• gregory (3/5): Disappointing on so many level. - location should be great but … Staff and management never addressed any issues raised and there was plenty: - bedsheets not changed for over 2 weeks despite room cleaning every 3 days -strong sewage smell in bathroom never addressed -squeaky bedframe to the point you can’t move if you want to sleep -overcharging supplement for a baby bed more days than required. After raising issus to 5 different staff no change i gave up and checked out early, change hotel but was charged also for the remaining stay. This comes in addition to the deception that: -Hotel Located next to building work and demolition site starting hammering at 8:00 sharp everyday. Apartment are not noise proof open ventilated doors in the kitchen makes it impossible to stay during the day. - swimming pool is so small that it’s not possible to swim - the “fitness” area doesn’t deserve a photo has only 3 equipments with one non functional. Overall an old place underinvested with appealing lack of maintenance surfing on good ratings from 10 years ago and good first impression if you stay one night .

Kitchen cooktop only had two elements, and not enough utensils to cook with. No oven, only a microwave. Swimming pool is very small.

• Hannah Elizabeth (10/5): Excellent! 10/10 would stay again and would recommend to others as well. - Location was good, near to almost all the tourist spots we covered. With toddlers in tow, we needed good space for them to play and this apartment had a living room where they could do that. Having a kitchen with complete utensils and laundry with laundry area with laundry soap was very good and very useful. They clean every Monday, Wed and Fridays. Overall experience was excellent and hassle free. Would definitely book again. It was difficult to communicate at first since they were not replying to emails (not sure though if they were receiving the emails i sent). But if you call the number directly they will answer.

• Easter (5/5): Not fancy but had the basics. Run down and need of updating, but great location and friendly staff. - The staff were friendly, helpful and prompt in responding to questions/problems. Location was good - very easy to Robertson Quay and UE Square. The apartment itself is really run down - cabinetry damaged, drain in the sink taped over, TV cabinet peeling away from the wall, the stove made a loud buzzing sound when it was turned on... just overdue for some major repairs and upkeep.

• Estelle (8/5): Séjour confortable et agréable au Park Avenue Paterson. - Gentillesse du personnel, bonne localisation dans un quartier résidentiel, mais cependant animé, belle taille des appartements, intervention rapide de la maintenance en cas de petits problèmes, petite piscine accessible. L'ensemble est un peu vieillot et mérite un rafraichissement. Des travaux sont justement programmés à partir de mars.

• Tony (9/5): Great value and great spot, would stay again for sure. - The location is fantastic, facilities and size of the 3 Bedroom Townhouse apartment, it is nicely equipped, spacious and the beds are very comfy. There is a 7-11 next door and countless coffee shops within 5 minute walk. The only downside to the Townhouse Apartment is that it is right on the road, and the front doors are a bit flimsy, and the windows facing the street, have wooden shutters in front of them with bars, but no actual glass, so it did tend to be a bit noisy. Double glazing on some of the other rooms would also be great. I believe the lack of glass on the street facing windows is a heritage thing though.

• Geok Lin (9/5): Clean, quiet, comfortable and good location. - Location is convenient, few minutes walk to bus and train. Quiet surroundings. Comfortable beds and pillows. The lift is a bit old. After maintenance one of the 2 lifts couldn’t go to the floor we stayed. We had to send it up to the other floor before pressing button for the other lift to come.

• Aaron (9/5): Staying at Park Avenue Robertson was a memorable experience for our whole family and we enjoyed it. - It has the perfect location to visit all parts of the city whether it be by bus, MRT or taxi. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and gave us a feeling of home away from home. We have no complaints about our stay.
• DIPANWITA (9/5): Satisfactory. Value for money. Excellent for 6 people with three rooms and three washrooms. - There was no breakfast. Location was good and loved the locality. The room on the top floor is very small. No view for two rooms except for one huge room which overlooks the main road.

The little kitchenette was very useful to cook up a quick breakfast. There is a 7/11 just next door and a well stocked cold storage within 5 mins walk The changing room in the pool area needs a bit more attention as it wasn’t in the best state

• MINKYUN (9/5): 아이와 함께하는 가족숙소로는 추천함 - 숙소가 조금 낡은 아파트의 느낌이었지만, 아주 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었으며, 간단한 식기까지 포함되어 있어 사용하기에 편했다. 세탁기가 있어 편했고 세제까지 준비가 되어 있었다. 또한, 청소, 관리도 정기적으로 진행해주었다. MTR역에서는 다소 걸어야하는 편이지만 주변 설비도 괜찮았다.

• Jap (10/5): Very happy with this apartment. - The location, staffs, the apartment, the price. Its perfect . I like that fact that its not a high rise building. It gives this homy feeling. Washing machine and they provide the detergent too. Amenities are very generous. The apartment is nice and cooking appliances are enough. The bathroom is small. I was traveling with a small child and to give her a shower, we would bump everywhere. Hot water didnt last so long. The pillows are too thick and for someone of small posture ,difficult to be comfortable with the pillow.

• КОТФОРС (10/5): - Отель прекрасный, в тихом месте, близко к набережной реки, рядом 3 магазина севен илевен. Круглосуточная охрана. Чувствовали себя зашишенно, безопасно. Апартаменты большие, чисто, постельное полотенце приятные. Уборка через день. В душе вода горячая, напор воды отличный. Есть шампуни, гель и кондиционер для волос. Есть фен, утюг, гладильная, доска. Стиральная машинка супер. До станции местро пешком минут 5 самая ближняя, есть чуть подальше ещё 2 ветки в разных стронах. От аэропорта брали через букинг такси трансфер, так как прилетали и улетали ночью, в одну сторону поездка обошлась в 2500 руб, очень классно. С учётом жары, чемоданов и ночи. А вообще можно на метро, все для людей продумано. Рядом с гостиницей прак, а так же куча кафе от утреннего круасана с чашечкой кофе, до спорт бара и романтичного ужина, на лбюббой вкус. В квартире есть полноценная кухня, мы сами готовили. Кастрюля, скоровордки, тарелки, кружки. Все есть. Есть шкафы! Куда можно свободно разместить гардероб, для Сингапура это роскошь! Немного обветшали некоторые вещи, не критично.

• David (9/5): A week in Singapore - Clean and comfortable and plenty of space to feel at home. The staff were very nice and able to help with a range of enquiries. The pool area was disappointing, looked tired and uncared for. This would have been a loss if the weather had been better, as it was there was no consequence but will be a consideration when I book my next trip. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been a nice touch, fortunately there is a fantastic little coffee shop right across the road from the front door.

• Danny (8/5): Goed verblijf in ruim appartement, maar wel is er dringend onderhoud nodig voor de buitenruimtes. - Ruim appartement en vriendelijk personeel aan de balie. Aan de buitenzijde is het gebouw hard toe aan een opknapbeurt. Verder is het glas bij de entree al tijden niet schoongemaakt, wat jammer is en geen beste indruk wekt, telkens als je binnenkomt. Het appartement aan de binnenzijde is verder prima, ruim en redelijk schoon. De gym is aan de kleine kant. De directe omgeving van het zwembad is ook hard toe aan een opknapbeurt. Dit ziet er niet uit. Het zwembad is verder klein, maar voldoet.

• Melinda (8/5): Value for money especially for an apartment. Spacious and convenient. Very clean. - As there were three of us, the two bedrooms and two bathrooms allowed us and our adult son to have our privacy. We had plenty of space in the living room to spread out. The kitchen and laundry facilities allowed us to function easily (i.e regular washing of clothes due to hot humid weather). Air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as in the living space. A gym and pool available. On a fairly quiet street, but still many shops/restaurants close by. Close to the Singapore River (Clarke Quay, Robertson Quay) with eateries, shopping centres, river sidewalks. All this at a reasonable price. It was a bit dated, but has been refreshed where it counted ie kitchen and bathrooms.

• Yiran (9/5): Great location, nice apartment - The location is great, in a quiet residential neighborhood in the city center with lots of restaurants options nearby. The apartment is very well equipped to stay for a longer time, a week or more. There are plenty hangers in the wardrobe which is definitely a plus! The room is clean and their response to our requests during the stay was fast. Most staffs are very friendly. Some beddings have old stains but they changed them fast upon requests.

Amenities were provided once in 02 days. It would be amazing if they added some drinking water on oer day basis. Bed linens were changed only after first 03 days.

• Dariusz (9/5): Comfortable place to stay and work - Nice apartments close to Clark Quay and Riverside Point within walking distance. Helpful personnel. Clean rooms and a quiet, well-equipped kitchen (I didn't cook), both with air conditioning. The food market (in UE Square) and 7-Eleven are conveniently located nearby, as are several affordable Chinese/Indian restaurants on River Valley Road, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner (similar to those found in the Maxwell Food Center in Chinatown). More expensive food options are also available around. Although you can find the signs of use in the apartment, it offers good comfort at a reasonable price for everyone. And very comfy mattresses for sleeping. A desk for working and other things you will need in your daily life. Fully recommended.

• Paul (9/5): Gem of a place to stay! - The location was perfect, walking distance to the MRT, and all the restaurants at Clark Quay. If you are a little more brave shopping on Orchard is not too far a walk. Staff were so friendly, apartment was perfect, the washing machine was a real boost! Coffee shop across the road was perfect for my early morning coffee! Parts of the property were a little tired but did not distract from us enjoying our stay!

While there was aircon, there was no glass on the windows on the ground floor, so we couldn’t open the shutters at all. So it was very dark inside even during the day.
• Nicole (5/5): Not worth the money, plenty of other places slightly more expensive but way better quality. - The location was good, quick walk to Clarke Quay and lots of restaurants/bars close by Quite run down and not a quality hotel. The location is what you pay for. Images are incredibly misleading. The pool area was not maintained, rusty nails and broken wood along edges of pool, lights all broken and exposed. The room had a broken door handle, no tea or coffee provided, pillows like rocks. For $2000 I expected something nice, this resembled a backpackers lodge.

A lot of good bars and restaurants to choose from. Fully furnished apartment room, clean, spacious, well maintained. Room service every second day. Staff all friendly, professional and approachable.
