All other openings were facing the inside of the building. ( reception). I had to keep curtains closed at all times for a minimum of privacy.

- Siraj (1/5): Waste of money and comfort, If you want stress, its the place - I had specifically requested a quiet room for my stay, but unfortunately, the room I was given is quite noisy. This is very disappointing and not what I expected. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my stay at hotel. Despite requesting a quiet room, I was given one that was very noisy, which significantly affected my comfort. Additionally, the front desk service was extremely disappointing. The reception in-charge was frequently absent, and the desk was mostly being handled by a bellboy who lacked proper communication skills and was unable to assist effectively. This gave a very unprofessional impression and made basic communication unnecessarily difficult. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service for future guests.

- Prof. (8/5): Very good - Checkin was very smooth and Mr. AbduReham at tgr reception was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfact was ok. Hotel is centrally located and easily reachable to many shopping malls. Overall experience was good. I think wi dow curtains need to be changed. It would be better if more variety of pastries (crussont) added to the breakfast.

- Beverley (6/5): Honest review - This hotel is situated on a main road. It is not close to any transport links therefore you will need to take a taxi to most places. The hotel rooms are not sound proof and I found it extremely difficult to sleep due to the traffic noise which is quite loud and 24/7. I was there during Ramadan and do not recommend staying at this hotel during such time if you are not fasting as your opinions for food during your stay will be non existent. I did not receive any breakfast at all my entire stay and they will not serve lunch or even coffee during the day during Ramadan. I arrived at the hotel around 4:30am and did not get to sleep till around 6:30am to which the main reception called and woke me up and I could not go back to sleep afterwards. On my final day not having slept properly for 3 days due to the traffic noise I asked to change rooms then got woken up again by main reception and rushed out of my room at 12 noon even though I had arranged a late check out for 5 pm so I could try and get some sleep. In the end I ended up leaving there around 3pm to go to another hotel. Hotel staff are friendly though.

- rob (2/5): DONT STAY IN HERE, 24/7 CONSTRUCTION NEXT DOOR. - DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! There is a construction site immediately next door, to the left of the hotel as you face it. The construction goes on all night and was about 10m away from where I was sleeping. Which included noisy trucks, dumping loads of rocks and air drilling. The people working in the hotel were apologetic, but were unable to move me to the other side of the hotel until the 3rd night. They also refused to refund me for the first two nights when I didn't get any sleep at all. If you want to sleep, don't stay here
