- Judson (9/5): Café da manhã ótimo e localização excelente - Café da manhã gostoso e com diversas opções, localizacao perfeita (próximo ao centro antigo, próximo shopping, próximo do rio, próximo da locadora carros, próximo a bares&restaurantes, mercados), bebedouro de água em cada andar, bom tamanho de quarto. A iluminação do banheiro poderia ser mais eficiente.

- Mikolaj (7/5): Ciche, wygodne pokoje w doskonałej lokalizacji. - Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji na Kazimierzu. Pokoje wygodne, ciche, dystrybutor z wodą na korytarzu. Personel bardzo uprzejmy. Mały, płatny parking obok hotelu. Korzystna cena. Jak na hotel 4 gwiazdkowy, wybór na śniadaniu dosyć mały. Niedaleko jest hotel PURO, który też ma 4 gwiazdki, a udogodnień posiada o wiele więcej (ma to też odzwierciedlenie w cenie).

Very modern and comfortable rooms. Very little storage for clothes. Small wardrobe and no shelves or drawers to be able to unpack if you are there for more than 1-2 nights

The view was disappointing because it overlooked the bin area. The noise from the lifts woke us early every morning. We had been given a bigger room because of mix up but wasn’t necessarily a better room. TV channels weren’t good.

- Irish Roaming Tourist (8/5): Business in krakow - Close to old town and Jewish quarter. Easy access to trams. Parking access was very difficult. You could call them but you could wait for an age beforz the gate opens and meanwhile annoy traffic and walkers alike. Breakfast was diappointing. Coffee was pants.

- Cecilie (9/5): - Beliggenhet, takterrassen, boblebadet, og den komfortable sengen! En anstendig kaffemaskin var det også på rommet. Vi var heldige med været og kunne nyte solen på terrassen både på morgenen og ettermiddagen. Også et stort pluss med vanndispenser i etasjen, vi brukte den mye. Dårlig belysning på badet, umulig å legge sminke for de som ønsker godt lys for dette. Ubehagelig lukt på badet ved ankomst, men lukten forsvant raskt etter at vi tok i bruk dusj og servant.

- Halina (10/5): Top hotel op een hele leuke locatie! - Modern en toch gezellig hotel! Parkeren op het terrein was mogelijk en te reserveren, heel handig. Verder is de locatie top, tramhalte voor de deur, in de mooiste wijk van Krakow (Kazimierz) en het centrum op 20 minuten lopen. Klein minpuntje: de waterdruk in de douche, die is wel heel minimaal.
- Sloep (8/5): Erg tevreden! - De ligging van het hotel en de bedden, deze lagen heerlijk. Vriendelijk personeel! Genoeg (opberg) ruimte in de kamer en voldoende ruimte voor het idee dat je toch buiten leeft om de stad te verkennen. Koelkast op de kamer leek niet goed écht te koelen (hebben we niet gemeld), een toetje uit het restaurant/grand café was niet wat we van cheesecake gewend zijn. De waterdruk in de douche kon beter, uit de regenkop kwam amper water om je haren goed uit te spoelen.

Мої сподівання цілком виправдані. - Гарне розташування, цікавий дизайн, смачний сніданок, в номері чисто, персонал привітний Не було тапочок, а вода з кулером знаходиться в коридорі, то ж щоб в чайник набрати води потрібно було або йти босому або взуватися. Мій номер купувався зі знижкою на одну добу, зазначалося що це сезонна знижка, а на справді в ньому дуже чутно як ходить ліфт, бо це поряд. Хоча я була з дороги втомлена, то спала міцно, але хто спить чутливо то це заважало б. Мабуть це потрібно було вказувати. А так загалом враження позитивні.

- Barbora (4/5): - Lokalita hotela bola veľmi dobrá, zastávka električky hneď pred hotelom. Páčila sa mi aj izba, bola priestranná a posteľ pohodlná. Hotel uvádza, že má izby pre alergikov - avšak, v mojej izbe, ktorá bola tiež takto označená bolo dosť veľa prachu. Zároveň v kúpeľni nefungovala ventilácia a nebolo v nej žiadne odvetrávanie. Raňajky boli celkom sklamaním, výber veľmi malý.

- Anna (10/5): - Na pewno tu wrócimy! Pobyt w tym hotelu był czystą przyjemnością. Już od samego progu powitała nas niezwykle uprzejma obsługa, która bez problemu pomogła wcześniejszym zameldowaniem. Miłą niespodzianką był darmowy upgrade pokoju.

Den lille bar der ligger i samme bygning “Negresco Café”, hvor man kan spise om aftenen, har INGEN fornemmelse af hvad service er og maden mindede mere om et cafeteria, ok, men ikke nogen udsøgt oplevelse. Vi spiste der een gang og ikke igen.

- Jamie (8/5): Fantastic stay would return. - Impeccably clean great presentation of the rooms efficient check in. Bar prices were very expensive compared to the local area. You’d expect to pay a premium but I felt this was excessively so.
- Mark (8/5): Great weekend with friends and family. - Room was functional and comfortable, wasn't going to spend much time in it anyway. Breakfast wasn't very good, but could still find something to eat. The bar was good and we ate in there on our last night, nice food. Location was a little bit away from the main attractions( Old Town and Castle) , but we soon worked out the tram system. Breakfast wasn't very good.
