• Mihai (10/5): Exceptional stay for 4 adults. Highly recommend it. - The apartment is located on 5 floor in a building with elevator. It is spacious, well designed, good lighting. It has 2 large detached bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub with shower curtain), 2 big balconies, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, dryer rack, living room. We were 4 adults and lived very comfortable. All balcony doors and windows have electric blinds. Clean and quiet area, close to tram and close to the lake. No mosquito nets for the windows.

• Evamaria (9/5): - Ausgezeichnete ruhige Lage, gute Einteilung mit geräumigem Wohnbereich Leider waren die Möbel am Balkon nicht sauber, sodass ich diesen leider nicht benützen konnte. Das Bett war grundsätzlich gut, aber etwas zu hart.
• Milos (10/5): A great place to stay at in Zurich visit - We had a wonderful stay at EMA House, everything was top notch. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, all in good shape. The location is superb, in a very peaceful and nice neighborhood, with lots of shops and restaurants, a walking distance from downtown and attractions. The staff were really friendly, kind and helpful, communication was great and the team was great. We loved staying here, I would definitely recommend staying here in your Zurich visit. -

And the staff are great, really look after you and very responsive if you need something fixed. There’s nothing I don’t like! The current building renovations next door is not great, but it was well communicated before my stay, so no issues. To be honest, it was not that bad.

• Alison (10/5): A lovely apartment in a pleasant part of the city - Rebecca was waiting for us when we arrived. She was pleasant and friendly and clearly explained everything we needed to know. The apartment was well presented with all the amenities one would need. It is in a very pleasant residential area just minutes walking to the lake. There are lots of shops and restaurants to choose from in the immediate area and good public transport into the centre ( 10-15 minutes depending on which area) There was building work close by but we had been warned of this well in advance and it didn’t impinge on our stay. Everything was good.

• Manning (9/5): when visiting there again, will book these appartments - There was a lovely lady waiting for us to give us the key cards and show us around and how the facility works. We arrived a little earlier than expected but with one phone call that was no problem. She was very friendly and after arriving on such a cold day for us, it was lovely and warm. Such a small problem, but I love having a coffee in the morning when i wake up but found the machine a little temperamental to work.

Everything you need to feel at home in the apartment is provided! The carpet flooring looks a bit dated, but I’m not a fan of carpet flooring anyway.

A pesar de ser un apartamento no te dejan suministros como café justo para el día. Por decir algo poca presión de agua en la ducha y almohadas algo incómodas.

• Frances (10/5): A wonderful stay in an excellent apartment with lovely staff - We had a lovely stay at EMA apartments, unfortunately we were delayed at passport control but the staff at EMA apartments waited for us and were so helpful when we arrived. They also arranged a cot and highchair for my baby. The apartment was excellent, very well equipped and in an excellent location. They even left a card and small treat for my birthday. I cannot recommend this place enough.

• Diana (10/5): Perfekte Ferienwohnung in toller Gegend - empfehlenswert !! - Das Apartment ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist top - 5 min zur Straßenbahn, in 10 min im Zentrum. Ein Abendspaziergang zum See dauert auch keine 10 min. Wir haben in einer oberen Etage gewohnt - Fahrstuhl war vorhanden. Die Wohnung war top sauber, wird 3 x wöchentlich gereinigt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet - alles perfekt. Bei Anreise wurde abends auf uns gewartet - sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es top Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsfirma problemlos über WhatsApp. Für 2- 4 Personen ist die Wohnung eine absolute Empfehlung !!!

• Seathrún (8/5): The apartment was located ideally for us and well presented. But too many e-mails from host - We were met at the property and shown up to the apartment, use of certain items were also explained and additional information around contact with the hosts during the stay were provided, and we found them very responsive to our queries and requested during the stay. The apartment was well presented and very clean. The location was excellent many eating places near by and a short 3 minute walk to tram connections or a good 10 minute walk to the Old Town and 15 minutes from the lake boats and river taxi. It was in a very quite location but you felt very safe with many locals living close within the same location. Having confirmed an approximate arrival time the number of e-mails in the week prior to arrival was in my opinion excessive, especially as we were traveling and staying in the Alps without internet at times. Then finding when we did connect we had a number of e-mails asking us to confirm what had already been given. Some of this was also an issue with Booking.com as it sent for some reason two copies of each notification from the host each time? The difficulty is no one is permanently on site to meet and greet and subsequently only come to the property when you are due to arrive. I have no issue with this but trying to pin you down to a specific time when traveling is off putting when you are being constantly asked about your arrival.
• Ana (10/5): - For a solo traveler it was comfortable enough, fully equipped, as if you were at home. The location is excellent, only 2-3 minutes to the lake, not very far away from the center, you could get there in 15 minutes walking. Plenty of grocery stores, between 3 to 10 min, also some bars very close. The staff was very nice and helpful, they respond very fast.
• Gudrun (8/5): Hervorragende Lage zur Zürich-Erkundung und für einen Opern-Besuch - Für Erkundungen der Stadt per pedes ist die Lage hervorragend. Zum See sind es nur 3 Minuten und in die Oper knapp 10. Im Seefeld Quartier gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Möglichkeiten einzukaufen (Migros, coop) und es gibt kleine Boutiquen und Läden, um sich selbst zu versorgen und zu shoppen.

• William (10/5): - Property was exactly as described and well presented. It was spotlessly clean. We were welcomed at the property by a representative which worked really well. We were there for a week and the apartment was serviced 3 times during that period. Property cleaned, towels replaced, coffee and toiletries refreshed. That said servicing staff were in the building most days if you needed anything. The property was very close to a tram stop served by two lines and a bus service. However we walked to and from the old town on a number of occasions. The walk alongside the lake back to the property was particularly pleasant. Numerous cafe's, bars, restaurants and groceries all within 5 -10 mins walk. There is also an excellent bakers just 5 mins away. Very enjoyable stay.

• Amanda (9/5): Enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again! - The location was great. A bit outside of old town but still completely walkable and very quiet but with some great restaurants, shops and markets around. Located right between two tram stops but again, we still walked everywhere. The host that checked us in was so kind and knowledgeable. The apartment was incredibly clean, well equipped and comfortable. The pillows could use some work but I think it’s a European thing so it would not prevent me from staying here again. Housekeeping also rang our bell quite early on 2 different occasions but when we told them we were still there and wouldn’t be leaving yet, they were very nice and accommodating. It would also be nice if they offered luggage storage but we were able to store our luggage elsewhere using Stasher. But the fact you have to meet someone at the apartment at a specific time to be checked in was somewhat difficult when traveling can be so unpredictable.

• Darren (7/5): Comfortable apartment, very clean with good access into the city. - Cleanliness in general was good, and kitchen facilities excellent. Safe deposit box in the apartment, although this was not needed as the area is very safe with a very good feel about it. Location is good, close to the lake and tram stop into the city. There’s a surcharge of CHF 50.00 for every 30 minutes delay in meeting the host to check-in. Wow. Bathroom window should be frosted, because the curtain doesn’t fully cover the window looking directly into the shower.

• Andreas (6/5): - Lage ist sehr zentral und in einem sehr guten Teil von Zürich. Wohnung ist klein hat aber alles, was man braucht. Entsprach meinem Empfinden nach nur beschränkt den Bildern. Möglicherweise zeigen diese nur die teuerste Wohnung. Realitätsnähe wäre auch bei den mittleren Varianten wünschenswert!

• John (9/5): - Excellent location near lake and tram. Spacious, comfortable, well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed.
• Ana (9/5): - El apartamento muy bien y muy limpio todo. El ascensor muy pequeño. No cabía el carro de mi bebé, lo que subir 5 plantas se nos hacia un poco incomodo.
• Mandy (10/5): Really comfy and convenient. - I would highly recommend this place to anyone, when we met to get keys pail ( our contact ) was incredible, so friendly, accommodating and professional. The place was spotlessly clean with every modern convenience you could need, very comfy and in an excellent location. All round , great experience.
