• Yoko (8/5): 機会があればまた利用したい - おしゃれにリノベーションされていて、心地よかった。 行き過ぎないサービスで、利用客が自由に選択できる感じが良かった ちょっとしたところ（お風呂にあったメモや）が気が利いていると感じた。 コーヒーなどの無料サービスありがたかったです。 カーテンを開けると近隣のお部屋から丸見えなので、外の光を入れづらかった。 ユニットバスの入り口の段差が高すぎて辛かった。 シャワーの位置が高すぎて、低い位置にもう一つシャワーを掛けれる金具があると助かります。

• Lisa (10/5): - Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Resters Bed&Co. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Es war perfekt, um Kumamoto zu erkunden. Außerdem konnten wir unsere Fahrräder in der Garage abstellen.

• Yoeliana (10/5): Exceeded my expectation, I'll definitely come again to stay - When I arrived, I was met with the overall calm and sleek vibe of this place. The staff members were all so kind and fluent in English. I wasn't hoping much and was ready to ask in my so-so Japanese, but they were fluent. And the room was bigger than I thought it would be. Although the bathroom was still the usual Japanese-sized bathroom I often had in nearly every hotel I had been in the past, it was not a problem for me because I am a petite woman myself (154 cm). I also liked the common area. It was so spacious and serene that I enjoyed working there. I also ate the ramen at the common area a few times. The area was also fairly quiet, but it was pretty close to convenience stores, department stores, restaurants, and tram stops. I followed their cafe and restaurant recommendations, and they were all good -- too bad I didn't get to try the Chinese place that was close to this place. They give me new towels every day, and amenities (toothbrush and paste, etc) were available near the front desk. I cannot think of anything you need to fix.

• Eran (9/5): - I loved the clean, comfortable design. Their lounge offers free coffee and cereal, and the kitchen is convenient and inviting. They also provide a variety of facial soaps, which is a nice touch. I also really liked the quiet location - it's outside the busy city center but still within a reasonable walking distance, which makes the lower price very appealing. What I liked less was that they close the kitchen and lounge at 22:00, which felt a bit too early for me. Also, the space itself has the potential to be much cozier and more inviting, rather than just a functional dining area.

• Yee Ling (9/5): Affordable and comfortable stay and i definitely recommend( if you don’t mind a small bathroom) - Very clean and spacious. One of the best hotel I had in Kumamoto with affordable price. They use high quality blanket and bedding sheet and they also provide new towels set everyday . WiFi signal is quite bad and always got disconnected. Shampoo makes my hair dry and I have to buy my own shampoo. Bathroom is very small and the shower head is like an old design . The water can’t reach me because I am short.
