• Guest (5/5): Convenient location for where I needed to be and reasonable price if booking online. - Location and price when I booked online That I had to argue with staff about my payment that was already paid for online with booking.com and was going to be late for an important meeting so I just paid her again and figured I’d sort it out later and even after showing her my online banking where the payment was made through booking and her now she still refused to refund me the second payment. Then the next day she said don’t pay online just pay in the office and then when we went to pay the price went up for the room to 100 but then we said we couldn’t pay that price she went back to the original price from last two nights. And now 3 days later I have not received my deposit back or the extra payment I made.
• Kristina (1/5): Awful - Everything . Terrible experience and was not allowed to get my deposit back even though I never confirmed the room. So I had no choice but to stay and pay. The front desk person is horrible and rude. The hotel was awful uncomfortable and smelly.

Check-in issues: I arrived at Olympia Lodge to find the front office unmanned for about an hour and had to wait outside without any explanation. This was unprofessional and left me feeling unwelcome. Room condition: The room had a strong odor from the bed, which made it uncomfortable and difficult to rest. Maintenance concerns: There was noticeable wear and tear throughout the property, and the heating system did not work properly. Customer service: When I raised the odor issue and the heating problem with the manager, the response was unhelpful. I was told to check out and that it wasn’t their concern.

• Luz (1/5): Worst hotel in town. - Nothing I like. I could not sleep due to the noise from the upper level all night. I could not turn on the TV because there was no TV control. it was cold and the sheet was not warm. It is the worst hotel ever in my life and in Calgary.

• Nadin (1/5): I would rather sleep in the car - Stores and food places close by Gum on the wall, dirty stinky fridge, dirt and mouse poop between beds, mold in kitchenette cupboard, dripping bathroom ceiling, dirty bath tub and shower curtain, broken windows
• Chantelle (1/5): We did NOT stay!! DISGUSTING! - The only thing to like was the kind front desk staff who was extremely understanding. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel unless you want to bring bed bugs home, if you make out. DISGUSTING! the beds were infested with bed bugs, the showers still had hair and hair products in them from the last guest, after those 2 things we did not investigate further and left.

It was dirty disgusting, and a lot of the amenities do not work, it smelled bad and it housed druggies in the upstairs part. The people above me were very very loud and I could barely sleep either night.

• Junning (1/5): - The hygiene is very poor, the facilities are outdated, and the smell is unpleasant. The bed and sofa are both broken, especially the bed which has a deep sinkhole. What is even more unacceptable is the attitude of the front desk staff; the service is extremely poor. Immediate rectification and renovation are necessary, otherwise, it completely does not meet the standards for opening. 卫生很差，设施陈旧，气味难闻。床和沙发都是破的，尤其是床有一个深陷的凹洞。更不能让人忍受是前台接待人员的态度，服务极差。应该立即整顿和整修，否则，完全不符合开业标准。

The area, the mattress, the smell of the room, the neighbor with the door cracked open, the missing door lock, the fellow lingering in the stairwell, the lack of feeling safe & secure, the people smoking off a crack pipe at the front of the building 🤯😵🥴

I was gagging at the thought of what such strong chemicals were covering up. The bed had only a fitted sheet and a thin stained blanket. There were bits of filth and gunk on top of the blanket. The floor hadn't been swept or mopped recently. I immediately left the hotel and found another place to stay. I cannot imagine why this hotel is available on this site.

They kept my license and closed the office before until 8 the next morning. This made it so I couldn’t go out with my wife. The room was disgusting. There were no toiletries. Bed was gross we had to buy a throw to even lay on it.

Extremetly strong smell of cigarette smoke constantly. Couldn't say staff were friendly. It was as if the room was not cleaned before we entered with grime and dirt on the floor and sheets. Broken floors and skirting. A bar of soap left in the tub. The list goes on. Would highly NOT recommend.

• Guest (1/5): Disappointing, unsafe, dirty - The location in proximity of the Banff highway was good • The air conditioning did not work, making the room extremely uncomfortable. • We found broken glass under the bed, which is not only unacceptable but a major safety hazard. • The bathroom door did not close properly, and the main door did not lock securely as the door frame was broken causing another huge safety issue • The sheets were visibly stained, which raised immediate concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, I was charged an unexpected $25 fee for using a Visa debit card, which was not disclosed anywhere during the booking process. This, combined with the condition of the room, made the charge feel especially unreasonable.

• Guest (1/5): The absolute worst and most disgusting place I’ve ever seen in my whole entire life and that’s putti - This place should be condemned and booking.com should be ashamed for endorsing it. I will never use or reccomend booking.com ever again to anyone and I’m going to look into talking to someone about booking.com and this hotel being involved in scamming travellers. This place is a safety and health risk. Blood everywhere. Dead mouse on the ground outside our door. Hole in the floor in the bathroom. Holes in the walls and ceiling. Wreaks of cigarettes. The dirtiest mattress I’ve ever seen in my life and I’ve seen mattresses in back alleys and garbage dumps. I took pictures and I’ll be reporting booking.com for ignoring me and my concerns if you don’t get back to me and get to the bottom of this.

• ANDREA (1/5): - Cost high. I paid CAN $512 for just two nights. There was water leaking from the floor above unto the bathroom counter and floor. I had to use a towel to catch it as it was splashing everywhere. I reported it and they promised to address it but did nothing. Not sure if it was sewage water or rain water seeping in. It does not matter. It was not addressed. We spent three days. On the third day we were told that the plumber was on property and would come by but we did not see him/her. We had booked for another three days but was happy to cancel when alternate and better accommodation was found. Not clean. Issues not addressed promptly.
