• v. Boxberg (9/5): Es war ein sehr schöner Städtetrip nach Edinburgh! - Die Lage ist top. Die Betreuung durch Maria von destiny scotland war sehr gut, immer präsent. Die Wohnung ist gut sortiert eingerichtet, alles für den Aufenthalt vorhanden. Die Fenster in der Wohnung Nr. 6 sind nur einfach verglast, teilweise defekt, deshalb war es sehr zugig und kalt, obwohl morgens geheizt wurde. Im Hinterhof läuft permanent eine Klimaanlage, die deutlich hörbar im Schlafzimmer ist.

Overall, was a great stay. I was concerned when I arrived, there was significant noise from the street that was heard in every room. However, this stopped at night. I would have liked.a TV in the bedroom. Other than that no complaints.

• Nanebah (10/5): Well appointed apartment with amazing view of Edinburgh Castle - We loved our stay at Destiny Scotland-Chisholm Hunter, and would book again here without hesitation. The view of Edinburgh Castle from our room ( Suite 5 ) was absolutely incredible. This is a great location and walkable to Old Town and New Town sites. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were very helpful and we were able to store our luggage when we arrived before checking in. Be warned that there are four flights of stairs to get to the third floor, and there is no lift in the building. All of the doors in the suite are heavy fire doors, but that also insulates the bedroom from any street noise.

Found the fire doors separating each of the rooms a bit odd and inconvenient. A couple small things were broken or not operating properly (coffee maker, toilet left side flusher, clock in main room); I reported these upon checkout, so I suspect they were fixed for the next guest.

Schoon en comfortabel Alles was prima. Op alle deuren zitten drangers waardoor ze wel hard dichtklappen. Hebben geen commentaar gehad van onze buren maar andersom hebben we ook geen geluidsoverlast gehad van onze buren.

The apartment was very well stocked and had everything a needed for 4 weeks stay. Was an easy 5 minute walk to M and S food court to get food and drink. The bus and tram stop were 2 minutes walk away. The bed was a bit hard for me.

Th stairs, not being told until the day what floor we were on, I would have chosen room 1-3, a big heavy suitcase needed to be carried to the top, a rail on the inner staircase would be good and safer to steady yourself, a holder for the toilet roll, a shelf by the sink, a way of removing smelly bin bags more easily than calling, waiting or going up and down to street bibs

• Aileen (10/5): Excellent accommodation to be at if you want to ring in the New Year or just see the sites of Edinburgh - Excellent location view of the Edinburgh Castle right from our lounge room. Window fireworks were fantastic little shop just around the corner has everything food courts just around the corner? Everything was so close. It was amazing thank you destiny Scotland. I liked that everything was close. Transport was easy to get on and off. People were friendly. Felt safe walking around even though it was very crowded for the time of year that we went.
• Tim (10/5): Beautiful location and view. - The location was perfect for roaming and exploring the city, both old and new town within short walking distance aswell as the beautiful views of the castle and local monuments. The best aspect is without a doubt the closeness to New Years Hogmanay celebrations, we were able to watch the live music and fireworks from our balcony/window! Ease of access was very pleasant and the building itself had minimal noise. Ammenities such as the self serviced kitchen and washing machine were also amazing. The only possible gripe with this venue was that the bathroom door would jam making it rather difficult to open at times. A ventilation fan in the bathroom would have also been nice as it gets very hot.

• Stevie (9/5): Fantastic location - The flat is in a brilliant location with fantastic views. The tram stop is just outside and was easy to get around. The bed was very comfortable and the flat had lots of amenities. WiFi worked very well and was well heated which was needed after days out in a cold December! If you are like me and a light sleeper I would suggest bringing some ear plugs because it was noisy on the street. And the bedroom shutter was missing a hook for the latch so I had to use a shoelace. Other than that I would def stay again.

Ceci est un détail mais les portes entre chaques pièces n'ont pas de groom pour retenir celles-ci lorsqu'on les ouvre ou ferme et elles sont très lourdes ce qui a entraîné des coups de portes pour nous et des bruits de claquement de portes pour les voisins.

• Toni (9/5): - Great location, everything you need to have a great stay. There is no door key to worry about losing on a key code. Right next to the tram stop so getting to the property from the airport is really easy. You can leave your bags at the Destiny office not far from the apartment before your check-in time as well as after your checkout time.
• Πέτρος (7/5): Για να μείνει κάποιος στο κέντρο του Εδιμβουργου 1-2 μέρες είναι εντάξει. Σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης και έχεις όλα δίπ - Πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος. Σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης. Ήμασταν στον τρίτο όροφο και δεν υπήρχε ασανσέρ παρά μόνο σκάλες. Δυστυχώς αυτό είναι ότι χειρότερο μέσα στον χειμώνα και με τόσες βαλίτσες να πρέπει να κάνεις αρκετά δρομολόγια πάνω κάτω. Επίσης όλες οι εσωτερικές πόρτες έκλειναν αυτόματα. Δεν βρίσκω τον λόγο σε αυτό! Για την θέρμανση του χώρου έπρεπε να ζητήσω τον κωδικό. Επίσης το ζεστό νερό αργούσε αρκετά. Το στρώμα το κρεβατιού ήταν κακής ποιότητας και τα ελατήρια σε χτυπούσαν παντού! Θέα το κάστρο όπως αναφέρουν δεν υπήρχε παρά μόνο στα πλάγια παράθυρα του σαλονιού που είναι ανώφελο. Η επικοινωνία ήταν σχετικά καλή και όχι άμεση.
• matthew (8/5): Overnight stay in Edinburgh - Excellent location. Very spacious and nicely decorated apartment. Everything we needed for our stay. Really exciting to have the view of the castle. Previous occupants must have cooked before we arrived and the smell was quite strong. The doors were very quick to slam shut and could be noisy. More assistance could be given re parking areas available.

A spacious, very well decorated, furnished, equipped and spotless apartment with all the essentials available in the apartment - no need to buy/take anything. Easy access to the property - key code sent through ahead of our stay. A beautiful outlook with view of the castle and central for sightseeing and shopping. For us there were no negatives about the property.
• LDFT3K (7/5): Chisholm Hunter Suites Edinburgh - The apartment spacious warm modern design and very light with a good location. The downside was the fact your website is a little misleading. In the fact that we thought that there was a lift leading to the apartment. In stead we found out we had to climb 65 spiral steps. To get to the apartment which was on the top floor As we are a mature guests with some mobility issues. We found this was difficult for us. I did contact reception about this. But I didn't get any help with this issue It would be more helpful if there was a welcome pack with information about the apartment in stead of trying to download a QR code.

• Kenneth (9/5): A welcome stay in the heart of the City. - Access is arranged using a code number shared ahead of your arrival and inserted on a keypad at main entrance and apartment entrance. Easy to use and no problems whatsoever. the apartments are well located, clean and comfortable. if I was going to find fault, then it is minor improvements that could easily be fixed by the hosts, like affixing towel holders near the sink and loo roll holders near the loo and some door stoppers would be welcomed but otherwise the apartments are flawless and we have state din a few different ones.

• Nicole (9/5): Fabulous location, v nice apartment, meh view, and they like to charge a fee where they can! - Location was excellent. Clean,.comfortable, and roomy apartment. The shower was particularly nice after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment had all the amenities you could require and they thoughtfully provided laundry detergent, soap, washing up liquid, plenty of coffee pods, toiletries. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet! We were on the top floor and there are a lot of stairs to climb especially with high ceilings. They like to charge for everything e.g. wanted to charge £15 PER NIGHT for extra bed linens to use the sofa bed, would also have to pay for late check out. The "view" of the castle was only if you leaned against the window to look out, the bedroom overlooked an awful back of a building. While we had full control of the temperature, the windows are old and quite drafty leading to some rooms v warm but the sitting room in particular was quite cool. Perhaps they don't have control over this within an old building.

No left , which is tough, especially with bags .. no services to help you with check-in and carry on your bags ... storage area available in different location, and only during working hours, so if you need to pick your bags after 5.00 pm and had late flight you cant access storage area after 5 pm, so to me i didnt find it useful and had to pay for storage area in different hotel.

• The Carter's (8/5): Lovely, comfortable stay in a wonderful city. - The view from the apartment window was wonderful. The location was fantastic to get almost anywhere. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could wish for. The mattress could do with updating as you could feel the springs when sleeping, otherwise nothing at all. We loved everything.
