• Julia (8/5): The guest house is pretty basic, but the hotel staff is very nice and it’s a short way to the beach - The staff is very friendly! Daily cleaning, fresh towels and water bottles. You also get towels for the beach at the reception. WIFI was stable and aircon worked well. The bed is quite hard

The cleaner cleaned our room everyday which was so great. The beach next to the hotel isnt one of the nicest. Black sand and lots of litter. Its nice enough, but we drove to a different beach which was cleaner

Easy to find, easy to reach any other things — stuff is friendly and tried to help with any issue! — the property is cozy and comfy, nobody bothered me — outside from main road — kettle and fridge in the room — the bed was perfect for me! Not too soft as I like — shower was quite uncofortable, because it's too close to the toilet. But I guess there is nothing they can do with it — door locker wasn't easy, it required me to put some efforts to open it There is no lift and no view from the windows, but for me it wasn't important and wasn't a negative aspect.

Good water pressure, AC worked well, big comfortable bed, kettle and good WiFi. Safe in room. Very quiet side street. Beautiful beach with restaurant and perfect sand, no stones, clear cool water. Just 200 meters away. Room was very hot at check-in and AC needed an hour to cool the room down (AC was good). Room has no balcony or roof access, so difficult to dry clothes.

• Griffin (8/5): Nice place, quit and near the beach - Located close to the Beach, a short walk to Villa Market. The room was on the 3rd floor but the Hotel said the 2nd floor, they do not count the ground floor, and with no lift it is two flights of stairs to clime.

• Clutton (6/5): Pleasant - Clean, great location close to the beach and shopping centre. On a very quiet street with no traffic. Nice quiet little bar and restaurants outside with cheap beer. There's no elevator, so the stairs could be a problem for some. My parents are 70 but they were ok with the stairs, so not too bad. The single bed in our room was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. The double bed was ok and quite comfortable.

We were opposite in restaurant for dinner and it was raining a lot. The receptionist notice us and came for us and give us an umbrella so we wouldn ´t get wet. The only reminder about the location of the air conditioner - it blows directly on the bed where you lie.

Only 500 meters from the beautiful golden sandy beach, excellent for walking on. A small restaurant on the beach with beds and sun shades. Leaving!!!

• Nuchanarch (8/5): for 850 per night . close to the beach yeah .. i would stay here again. - very close to the sea . close to minimart. close to main road. so , basically good spot! friendly staff and easy going . massage and barber just downstairs. very very clean. big bed . big balcony as a kitchen or smoking area. smell from the bathroom is quite something. water tab ,clothing racks are falling apart. the lights in the room is not working properly.
• Mark (8/5): Very helpful staff and good location - Quiet street only 50 metres from the beach and a nice bar/restaurant. Also 100m in opposite direction from 7/11 and several shopping malls - so good location. Small street market between 4pm and 6pm for nice food. Good street restaurant further up the street (northwards) for spicy duck or half chicken and, rice and large Chang for 200 baht! Great staff. Everything was fine. It was a budget hotel in a good location with nice staff and everything worked.
