich nicht oft geändert wird, Vormieter können theoretisch auch mal zu Besuch kommen… - schon beim Wasserkochen springt der Rauchmelder an. Insgesamt eine extrem unangenehme Unterkunft.
• Glötzl (10/5): - Die Unterkunft (Wohnung Tulpe) war groß, sauber und zentral gelegen. Grßes Bad inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner. Probleme mit dem Zugang wurde telefonisch sehr schnell geklärt, priv. Parkmöglichkeit war super.

• ALESSANDRO (10/5): - Very nice apartment with a open space - living room/kitchen at the ground floor and a bedroom. Nearby there is a bus stop, in about 2 minutes walk and the city's center is straight along the street the apartment's entrance walking no more than 10 minutes. Two blocks away there's a Albert hein's market.. wonderful place to stay
• Daniel (8/5): - The apartment is in an excellent location surrounded by boutique shops, cafe’s and restaurants there is loads within a short walk. The apartment is a good size with nice living room and large bathroom. They provide us a cot for the baby and were great communicating with us. Apartment could probably do with a lick of paint and a few touches like a shelf in the shower and a few more bits in the kitchen but otherwise good. Overall all a really pleasant stay!
• Rosa Maria (4/5): - Es un apartamento pequeño, viajamos en familia y hubo necesidad de usar el sofá cama. Lamentablemente era terrible, no se podía descansar en él. Además no teníamos sábana para colocar sobre el colchón del sofá (que no tenía una apariencia muy limpia), solo había edredones. No fue agradable para quien tuvo que dormir en él. El baño tiene sensores de movimiento para el control de la luz. Pero si estás en la ducha no alcanza a registrar el movimiento, por lo que nos quedamos en completa oscuridad, con riesgo de una caída en la ducha. En general el departamento es muy oscuro, por la noche una persona con ligeros problemas de vista como yo lo va a padecer. Lamentablemente es un lugar donde no volvería a hospedarme.
• Orya (4/5): - Preis/Leistung stimmen hier leider überhaupt nicht. Ich bin sehr häufig in Haarlem und das war bisher die schlechteste Unterkunft in dieser Preisklasse. Die Wohnung ist bereits sehr runtergekommen. Es ist auch nicht besonders schön eingerichtet und sehr ungemütlich. Das Bad war in Ordnung und die Parkmöglichkeit ist gut. Buchen würde ich es aber nicht nochmal.
• Mikhail (10/5): Tranquil Retreat in Haarlem - Our recent stay in Haarlem was nothing short of exceptional. From the serene ambiance to the convenient amenities, this apartment (Jacob van Ruisdael) exceeded my expectations. The apartment offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, with ample space to relax and unwind. Upon arrival, appartment was clean and tidy. The provision of capsule coffee was a delightful touch, allowing us to enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee at my convenience (it would be great to have more for three-person accomodation and two-night stay). The apartment's location, close to both the city center and the train station, made it incredibly convenient for exploring Haarlem and Amsterdam. The owner was responsive and accommodating, making communication effortless and ensuring a stress-free experience. The option for contactless check-in and check-out provided added convenience. Few considerations: While the apartment was otherwise comfortable, some guests may find the sofa bed less than ideal for a restful night's sleep. The permanent operation of the ventilation system in the bathroom could potentially be a minor inconvenience for some guests. The requirement for a minimum two-night booking on booking websites may pose challenges for guests with changing plans who wish to extend their stay. I recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free accommodation experience in Haarlem

• Jef (8/5): Nice location and apt with one caveat... - We really liked the parking situation, location and the apartment itself. The one thing was that it was very difficult to get fresh air into the apartment. With 3 people the CO2 levels go above 1400. We ended up using the kitchen exhaust fan and opening the small vents above the door to get the CO2 levels down to acceptable levels of about 700-800. We use an Aranet4 to monitor these things.

• Arlene (6/5): - First impressions: the space is dumpy, and dark. It's dark because there are a lack of windows and the walls are painted grey. The walls desperately need a painting! Also, in case of a fire there is no escape from the bedroom. In Canada this accommodation would not be to code because of that. I don't know if this is to government regulations in Holland or not. Otherwise the location is 5star. The bed, bedding, and pillows were 5 star.

• Barbara (8/5): - We found the app in a perfect spot to explore Haarlem and go to Amsterdam. Booking and service was easy and convenient. The app was clean and offered enough towels and shampoo. But we can recommend the app only for two people, because the foldable couch was not comfortable (too soft, you feel the metal frame). A little more dishes and silverware would be good, and a broom to clean sand and crumbs.

• marie (10/5): Un bon moment - Séjour très agréable, un parking sur place - ça c'est formidable et l'appartement est très bien placé . Seul petit bémol , les lumières du plafond de la chambre ne marchait pas , la table basse est vraiment très petite pour manger et on ne peut aérer l'appartement qu'on ouvrant la porte , c'est dommage, sinon nous avons passé un très bon moment à Haarlem .

• Jirka (8/5): Haarlem im verregneten Februar 2020 ;-) - Ganz nettes Apartment in guter innerstädtischen Lage. Zu Fuß sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shopping-Möglichkeiten gut zu erreichen. Die rezeptionlose Kommunikation funktionierte sehr gut. Es gibt ein gutes WLAN und mehrere deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Besonders positiv ist das Parken im verschließbaren Innenhof direkt vor dem Apartment. Leider gab es am letzten Morgen kein warmes Wasser - was aber sicherlich eine unvorhersehbare Ausnahme gewesen ist. Wir würden theoretisch wieder kommen. Danke.

Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Auch ein Babybett stand zur Verfügung. Hervorzuheben ist der herzliche Service von Brenda und Kevin. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und standen mit Tipps zur Seite. • Thierry (10/5): Vraiment satisfait - L'appartement est très bien situé, à quelques pas du centre-ville, Haarlem étant une très belle ville touristique. Il y a un supermarché vraiment proche (env 400 m). La gare est à 10 mn à pied et permet de se rendre à Amsterdam pour 9€ environ. Il y a des trains régulièrement et vous arrivez directement au coeur d'Amsterdam. Vraiment pratique ! L'accueil a été facilité par Brenda qui se débrouille très bien en français et qui est vraiment sympa. La literie est vraiment de bonne qualité (sauf pour le canapé-lit qui reste un couchage d'appoint) et l'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est un plus appréciable. Le micro-ondes permet de se faire des plats préparés à réchauffer, très bien si comme nous, vous ne souhaitez pas vous embêter, mais ne comptez pas faire de la cuisine d'autant plus qu'il n'y a pas de frigo mais juste un petit mini-bar. Il y a par ailleurs à 2 pas tout ce qu'il faut pour se restaurer: friterie, kebab, restos... En résumé, une très bonne expérience et une adresse à recommander.

Das wird aber durch eine leise Klimaanlage aufgefangen. Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück in Buffetform. Viele Tips für die Tagesgestaltung. Schönes Bad und bequemes Bett.
• Mario (8/5): tolle lage, komfortabler ausstattung der wohnung - super zentrale lage in haarlem. die wohnung befindet sich nicht im hauptgebäude mit der rezeption und frühstücksraum, sondern ca zwei drei minuten um die ecke in einer einkaufsstraße...und dort direkt im erdgeschoss...also wie ein ladengeschäft mit schaufenster und eingangstür...man kann demzufolge das fenster nicht öffnen. als sichtschutz dienen rollos und eine dicke gardine. es ist also recht dunkel im raum und im schlafzimmer und bad gibt es keine fenster. frühstücksbuffet ist ok...es gibt einen großen runden tisch um den sich alle gäste platzieren und frühstücken können.
• LucasB (8/5): Super Service, aber leider das schlechteste Zimmer - Eine Woche verbrachten wir im wunderschönen Haarlem. Die Eigentümer dieser Pension sind fantastisch, kümmern sich um alles. Die Pension ist super gelegen, direkt in der Innenstadt von Haarlem, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt auch kostenlose Parkplätze, was wichtig ist, da auf der Straße häufig Gebühren anfallen. Frühstück ist nicht überragend, aber gut und ausreichend. Sie wollten bloß darauf achten nicht die Comfort Suite zu buchen. Diese hat keine Fenster ist sehr klein und man kommt sich sehr eingesperrt vor. Bad ist zudem sehr kalt wegen einer dauerhaften Lüftung. Die anderen Zimmer machen einen sehr viel besseren Eindruck. Also gerne hinfahren, aber dieses eine Zimmer meiden.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Perfecte locatie voor stedentrip Haarlem - Prima verblijf gehad in kamer Tulp met gezin met 2 grote kinderen. Zeer grote woonkamer met slaapbank (prima voor de kinderen) en slaapkamer met goed bed. Het was erg koud toen wij er waren, daardoor de temperatuur wat moeilijker/langzamer te regelen is via de vloerverwarming (ivm grote koude ramen aan straatzijde). Ramen en ingang woonkamer direct aan Zijlstraat, geeft 's nachts soms geluidsoverlast door luidruchtige voorbijgangers. In slaapkamer zelf geen last van. Alles is als nieuw. Veel aandacht voor details en aankleding. Een kapstok zou misschien wel handig zijn. Alles is gezellig ingericht en zeer complete keuken in de woonkamer. Badkamer ook zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien (misschien zouden paar handdoek haakjes nog handig zijn). Ontbijt was erg lekker (werd vers brood gebakken elke ochtend, heerlijk) en compleet. Hiervoor wel even buitenom lopen naar andere gebouw/zijstraat. Gastheer erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Locatie perfect!!!! Gratis parkeren achter het gebouw en alles in het centrum op loopafstand. Ook supermarkten dicht bij. Geen betere locatie te vinden in Haarlem als je met je eigen auto komt.
• Erik (10/5): Alles bij de hand op loopafstand - Vriendelijk en persoonlijk personeel. Na telefonisch contact verlate incheck mogelijk. Met 5 minuten in hartje stad, 10 minuten van het station. Ruime kamer/appartement met hotelgemakken.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Schönes Hotel in Haarlem - Das Bed and Breakfast hat uns sehr gefallen der Besitzer ist so freundlich und super hilfsbereit! Das Apartment an sich war sehr sauber und neu renoviert die Betten und decken waren sehr gemütlich! Es gibt sogar einen privaten Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel was ziemlich gut war. Restaurants und Supermärkte waren in Laufweite zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war spitze ! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt würden Aufjedenfall nochmal kommen !
