• Romina (8/5): Great facilities for a one night stay, welcoming staff. - Lovely staff and amazing facilities for the price, breakfast and kitchen with tea and coffee, hot water and filtered water. Truly amazing. The room had no access to natural light which for me personally isn’t comfortable. For one night it was fine.

Angelica est un vrai rayon de soleil, toute l equipe est souriante et disponible, c est super agreable et nous les remercions pour leur accueil Les chambres sont propres. La cuisine commune est conviviale et bien equipee, il y a the, cafe et ce quil faut a disposition pour les petits dejeuners et les repas. • Fernanda (9/5): Great Stay, poor Shower Experience - Amazingly kind staff, wonderful stay, spotless clean. Open kitchen and free water, coffee and tea as you please. Bedrooms are cleaned every day if you wish. Nice common area to chat with another guests and wait for the tours. A place where you feel welcomed and like home. The shower was unpredictable, with mostly cold water every day. We had hot water for a brief moment, and then it turned cold again. That was the only negative point of the hostel.

• Carla Rangel de Faria (9/5): Ótima opção de hospedagem - Gostei especialmente das pessoas que me receberam nesse Hostal, todas muito amáveis e prestativas, com especial destaque para Angélica, que até me levou de carro no centro da cidade. O quarto que aluguei, com uma cama de casal, era pequeno mas muito confortável. As instalações comunitárias são ótimas! Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Água, café, chás, e cereais sempre disponíveis para os hóspedes. Super recomendo essa hospedagem. Não gostei muito da localização. Não é exatamente pertinho do centro e nas horas de calor a caminhada é dura. Também senti falta de um abajour no quarto.

A localização do Hostel Desert é ótima, com uma vista incrível para o vulcão e a poucos minutos de caminhada das ruas principais, o que facilita muito o dia a dia. A anfitriã, Angélica, merece um destaque especial: extremamente atenciosa, sempre sorridente e muito prestativa. Ela está constantemente disponível e pronta para ajudar com qualquer necessidade, o que faz toda a diferença na experiência. A limpeza também é impecável, tanto nos quartos quanto nas áreas comuns. Tudo sempre muito organizado, limpo, fresco e cheiroso, o que nos deixou muito confortáveis durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã é outro ponto alto: completo, delicioso e preparado com muito cuidado. A pessoa responsável também é muito simpática, atenciosa e prestativa. Recomendamos sem nenhuma dúvida. Podem se hospedar aqui sem medo

Ficamos extremamente felizes com a escolha de acomodação em San Pedro! O chuveiro não ficava em uma temperatura estável, ficava esquentando demais e esfriando demais o que tornou os banhos um pouquinho mais difíceis.

Adicionalmente nos dejó ampliar el check out por lo que es totalmente recomendable este alojamiento, sobre todo si tienes coche alquilado. Si no tienes coche no es tan accesible andando.

• Carmelo Stagnetta (10/5): Grazie di tutto Angelica. Ci rivedremo presto! - Si tratta di una struttura comoda e pulita, con camere doppie e triple, discretamente ampie. La signora Angelica fa onore al suo nome. Una persona gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Il fiore all'occhiello della struttura. Nel patio all'ingresso ci si può rilassare e riparare dal forte sole del deserto. A disposizione c'è anche una piccola "zona lavanderia" e una comoda cucina, dotata di tutto ciò che serve per preparare piatti cotti e conservare prodotti in frigorifero. Acqua, té e caffè sempre a disposizione per tutti. In zona ci sono alcune piccole botteghe che preparano buon cibo ed un minimarket. La posizione è un po' fuori dalla "zona centrale" di San Pedro de Atacama e può risultare scomoda per chi ha difficoltà a muoversi a piedi. Noi non abbiamo avuto alcun problema (sono 10-15 minuti a piedi), ma è una cosa strettamente personale.

• Keith (10/5): Clean, well run hostal with wonderful staff away from the busy town centre that was truly a joy to stay at. - Small but comfortable rooms complete with soap and towels. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice little kitchen even offering cereal/oats for free! A large shaded courtyard sitting and eating area that I should have used more. Good safe and secure property. Some helpful suggestions not ‘dislikes’. A toaster would be a nice addition to the kitchen (unless I missed it.) Not everyone would agree with this but you really don’t need to clean my room each day. Changing the sheets and towels daily, while incredibly thoughtful, is unnecessary. Let the staff relax a little! :)

• Eanna (9/5): Brilliant accommodation in San Pedro - Great accommodation just outside the main town of San Pedro making it highly accessible for all activities and all restaurants/shops. Clean, comfortable rooms with an excellent shower and great facilities for cooking, laundry and making tea/coffee. Really nice staff who make you feel at home, we had a fantastic stay with them and would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting! Rooms are fairly small but this a problem. It's great value for money and the rooms have everything you need

Man konnte sich immer einen Tee oder Kaffee kochen, der von der Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt wurde! Vllt die Zimmer zum Gang ohne Fenster.

Avoir une petite cuisine en plus, avec quelques aliments pour le petit dej, pouvoir faire sa lessive avec du produit à disposition ou alors donner son linge et le recevoir propre le soir, c’est un super atout. L’hôtel est calme, et surtout très propre ! Il est à 15min du centre, et cela permet de ne pas être dans toute l’effervescence. Je le recommande +++ Rien
• Amir (10/5): A Relaxing and Friendly Stay in San Pedro de Atacama - We had a lovely stay at Hostal Desert, mainly thanks to the warmth and kindness of the hosts. It's at around a 10-minute walk from downtown San Pedro, and the atmosphere of the hostal is relaxing, making it a great place to rest after exploring San Pedro de Atacama and its surroundings. The hostal has a 24-hour open kitchen, very well equipped, with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water available at all times, which was a really nice touch and made us feel at home. We truly appreciated the personal and caring attention, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly and comfortable stay. Just to nitpick, the bathroom's door didn´t close properly (room 5).

• leslie (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt in ruhigem Hostal - Das Zimmer war sauber, ebenso die Küche und der Aufenthaltsbereich, die anderen Gäste waren ruhig, kein Partypublikum. Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt, um Touren zu machen. Absolute Weltklasse ist die Gastgeberin Angelica. Es gibt nichts, was man sie nicht fragen könnte. Sie hat früher selbst Touren organisiert, ist warmherzig, offen und immer hilfsbereit. In Chile würde man sagen: Es un siete!
