- Justine (8/5): Hôtel très agréable, calme et personnel très chaleureux 🥰 - Hôtel situé un peu à l’écart dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, où nous avons bien dormi. L’accueil était chaleureux, tout le personnel est très attentionné. La chambre était spacieuse, la literie confortable, et la salle de bain très agréable, avec une bonne pression d’eau et un pare-douche, ce qui est un vrai +++ lors d’un voyage au Vietnam 🙏🏼 Le seul point un peu moins pratique concernait la climatisation, qui fonctionnait seulement en mode soufflerie, rendant l’air assez humide et chaud, heureusement compensé par un ventilateur supplémentaire. Le wifi ne captait pas jusqu’à notre chambre au 2e étage.

- Huy (5/5): Passable - The staff is great and supportive. The room is clean and well-prepared with facilities. Breakfast is delicious with 2 options. The TV has an Android TV box, which is a plus point for me. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, which is a minus point for me. And the door in my room was broken on that day. I was unable to check in in the afternoon because of that. Then, when I came back in the evening, it still hadn't been fixed.

We booked The Melbourne hotel in 2day. It's so magnificent hotel which I have ever stayed before. The facilities were so modern, luxurious, clean and convenient. Beside, you have many choices for Double room, Twin Room or even Triple Room. Each room was set up with fresh fruits everyday, and TV, Air-conditioner.Specially, the manager of hotel- Jackie Truong was so helpful and careful with many suggestions for us with tour, and wonderful places in Ninh Binh. If we have time to come back Vietnam, we will certainly book this Hotel once again. Love The Melbourne and Ninh Binh

We enjoyed exploring the hotel tours as well as cycling. The tour services were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely visit again and recommend the hotel for our family and friends !

The hotel has all the amenities and Mr Jacky, the manager, is very helpful. He arranged a highly enjoyable trip for us. The meals are very good and the service very quick and friendly. In fact, the hotel gave us a nice feeling of staying in a family atmosphere. Truly a five star experience.
- davidsD9178LY (10/5): Very comfortable and friendly hosts - Went to ninh binh with nothing planned and got a taxi to the Melbourne Hotel for a walk in booking. They quickly showed us some of their free rooms and allowed us to pick the ones we wanted. Air conditioning in each room and they are very spacious. Great wash room en suite facilities. We got two rooms with double beds and they were very comfortable. Breakfast was free and comes with the price of the room which is very fair. It is a fairly new hotel and the man who owns it is a very friendly gentleman. He was helpful in giving us advice about activities to do in ninh binh and offered to help book the bus when we asked about booking the sleeper bus to phong nah. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay and catch up on the z's!
- fabiomc1984 (10/5): Having new friends! - The Melbourne is a nice hotel well menaged by Jackie. It’s clean and it has wide rooms. Jackie gives you advices for your excursions and many more things, for example: you can rent a bike, motorcycle, call a taxi etc. You can have a dinner in the hotel, Houng, Jackie’s wife, is a great cook! I think that eating here is much better than having a dinner in a restaurant in Ninh Binh. You’ll meet many friends and the lovely Jackie family, so you know in a great way the beautiful Vietnam and its beautiful people! Thank you for all, we hope to see you again!

- CalebZurch (10/5): Clean and the Most Helpful Staff - Stayed at the Melbourne Hotel in Ninh Binh and had an incredible time! It was near the end of the journey, so we were all exhausted, but the hotel was clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed. But what really puts this place over the top is the helpfulness and hospitality of the host, Jacky. He was always available to book us tours, transportation and give ideas of what we can do! Every morning Jacky personally served us breakfast! Can’t say enough I’m how incredible of a host he was! The location is slightly out of Ninh Binh instelf in a new development, but it is closer to most of the attractions than Ninh Binh. Taxis and other forms of transportation will come to the hotel to pick you up no problem!

- Judy_Pham (10/5): Delight of our trip in Ninh Binh - We were looking for a hotel in Ninh Binh in the evening and found one room in this amazing hotel by chance with reasonable price I reckoned. The hotel manager welcome us and showed us our superb room. It was really clean and with spectacular view. In the morning, we were surprized at the variety of breakfast food and into omelette and vietnam coffee . All the stuff in hotel were really friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

Firstly the hotel was in a wonderful location, bordering the Tam Coc cave and in the Ninh Binh city. The hotel itself is very charming and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make my visit comfortable and memorable. They organised transportation for me around the city on my first day, and ensured everything was in order so I was safe and well looked after. Even the email communications I had with them prior to their visit were so smooth and seamless. They helped organise a one-day trip to Halong Bay on a luxury cruise which was simply outstanding! As a solo woman travelling in Vietnam, I was a bit anxious, but felt completely comfortable as soon as I interacted with the staff. For me the staff and service was the absolute highlight - everyone was so warm and friendly! From the reception to the restaurant every interaction I had made me feel happy! I had the best tour ever at the hotel! When I had dinner at the hotel restaurant after my Halong Bay cruise, the bartender actually made a special coffee drink for me! On that note, the Vietnamese coffee and pho they serve at breakfast is out of this world!!!! The rooms are super clean and comfortable, but the staff make it PERFECT!!! They were even so sweet as to give me a little souvenir gift when i checked out! I have no words for how much I enjoyed my experience at The Melbourne Hotel Ninh Binh! We stayed a total of 4 nights .The room we had was good--a very powerful Air Conditioner that cooled the room within mere minutes. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean as well. Besides, I enjoyed the hospitality from this hotel in Ninh Binh. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful with questions we had about the area. Their English was excellent! Especially the manager's Mr. Truong who is very helpful for giving good advice about reasonable price transportation and good quality.
