• Susanne (7/5): Trotzdem empfehlenswert! - Die Lage, da man schnell in der Altstadt ist. Geschmackvolle und praktische Einrichtung des Appartements. Es war bei geschlossenem Fenster angenehm ruhig. Das Parkplatzangebot ist weit entfernt. Ortsüblich hohe Tagespreise für das Parken. Übler Geruch im Badezimmer. Wir tippen auf ein Schimmelproblem. Es gibt kein Fenster im Badezimmer. Bei ständigem Lüften über das Wohnzimmer ist es erträglich.

• Valia (6/5): - Είχε πολύ καλό εξοπλισμό, καφετιέρα πρώτης κλάσεως, φανταστική τοποθεσία κοντά στο τραίνο και mini market που διανυκτερεύει. Και πολύ εξοπλισμό υγιεινής. Πολύ ζεστο διαμέρισμα! Το νερό δυστυχώς δε θερμαινόταν επαρκώς (και δεν προλάβαμε να έρθει ο τεχνικός βέβαια) και ήταν αλλοπρόσαλλες οι θερμοκρασίες.

The shower drain was smelly a little, maybe due to miss placement of the odor trap. The parker floor was making too much noise.

• matias (6/5): Buena ubicación, pero no merece la pena - Ubicación Una de las camas no estaba preparada, la chica que gestiono la entrega de llaves nos indico amablemente donde estaban las sabanas para que pudieramos hacerlas nosotros o dormir en el sofá. La velocidad de internet era extremadamente lenta. La cafetera era de buena marca, pero no funcionaba. Problema de cal. El apartamento estaba bastante sucio, habia una gran cantidad de pelos de mujer. La ubicación del apartamento era muy buena, pero la relación calidad precio no merece la pena. Bastante decepcionado. Sinceramente esperaba que todo estuviera en mejor estado pagando 150€ por noche.

• toto (9/5): 快適なアパート - ４人分のベッドは全てロフトにあったので、リビング部分は広く、快適だった。あまり調理をしなかったが、キッチンも必要なものがすべてそろっていた。食洗器もあって便利だった（でも使い方がわかりにくかった）。 結果的にはそれほど問題ではなかったが、駐車場を予約したところすでにいっぱいだったので、自分で路上の公共駐車場を探して止めないといけなかった。その辺が事前にわかると良かった。 我が家の子どもたちはもうそれほど小さくないので問題はなかったが、ロフト部分は小さい子供には少し危なく感じた。

• Krisztina (7/5): Opposite main railway station - Very close to main railway station, and old town center is 15 mins walk. Apartman is really nicely renewed in a residental building. On 2nd floor, no elevator. Separate bedroom, where bed is on a high platform, requires some climbing. Looks modern and stylish but could be problem for elderly people. Above the bathroom there are two beds, ideal for kids ( no space for standing). Kitchen is well equipped. The good coffe maker is a plus. The mobile aircon is led out via the window, so noise ( speaking, tv...) and cooking smell comes to the apartman. Did not like the key handover procedure. Need to check in via a robot ( you might not know it is a robot with a mail name) one week earlier in separete app. And announce when you arrive, and again one hour before arrival by calling THE phone number which is given by the " robot" and it is landline, but a foreighner does not know that. So sending messages is useless, when they do not pick it up. They have mobile ( whatsapp) phone number too, but the stupid turist does not know that number, not visible on Booking.com either. As calling them is necessary, proper information about the phone numbers should be provided ( not just call us - without any number), to avoid the hassle for foreighners.

The way the price is presented...you see the rate in CZK and EUR, despite the local curency being CZK, the EUR rate is what you are charged but you can't pay in EUR, you pay in CZK but the amount equals to the exchange rate at the moment of the charge which can be 500 CZK more. The check-in time... you are informed by an automatic message from the hotel that check-in is from 2 pm, but when you arrive, they tell you it is 3pm and you are kept waiting, even though, the hotel asks you to let them know one hour ahead of your arrival. Comunication...keen on being correct with hello, thank you, etc. but the answers are only an asertive repetition of general information that comes from a group of different people. It feels as if you constantly speak to someone new who does not know your previous communication to the hotel...it is a real frustration during a check-in when you have to wait for your room and the person who comes to check you in does not know you have been waiting there an hour, you have already checked-in online, etc.
• Viktoria (8/5): Great place for a short stay close to the train station - Great location if u depart early from the train station. Very well equipped kitchen with proper automata coffee machine!! The sofa in the living room is quite rundown, that should be replaced. Second floor, no elevator, so with big suitcases, not convenient.

The kids liked the sleeping area on the mezzanine. Good location. Old house and windows, difficult to ventilate or get daylight. Weak wifi.
• Brian (8/5): Well located apartment, kind staff, but a couple of minor things to improve. - The apartment was located centrally in Prague, close to both the main station and old / new towns. Overall the accommodation was good, although a couple of little things could make it better eg teabags in the tea box supplied (unclear if this was meant to be part of the offering(?) or for decoration, along with the coffeemaker) and a couple of minor repairs (light hanging off wall by bed / wardrobe door requires tightening). Although this didn’t impact us, a couple of notes regarding the sleeping arrangements: the primary bed is lovely and comfortable, but you do have to climb onto it - it’s at least 70-80cm off the floor. The secondary bed space located on the ‘mezzanine’ really shouldn’t have a bed… You can barely kneel upright in the space, let alone stand up and the steps are very steep to get up there. As mentioned in other reviews, if any of your party suffer from claustrophobia, then this bed space is not for you.

• Gareth (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. Warm. Good sized kitchen table. The balcony isn't a balcony (it's just an entrance area to two apartments), so it is not advertised correctly. The couch is not comfortable. Very little space to store clothing etc. The shower smelt. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Considering the cost, it is definitely not value for money.
• Ganesh (9/5): A nice stay in a very cute and cozy apartment. We strongly recommend this property. - Nice and cozy apartment, very close to a tramline and the centre of town. Very quiet, and with excellent heating and facilities. We were met by Iman who handed us the keys and showed us everything. A very good apartment, with excellent value for money. The beds are in the loft, which can be reached by climbing a flight of rather steep stairs. There are two additional beds in another loft which can be accessed by an even steeper ladder. While ok for young people, this may pose some difficulties for older folk. Also, the apartment is on the second floor and building does not have an elevator. So people travelling with a lot of luggage may want to consider this.

• Anastasia (2/5): I wouldn't stay here even if it were a third of the price. However, as a designer, I do appreciate the effort put i - The interior design is lovely! The young lady who helped carry my heavy bag to the second floor was fantastic. Plus, the property is conveniently close to the train station and within walking distance of Prague's famous Old Bridge. I stayed there for two nights. On the first night, there was no electricity, so I couldn't take a hot shower or charge my phone. Since all the beds were accessible only by steep stairs, I had to use my phone's flashlight to climb up and down in the dark to bring down the bedding, during which I hurt myself. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and cell service was poor, forcing me to go outside in the dark to call and message the emergency number listed on Booking.com—nobody responded. The next day, I found another contact number in the documents left on the table (which I couldn’t see in the dark), and when I called it, someone came to turn on the power switch outside the apartment using special access. I was worried it would happen again because I received no apology or explanation for the outage. On the second night, the electricity worked, but the apartment was uncomfortably hot, and the only window couldn't be opened for fresh air. The water heater made a constant noise, so I left for the airport two hours earlier than planned because I couldn't enjoy my stay. Additionally, a cleaning fee was added to the rental cost, which was unexpected, especially considering I found a hardened piece of coffee in the coffee machine left from a previous guest.

Just mention people to get to the property you need go outside at rear garden and if you don’t like height like me it is was big problem ( it is only me may be ) but it was big challenge for me .

All beds on the second level under the ceiling, mattresses are comfortable, we really liked it. Very nice manager, explained everything in detail. We will definitely come back). May not be suitable for the elderly.

Walkable distance to the Old town square of 10minutes. The neighbourhood is full of pubs/restaurants and shop. Highly recommend. We have a pleasant new year's eve.

Kitchen utensils, linens, sofa,beds are dusty and dirty. We booked for 4 people but they only set up beds for 2 people. The room is too cold because they only have 1 small heater in the leaving area and you cannot adjust the temperature. Its not good for travels with big luggages because there's no elevator.

• Josh (10/5): Spacious apartment with a perfect location that is quiet but near everything - and and super friendly staff! - It is a lovely apartment in a location that is just amazing! Very close to everything and yet super quiet as it is on a small street and then in a courtyard. The staff were so helpful, especially when I arrived early. I was able to leave my luggage at the office and then had a cup of tea before venturing out and seeing Vysehrad, which is a Castle, up on a hill with amazing views, and it’s not that far a walk from the office. Highly recommended! Not a big deal, but when I first arrived, the apartment had just been cleaned, and the smell of the bleach was quite strong. You might consider getting some less pungent cleaners.

• Suet (5/5): Passable - The bed was comfortable. We had to walk 2 floors up by stairs to the apartment with heavy luggage. The design of the apartment is a bit old fashion and the lighting was poor.

The mezzanine ‘bedrooms’ have very short ceiling and we definitely cannot stand in there. The mattresses are very close to the ceiling, I kept hitting my head at the ceiling when sitting on the mattress (I never hit my head on the ceiling when staying at capsule or bunk bed in hostels). Not for people with claustrophobia. In addition, the neighbour has a smoking area right at the apartment’s front door and they smoked marijuana right outside our window.

Nicely decorated and modern.Friendly staff.. Price was fair. The steps getting to the apartment were hard to climb. The loft area for sleeping is designed more suitable for very young people.
