Location was not bad, near to many restaurants, small shops and a large mall. Check in took a long time. Pool area was too cold. No service in the lobby lounge for coffee etc. Smoking in some rooms which you could smell on corridors.

- Adrian (10/5): Huge comfy clean rooms . They should have exercised better social responsibility during these post-pandemic times. - Huge rooms, nicely furnished, clean, super comfortable. Concierge staff were very helpful. They had a waiter at breakfast coughing away unmasked. I informed the restaurant manager, but it went unchecked. Day 2 and Day 3 were the same - that same waiter was still spreading germs unmasked uncovered. Spreading germs instead of joy during Christmas.

- Peter (4/5): Disappointing for a Crowne Plaza standard - Nice and spacious room, and very comfortable bed. Good morning buffet with a lot of variety Steam bath didn’t work at all. The sauna could only heat up to 50 degrees. Room temperature was too hot for sleeping, 28 degrees, so we had to turn off the ventilation system completely. The wind was howling in the window since it couldn’t close tightly
