- Samaraweera (8/5): - The rooms a pretty clean and the beds are way comfy which is much appreciated. When it comes to the location, it's way central to kandy city and it creates easy access to the main city. Much recommend for travelers and for shortstays. The washroom was bit tiny when it comes to the space, and the water pressure was bit low but they can come up with solutions for these minor issues. Take these as an observations and not as a complaint.

- Jamie (10/5): Good location, great staff, would highly recommend - Breakfast was great! Good location just tucked up out of the way but close enough to everything in Kandy either on foot or tuktuk. Also the manager ran me on his moped to the local atm to get some cash out! What a wonderful gesture!!
- Tyler (10/5): Exceptional - Hot water was a a beautiful change from the usual hostels. Lovely location not to far up the hill and just far enough round the lake to get out the hussle and bussle. Hosts were fantastic very lovely and noice to chat to.

- Pooja (1/5): Bad - I had confirmation of the booking and I had mentioned that I would check in between 18-19 and at around 18-40 when I was just reaching they messaged saying not to come, which I didn't see. And when we reached there they asked us to reach saying that he wasn't there all day and I did a last minute booking and they had already shut the booking but booking.com didn't update their site so it was the booking.coms fault. I am sure he was lying. He had people Waiting outside with their bags. And they went in as soon as we left. I have pictures to support what I am saying.

- Jose (4/5): You can do better - The sofa was cozy, big tv was a great plus, ac working properly, mattress on my bed was pleasant The stove was not working, the furniture in the kitchen was deteriorated not letting alone thr fact that it was invaded with ants. The smell of the flat was not pleasant. There was not hot water, the AC in the bedroom didn't have a remote control. In general, they have potential to be a great property, some attention is required.

- Jessica (8/5): Fine stay. - The room has everything it needs, so that is okay. We had warm water and the AC worked (even though you don’t really need one in Kandy). We had some stains on our bedsheets. And all is very old.
- Yash (3/5): No matter which room we book, we should expect to stay in the room required by the hotel staff 😬 - I had booked a room with two beds, but I was given a room with one bed. I had informed the hotel that the checking time was between 11 and 12, but when the room was prepared for me, it was half past noon.
- Dr. (3/5): Reasonably priced stay spoilt by the rude staff - The location is accessible within a short reach of the city centre. The room was basic but comfortable. They maintained acceptable cleanliness. Once you rest in your room after a tiring journey, they wake you up from time to time to move your car about. We booked one family room for four adults and one triple room for three adults. They had not arranged the third bed in the triple room. When you ask for it, they would put a mattress on the floor and say this is your bed. The following morning the manager accuses me that I have not reserved this room properly. When I showed him the booking.com reservation confirmation with a triple room for three adults clearly, he just says 'its okay' and didn't even apologize.

- Gregory V (10/5): Communicative, clean, comfortable - This stay was totally easy. They were very responsive to messages and arranged for my taxi to see Sigiriya and Polonnaruwa. They didn't have the best information (like explaining how to get a bus to Negombo), but they were very reassuring it was possible (It was possible. It was also a bit of a mess—but that's not on them.) The accommodations themselves were small, but clean and they probably had the best shower of my trip.

The location was also great: close enough to walk to town, yet far enough up the hill to feel quiet and secluded. Family of five fit well with the queen bed, futon and two couches.

Hotellet låg uppe på ett berg, så det var en lång uppförsbacke som sista biten var riktigt brant, lite svår tillgängligt. Promenadavstånd ca 10-15 min till centrum. Vi promenerade även kvällstid och kunde känna oss trygga. Tuk-tuk var annars billigt.

It’s a 10/15 minutes walk from the centre of kandy, which is fine in the evenings when it’s a bit cooler. Would stay here again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel, would stay again! - Great service and was instrumental in providing reliable information regarding trains and logistics. Room was clean and tidy. Heads up would be to only visit the spice garden tours (provided by separate tuk tuk driver - not in relation to the hotel) and not purchase the goods as they are not 100% natural as advertised. Walk if possible (walking distance to most places) as the tuk tuk drivers can be rather expensive for the distance.
- Tanya (10/5): Highly recommended - Great little place on the hillside away from all the noise. Staff are super friendly, breakfast is a choice of Sri Lankan or western, and the staff arranged two tours for me (Kandy/Sigirya) the morning I asked about it. Roma are small but clean and tasteful - beds and the bed linens are divine.
- F (10/5): Gorgeous. - The hotel (good big breakfast of fresh fruit juice, fresh fruit plate, toast, plain omelet, and a pot of coffee / tea) is less than a 5 minute walk from the lake / town center / Buddhist attraction. The lake has lots of big visible carp fish. With rush hour planning, the hotel is still less than ten minutes from the railway station, and a half hour for Royal Botanical Gardens - Peradeniya, Tea Factory and Spice Gardens. The TV channels were out and hopefully fixed. The staff was helpful and provided a hair dryer for a late overnight wash and dry for a few T shirts hang on hangers and towel stand.
