- Cecile (6/5): Bien mais quelques points à signifier ... - Bel hôtel et propre, personnel accueillant et prévenant. Le parking est vraiment pénible, voitures garées en enfilade le long d'une rue passante. Il ne faut pas être pressé pour partir car il faut régulièrement déplacer les autres véhicules. Piscine extérieure non chauffée alors qu'annoncée chauffée sur le site de booking. Il serait bien de vérifier vos dires. Résultat impossible de se baigner en mai car piscine froide. Chambre bauge spacieuse mais assez enclavée et humide notamment dans les pièces d'eau. Proximité de la route très passante et de la voie ferrée.

I could here the people in the room below mine. Also, getting hot water in the room was difficult. Lovely large bathtub but I had to run only the hot water for quite a while. My friend could never get hot water in her room's bath.

Je dirais simplement, que j'aurai mis 10, si c'était un peu plus insonorisé, et pour ma chambre, la climatisation au-dessus de ma tête de lit.

- Sarah (7/5): Bien situé, personnel agréable - L’accueil du personnel et la décoration de l’hôtel sont 2 points appréciables. La propreté est parfaite, la chambre est spacieuse et présente 3 parties bain, douche et wc séparées. La partie extérieure avec piscine est un plus remarquable (si il fait beau temps) On entend le train passer, heureusement pas souvent et pas la nuit. Les produits régionaux sont quasiment absents au niveau des boissons et de la restauration proposées dans l’hôtel, c’est dommage. Dans la salle de restauration : une promiscuité avec la direction (+enfant) inappropriée.

- Laura (10/5): - Personnel très agréable, hôtel très convivial avec une vue splendide ! Le spa rend le séjour encore plus relaxant, on se croirait dans une vrai ville hors du temps !
- Pierre-Antoine (7/5): Un cadre magnifique et une chambre agréable, mais un séjour un peu terni par un manque de souplesse - J’ai beaucoup apprécié le cadre exceptionnel avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. La piscine est agréable et bien entretenue, idéale pour se détendre. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, et le personnel toujours souriant. L’arrivée est possible uniquement à partir de 16h et il n’a pas été proposé de déposer nos valises avant, ce qui a été un peu contraignant. La suite quadruple réservée avait une chambre fermée à clé, accessible uniquement avec un supplément de 50 €, et le coffre-fort à l’intérieur ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons également trouvé dommage que l’accès à la piscine le jour du départ après le check-out soit proposé contre un supplément de 40 € pour deux . Enfin, le petit-déjeuner, bien que correct, nous a semblé un peu limité par rapport au prix.
- Nadège (7/5): - Une très belle vue, un endroit isolé, calme et super sympa. L’équipe est très agréable et souriante. En revanche, l’hygiène laisse à désirer dans certains recoins de la chambre et sur les transats. Lorsque nous avons rempli le bain balnéo, des saletés sont sorties des tuyaux. Le matelas est assez dur, et le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus fourni.

- Mouchemouch (10/5): Le confort d'un hôtel .. dans le cadre d'une grande maison familiale ! - Un établissement où je viens dormir pour raison professionnelle de manière régulière depuis 4 ans. Le personnel est gentil, attentif tout en restant discret. Les chambres sont confortables, bien pensées, et à différents niveaux pour différentes ambiances. Je réserve rarement la même ce qui permet de "voyager" au sein même de l'établissement ! La vue lac est très sympa A titre personnel : rien !

Nous avons trouver étrange de devoir laisser la clef de la voiture dans une boite à l'entrée de l'accueil; surtout pour nous qui avons un véhicule professionnel ... Une fondue pour deux 50€ avec seulement 6 tranches de charcuterie industrielle... très dommage!! A 21h le personnel nous as fait comprendre de quitter le restaurant ... Pas de douche après le spa ... Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres ... Nous ne reviendrons pas; ce week-end étais en plus un cadeau pour mon conjoint ... Les prix reste chère pour les prestations ...

- Geraldine (7/5): Prix trop élevé pour ce genre d’établissement - La baignoire balnéothérapie dans la chambre . La superficie de la chambre est vraiment trop petite pour une suite. Le stationnement n’est pas pratique, les voitures sont garées les unes derrière les autres. Le jacuzzi manque d’intimité : il est entouré de vitres et visible de tous, avec en plus un accès uniquement par l’extérieur. Aucune attention particulière de la part de l’établissement pour une occasion que j’avais signalé avant le séjours .
