- Ives (8/5): Great for the value - The location was perfect for us. Outside of the busy area but still close enough to restaurants. My kids liked the pool better than walking to the beach. The pull out couch wasn't ideal, but we made it work. The staff were very helpful. I had a dead car battery and they helped me get someone to jump it. I would stay here again. The couch wasn't very comfortable and a little difficult to figure out.

En una de la habitaciones se sentía un poco el olor de la tubería de agua y el estacionamiento es todo un tema!!! Sudamos mucho la primera vez que salimos y entramos. Valdría la pena poner un espejo y un ruido / luz para que al sacar el auto los peatones y los coches de la calle sepan que va a salir un auto, pues hay que tomar mucho impulso para salir de allí pues esta super empinada la salida.

Buena terraza, solo le faltaba el bar. No había hervidor en la habitación. Habitación/departamento sin ventanas al exterior, solo a patios internos del edificio. Eso hace que el ruido suba. No había colgadores de ropa en la barra del closet. Departamento tenía muebles poco funcionales y decoración innecesaria. No se aprovechan bien los espacios.

- Gustavo (7/5): Buen hotel, servicio y comodidades bastante mejorables - No hay desayuno ni opción, no hay restaurante La piscina muy bien aunque poco profunda La habitación cumplió con las expectativas pero sin más. Plaza de garaje incluida. Posibilidad de llevar tus propias bebidas y comida a la terraza de al lado de la piscina. Poco ruido y buena ubicación, muy cerca de la 5a avenida pero no exactamente donde está todo el bullicio. Obligatorio el uso de pulsera una vez entras en el hotel (como si fuera un Resort)... No tiene sentido ya que no hay ningún servicio además de la piscina y el gimnasio (que permanece cerrado hasta que no lo solicitas). No hay servicio ni de comida ni de bebida por lo que la pulsera no tiene sentido, simplemente te marca para que en la calle sepan que vienes de un hotel "caro", por lo que eres el principal atractivo de maleantes... Insistimos en no querer llevar la pulsera durante una semana (ya que íbamos a viajar por varios estados de Mexico) y nos dijo que era obligatorio y que no se podía quitar y poner. Bromeamos diciendo que parecíamos animales "marcados con una pulsera" y que podíamos identificarnos con la tarjeta de la habitación o con el ID. Se lo tomaron como una ofensa grave y nos hizo sentir mal (explicamos que no tuvimos esa intención, le pedimos disculpas y nos contestó que estábamos en Mexico y no en España) cuando nosotros solo intentábamos tomárnoslo con humor. Por otro lado, erramos 4 personas y solo nos dio una tarjeta para la habitación. Le pedimos al menos una segunda llave para tener algo de independencia entre nosotros, pero nos dijo que el hotel estaba completo y que nos pasáramos al día siguiente. Al día siguiente nos pusieron una excusa diferente y así el resto de los días. Tuvimos que apañárnosla con una sola tarjeta los cuatro. Al llegar a la habitación, faltaban toallas y sábanas. Nos las trajeron al rato. Pedimos si nos podían cambiar unas almohadas altas por unas mas bajas (había de los dos tipos en la habitación, 2 y 2) pero nos dijo que no quedaban mas almohadas bajas en todo el hotel... las pedimos en varias ocasiones y nos dieron la misma respuesta. Sofá cama MUY incomodo.
- Diletta (10/5): Incredibile - Abbiamo adorato tutto: lo staff gentilissimo oltre che simpatico, l'appartamento molto spazioso e dotato di tutti i confort necessari, con un letto immenso. Il rooftop con la piscina è straordinario e ti permette di rilassarti a qualsiasi ora. Se dovessi tornare a Playa soggiornerei di nuovo qui senza nessun dubbio. Abbiamo richiesto delle grucce che non ci sono state fornite. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, direi la mancanza di colazione presso la struttura, ma avendo la cucina e molti bar vicini si può fare a meno.

- Donna (9/5): Fijn verblijf op een top locatie - Een hele fijne, comfortabele en ruime kamer met een keukentje zodat je zelf kunt wat kunt koken en je ontbijt kunt klaarmaken. Het zwembad op het dak is ook echt voortreffelijk en er zijn daar voldoende bedjes aanwezig en heeft een fantastisch uitzicht. Het gebouw staat in een zijstraat van de hoofd/uitgaans-straat, maar daar merk je helemaal niet van. De koelkast was zo koud dat onze spullen erin bevroren, wat niet perse bevorderlijk is voor je groente en fruit. De knop om hem warmer te zetten was afgebroken. Er waren bij ons alleen een normale en een kleine koekenpan aanwezig, waardoor we wat creatief moesten zijn met koken.

- larayav (10/5): Excelente ubicacion, descanso silencioso y tranquilo. - La amplitud de la pieza, esta muy bien equipada, las camas son muy cómodas, y tiene una cocina equipada, que si bien no la ocupamos mucho, esta disponible. La piscina en el piso superior es grande y tiene buen equipamiento, además de la vista. El estacionamiento es pequeño y podría llegar a ser complejo estacionar autos muy grandes. La ubicacion es muy buena, si quieres silencio y tranquilidad, esta a dos calles de la playa, y a unos metros de la 5ta avenida, pero en una zona muy tranquila. Lo único que podría decir, el refrigerador de la pieza hacia mucho ruido y a veces despertaba en la noche. Sin embargo es un detalle menor.

Le bruit des canalisations. (problème au Mexique)

- Anzhela (10/5): Totally recommended - Everything was nice. Room is spacious and has what you need. Cleaning every day, but i guess they didnt change sheets for 10 days. Rooftop is amazing. Stuff were friendly and helpful. And the most important it was quiet in the nights. However the place is very close to 5th avenue and to the beach. Maybe needed more kitchen amenities, some new pots and pans. And the pool wasnt clean enough.

Spacious apartment with comfortable beds, kind staff and simple check-in and check-out. Fridge was very noisy the whole day and night and not working very well (not cold)

- renata (10/5): Departamento práctico y hermoso - El espacio es super cómodo, las camas son espectaculares, el wifi anda bn, el personal es super amable, la cochera esta muy bn, hacen limpieza diaria, la cocina está bastante bien. Me encantó que tengan café o té gratis todo el día y me encantó la pileta y la vista que tiene la misma. Tiene cerca el inicio de la quinta avenida, una lavandería a una cuadra y varios lugares tipo proveedurias a dos cuadras. La playa más "cercana" tiene duchas y el barrio se siente seguro. Volvería sin dudas, es hermoso. Lo super recomiendo. La cocina se podria mejorar: la heladera no enfriaba y le faltarían unos buenos cuchillos y ensaladeras pero salvo eso todo fue genial. Me hubiera encantado que tuviera servicio de desayuno...escuche que prepandemia tenían y me apeno saberlo. Algo más a mejorar es el barrido de las piezas, hacian las camas, limpiaban los platos y el baño todo genial pero barrían sin ganas y cn dos pequeños había migas por todos lados...y a mi eso es algo que estando descalza me re molesta. Se que es un detalle mínimo pero lo pongo solo como punto a mejorar.

Il terrazzo, che ha una piscina splendida a sfioro , é ideale per prendere un po d aria fresca la sera . TUTTO PERFETTO , lo consiglio vivamente .
