Wendy (7/5): I would not stay the again - I liked thr location near everything and the event I attended The room was tight, only one sink in the bathroom and ,the TV was on the wall and could not be seen from the bed near the window. I did not sleep well do to the car and train noise.

Miguel at the front desk and Rosio were very helpful and accommodating. The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious; bathroom was big and roomy. Location is great, in walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Only great things to say about our stay!
William (4/5): Don't Stay Here... Look For A Holiday Inn Express... Totally Not Worth It! - Nothing comes to mind... everything was very marginal to say the least. Guess you pay the crazy price for staying at the name of this property. Nothing at all at this property justifies the 280+ USD nightly cost. However, how much of that did Booking.com "pocket"? Breakfast is another "marginal" portion of this property's service. Just enough to say they do it but they "DEFINITELY" don't win any awards doing it. Some of the worse coffee I've ever drank and I was in the U.S. Military.

cb_4758 (10/5): Above and beyond brand standards! - I am truly impressed with the service at this hotel! Two days before my arrival, I managed to secure an upgrade thanks to my Bonvoy Elite status. During check-in, Natalia acknowledged my status and expressed gratitude for my loyalty, which is becoming increasingly uncommon at Marriott hotels. I had several special requests on my account, and I was pleased to find that all of them were fulfilled, something quite rare at Marriott properties. The room was very spacious and clean along with the lobby area. Parking was directly in front of the hotel and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance! Natalia exemplifies the Marriott brand standards and deserves recognition for her efforts. I can’t wait to stay here again!

I didn't get her name, but the housekeeper assigned to our room/floor was excellent. I am recovering from a knee injury and wore a knee brace during our stay. The bed was lumpy and this made sleeping with a brace uncomfortable and difficult. Although the pillows were quite thin, we asked for additional ones, and this improvement greatly enhanced our comfort.

It's location is superb for shopping and all of the amenities around it. We will stay here every time we visit our kids and grandkids!

Unfortunately, when we got to our room, we found that there was some sort of mold on the carpet underneath the air conditioner that literally had a mushroom growing out of it. We took pictures, presented them to the front desk. The manager did move our room to an upgraded room, but we were told there was nothing more they could do with the exception of any drinks we want would be on the house because I booked through Expedia and not through them directly. I did expect the room to be a little brighter from the pictures on the website, the air conditioner was noisy, and overall just disappointed in the room and that it was not what I expected with what I paid for the room. The staff was very friendly and the manager did appear very upset about our finding. We visit that area about once a year for concerts and unfortunately, I can say that I will not use this hotel again.
