The pool was fun however the chlorine levels where really high the breakfast was good and when we had issues the staff addressed them to the best of their abilities. we had to pay for parking and it wasn't security or covered parking really made my view of the place drop and is the reason I won't be back. The rooms where and building where needing some repairs. Hooks hanging from walls, the door knob in our bathroom, the shelves in the shower needed to be recoiled,some missing tile and pieces of the wall paper was peeling and bulging up. Over priced

We had a couple of rooms booked during our stay! The breakfast was amazing and fresh! They had several menu options and preferences to choose from! I saw Cage - free egg and fresh fruit and got excited for my family. We're definitely returning back here one day! We didn't get to go in the pool .I'm rating it a 10 out of 10!!! We didn't have any issues at all!

Corean (6/5): - This visit was not the best. I stay here often when traveling for work. I am a Marriot Elite member. They stuck me in a room with absolutely no venue. My room was facing the back of the roof structure. Typically, when I’m on a highly floor, it’s pretty quiet but my next door neighbors in this room were pretty loud at all times of day and night. The worst though, there were ants in the kitchen area. I have never encountered this before. Lastly

The light above the table did not work. So then they gave us another room that was better but it was by a stairwell and kids were up and down it all night.

Corean (8/5): - I always love staying here when i visit Baltimore. I will be honest and say Rooms 211 and 311 wouldn’t be my first choice to stay in again. They are the first rooms you see coming off of the elevator. It’s super convenient so probably people request them the most. I found them both to be a little more worn than other rooms I’ve stayed in. When I stayed in room 311, there was no telephone in the room so in order to call the front desk, I had to Google the phone hotel number and use my cell to call. In room 211, there was no desk lamp and the sofa cushions truly need to be replaced or re-upholstered. Very flat, unshapely and worn. Both rooms were fine overall, but noticeably a little more used or worn than other rooms. Also, as I mentioned in my last review, the left cable on the gym’s cable machine was not working properly. Again, it is a decent gym for a hotel but it’s still fairly small so it would be great if all of the equipment worked. As a major plus!!!!!…I was so so so very happy that breakfast during this stay offered turkey sausage. I don’t eat pork and when I’ve stayed previously, they only had pork breakfast meats, so this was a real treat this stay to be able to enjoy a full breakfast. Thank you!!! Overall, I will always keep coming back here. It’s truly like home away from home, especially being able to do laundry in the hotel. And the staff is always excellent, kind and accommodating!!!

BobMyr (10/5): Great place to stay, good value - The property is clean and well-maintained. At check-in Cliff made a great first impression with his warm and friendly demeanor. The room was spacious and laid out very well. The bed was comfortable and the night was quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Check-out was efficient. This hotel is a good value.
