- Ahmed (10/5): - الغريب أني الغيت الحجز من بوكينق بعدما شاهدت الغرفة لعدة أسباب، ومع ذلك وصلني طلب تقييم لكن وضعت تقييم 10 لأن موظفة الاستقبال محترمة ومتعاونة ولبقة بالمقابل وأنا اشوف الغرفة جاني مشرف من جنسية عربية وتكلم معي بطريقة غير احترافية ولا مهنية تسببت في عدم سكني نأمل تدريب موظفيكم على التعامل الحسن مع ضيوفكم

- نايف (5/5): نادم على اقامتي بالفندق ولن اكرر السكن به مره اخرى ولن احجز عن طريق بوكنق وسوف ابحث عن موقع اخر احجز من خلاله - عزل الشبابيك سيئ جداً وازعاج السيارات بالخارج لاتستطيع النوم من الصوت دفعت مبلغ 3500 ريال مقابل اقامه 3 ليالي من خلال بوكنق وشخص حجز عن طريق الفندق 2900 ريال يعني اقبل من بوكنق بـ 600 ريال وهذا الامر ازعجني جداً

Location is near to most of the things Bathroom need repairs, complimentary coffee and tea they done have in the room, even after you asked they said they dont have, breakfast not buffet, they will deliver when you are sleeping that is prepacked food now fresh made… coffee and tea even during break fast not provided…. Staff is not co operative…
