• Ambrasaite (1/5): Hotel from hell - The room was extremely small, I could beraly fit in the bathroom. There was no room cleaning, that only take out the trash once a day and that's it. There is no trash can in the bathroom as well, you only get a small sanitary bag or as I like to call it a bag of female shame. The whole accomodation was extremely uncomfortable, the breakfast was awful as well. The staf was extremely incompetent, I tried to get an invoices for my stay for three days in a row and they refused every single time, even booking didint help me. On top of that, I left my stay with mistery bites on my arms. Recomendation for everyone reading - avoid this place.

Ci siamo andati soprattutto per la posizione, comodissima rispetto alla stazione centrale di Tokyo, e perché conoscendo il quartiere sapevamo di avere molti servizi vicini Come detto, la camera era piccola e molto calda, non c'era modo di far circolare l'aria. In due si sta molto stretti, per una persona è sicuramente adattissimo

• Nilton Massaki (8/5): Parada apenas para dormir e seguir a viagem. - Variedade dos alimentos, principalmente do café da manhã estilo japonês. A equipe do hotel é muito prestativa. O hotel oferece tudo que é necessário para uma parada rápida, como foi o meu caso. O quarto tem espaço bastante limitado mas, essa informação já era do meu conhecimento. Não é uma reclamação.

• Jacob (7/5): Praktisch en goede locatie - Is vlakbij Tokyo Station Kamer is erg klein. Zeker met koffers hou je geen ruimte over. Er zijn verder weinig faciliteiten. Je kunt er niet eens een kop koffie krijgen.

• Sn (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. The facilities are new and well-maintained — we especially appreciated the laundry machines, vending machines, and ice cube machine, which made our stay even more comfortable and hassle-free. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again! NA

For the cost of the room, we were disappointed that the breakfast was going to cost an additional 3,000jpy per person. So we passed on the breakfast.

• Beverley (9/5): Keio Presso Inn - good clean hotel in excellent location - Fantastic location, close to Tokyo Station and walkable to the Metro and Ginza. Nice clean room, lovely breakfast, good facilities like washing machines and microwaves provided on a couple of floors. The room was well equipped with everything we needed, and we had daily towel changes and bins emptied. Free luggage storage if you arrive early /leave late. Nothing - we were very happy with this hotel.

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and the rooms although a bit small are well maintained. towels changed every day. The hole is ina great location near the train station and is also near to shopping centre and lots of bars and restaurants Overall a lovely experience with staff that go out of their way to help. • Margaret MeiWa (8/5): - Location, location, location! It is very close to the Tokyo Station, and the hotel is in the Yaesu area. I was able to get off the train, followed the signs to Yaesu, and reached the hotel with a short walk. Inside Tokyo Station, there are stores, coffee shops, and many restaurants, that helps when you are hungry. Street level has mostly office buildings, so it is kind of quiet at night. Overall, I love the convenience. As an American traveler, room is small compare with the American standard. I expected that and accepted the fact. Fortunately, our luggage sizes are carry on size, they fit well in the room.
