- Robert (10/5): Fantastic B&B in Brecon - Great location, spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast and friendly hosts. Nothing.
- Nicola (9/5): Extremely enjoyable - Kathleen and David were excellent hosts, doing everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Great breakfasts, very convenient parking, and central location to explore Brecon. A huge collection of literature on local sites and events All was good
- Dan (9/5): Lovely B&B in Brecon - Kathleen and David are a lovely, friendly and helpful couple. Grange House is very close to the centre of Brecon and is an ideal base to explore the area. My room was cosy, breakfast was good, no issues at all. Highly recommended. Nothing
- Kathryn (10/5): - David and Kathleen were wonderful hosts. We received such a friendly welcome and every need was catered for. The rooms and property were spotless and the breakfasts were amazing. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
- ShiJia (10/5): Fantastic stay in the heart of town - We had a wonderful stay at this guest house. The location is perfect—right in the town center and incredibly convenient. There are supermarkets and plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were so friendly and always eager to help with a smile. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. Highly recommended! Nothing
- PETER (10/5): PERFECT ,HOMELY,everything that we needed, will definitely be back . - So clean and comfortable, excellent hosts, amazing breakfast and service, easy parking, Brilliant
- Julie (10/5): Beautiful surroundings, peaceful & well pampered! - The Grange is a very beautiful building from the outside & the inside didn't disappoint! Its beautifully decorated everywhere
The location was perfect, as we came mainly for the County Show & couldn't have gotten much closer!
The breakfast was excellent & we were given options to have various different choices on both mornings!
Both breakfasts were very well cooked & delicious 😋 We were asked both times if we wanted anything more!
The room was spacious & spotlessly clean, with a Super King Size bed as requested! There were also extra pillows & blankets if needed!
The Ensuite bathroom was quite big-again spotless & there were little extras that went above & beyond, like make up removing pads, cotton buds & sanitary bags! And 2 things that we've never been supplied with before, which for me is a must (I usually bring my own) is Bleach & Air Freshner
Hosts David & Kathleen are lovely-very friendly & welcoming! David came out to the car as we arrived, to greet us & there were ample parking spaces, which is one of the main reasons I chose The Grange!
The room was well stocked with teas & coffees & milk kept in a fridge for us to help ourselves, with small jugs provided!
We will definitely return ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We LOVED it!! 😍 Nothing-it was perfect!! 5⭐️

- Simon (9/5): Short stay to see family in Brecon and Crickhowel - Our hosts were charming and couln't have been more helpful. The house was warm and beautifully furnished and our room was comfy with a smart en suite shower room. We were visiting family in Brecon and were given our own key to get in with, which meant that we could relax even if we were late back (which we weren't!). Breakfast was included and was tasty and locally produced. The Clarence pub next door was recommended to us and we spent a very pleasant evening in there with good food and drinks and very friendly staff. The on site parking was extremely convenient, we didn't use the car the whole 21/2 days we were staying.
All in all, a tremendous base from which to spend time exploring Brecon town, and it would also work extremely well if you were venturing further afield.
- Christine (10/5): Warm welcome great location good parking excellent breakfost - Everything excellent breakfast first class and exactly what we ordered and what we like very happy. Nice breakfast with quality local produce. Lovely little gesture from the hosts for a special occasion .
- Stig (8/5): - Exceptional friendly staff, good breakfast, spacy room. Uncomfortable bed, hard spring mattress without topper. Blanket and sheet as cover, which I dislike as you don't know when that blanket was washed last.

Located in the center of town, the B&B is very convenient to explore Brecon and serve as a base for the wider region. Nice outside back courtyard you can enjoy. Hosts local tips of to-dos is on point. Highly recommend if you are planning to go to Wales. Everything was as expected. You can hear some street noise or the pub across the street when your windows are open... nothing unexpected.

Quiet and cosy. The location is brilliant for canal walks, Pen Y Fan (we had a car), and the broader Brecon area. Plenty of excellent restaurants in the local area for evening meals. We enjoyed the Brecon Tap, Hills (best burgers ever !) , and the Three Horseshoes Inn for a proper Sunday lunch.

- Julie (10/5): Brecon stay - Location great, and owners were absolutely wonderful and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was stunning and great place to stay
- Eric (8/5): Very good - Great communication from the start as the road outside was being dug up so we had to use another entrance. Katherine and David were very welcoming and fussy their utmost to make sure we had what we needed. The location is perfect for visiting Brecon or the surrounding area.

All the facilities you needed from a hairdryer to cotton buds & a shower cap! There was nothing we needed as we had absolutely everything. There’s a lovely courtyard/garden to sit outside. - Mel (8/5): Overall it was a very good experience - Good location for Brecon town and the amenities. A good mix of places to eat with different cuisines. Ideal base for the Brecon Beacons and surrounding area. The Clarence Hotel virtually next door to the Grange does great food! The noise from the hostelry opposite the Grange on Saturday night detracted from our stay, but David (owner) did say this was a very unusual occurrence.
- James (10/5): A lovely wonderful stay - We visited for my partner's birthday, and received a very warm welcome from our hosts David and Kathleen. That I had to go home
- Patricia (4/5): Disappointing after reading all the good reviews - Good location. Clean and comfortable Check in time was very limited as was breakfast time and you had to order the night before. There was music playing every morning from 7am so didn’t get much sleep and the owners banged on our door to give us a telling off for not turning up for breakfast after we’d changed our minds about having it

- David (10/5): - I can’t be effusive enough about David and Katherine’s hospitality. David went out of his way to see that we had what we WANTED. He told us about the area, even took a picture of I site that we had missed.
